If I could leave zero stars I would! Ever since primo merged with ready refresh it's been an absolute mess! I've been charged for things I never received, spoke to customer service who said they would credit my account, they never issued the credit, got charged on my next delivery $68 for 3 5 GALLON JUGS! Are you fricken kidding me!?! That's literally insane! They also took 7 bottle returns and never gave me the credit on that. You can't get anyone on the phone, you can't get anyone via email or chat so basically stay away as this company is a scam. So frustrating! read more

I was in Sam's Club three days ago when I was approached by a "ready refresh" (primo brands) representative selling water dispensers. I was told by the rep that I had to pay a small amount to get a good deal on a water dispenser with four, 5-gallon bottles of water to have delivered by Friday. Today is Friday, I received a message from the company stating my delivery will be here between 7AM to 11AM, which never happened. About 1PM i opened my door to get my mail and lo and behold, my dispenser and four bottles of water were at my doorstep. I never received a notification of a delivery, but not only that, on the app and even the representative said that for your initial delivery, the delivery driver will set up the dispenser and put the 5 gallon jug of water on it... that never happened. I reached out to the company twice today and was told that a delivery driver will come back to set up my dispenser by 3:30 PM lol do you think that happened today? Nope. So now the dispenser and 20 gallons of water are sitting outside my door because I can't pick it up. Thanks guys! DEFINITELY REGRET MAKING THIS PURCHASE! read more

We had scheduled a delay/pick up and they never showed. Charged us on our card. The they said they're were coming 11/26 and so I called and they said they're were on their way it wasn't 6 yet. Never came and when I called they said next time is Dec 2nd. Soo unacceptable. The person in the phone was not helpful at all. Terrible way to run a business. read more

I wish zero stars were an option. The quality of service was basically obliterated overnight with the recent merger with Primo Brands. They charged me for delivery that never occurred and were supposed to have sent a replacement delivery at no charge to compensate me for the cost of their incompetence. This "replacement delivery" has been rescheduled a total of FIVE times. Yes - FIVE. At this point, i doubt I will ever receive the replacement order or my regular recurring order for that matter. Pure fraudulence. Please please please find another water delivery provider. So sad to see the reputation of a formerly reliable company basically dissolve in a matter of days. What a travesty. I'm sorry so many Karen's have come on here to bash the water delivery drivers. Was your driveway plowed and safe for a carrier with over 100# of water to come up safely. It's sad to see people who were actually home and didn't even help the delivery driver to bring the water bottles inside their home. The entitlement in the Danberry area is unreal. read more

I see a manager responded to my review. I will not be wasting any more time talking to people at your company, I've spoken to plenty of people there, I have had numerous emails go unanswered, I never did get a response when I requested a water quality test on a bottle of water with chemical taste. I have had a problem with my order EVERY SINGLE month for the past six months. The first six months were great up until the company announced that changes were being made to improve service. The problems started immediately afterward, which is laughable. Furthermore, you're website and the ordering process is glitchy, you should have your IT people looking into it. I've spoken to a couple of your reps about this...they weren't even mildly interested. So thanks, but no thanks, I gave more chances than anyone would consider reasonable. read more

THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE. They send several emails informing you of an upcoming delivery. The delivery does not come but they charge you anyway. Customer service is non-existent. read more

I have a contract for 3 bottles of water to be delivered every 3 months. Without fail, they try and deliver every 2 months. The last time they delivered, they only left me with 2 bottles. When I called to ask for the 3rd, they apologized but said I would have to pay for a delivery charge to drop off the 3rd bottle because of a minimum order condition. Cowboys. read more

Very bad experience. Consistently delivered the wrong item and will NOT take them back. They cancel deliveries, their drivers are very rude, they have zero interest in consumer satisfaction. I had an account w them for close to a year. I am old and carrying a lot of liquids is not easy. I ordered a water dispenser using the 5 gallon bottles for sustainability reasons. The first dispenser was dumped on my front door w no instructions. We had to research the internet. When it did not work it was a nightmare to get them to come back and replace the defective dispenser. They delivered another dispenser and I had to give the delivery people a big tip to help me install it. They will cancel your deliveries with no reasons. Good luck getting someone to help you. I was unable to get anyone to return my calls, messages or emails or get anyone to respond the online complaint. So I contacted the shareholders all the way to Nestle. I then got a very nice lady to call and email me. Deliveries for a few months worked but thinks pretty soon broke down again. So I closed my account as the frustration and time spend complaining is affecting my mental health. read more

I have nothing against the drivers for Ready Refresh; they work hard and I could not do their job. But whoever does the scheduling--I should say rescheduling--is another story. We are moving and are trying to have the last of our empty water bottles and our water dispenser picked up...the date for pick-up has been changed three times in the past four days, and is now scheduled for the Sunday that is the Open House at the house we're trying to sell. And since we weren't informed until Friday afternoon, the message we've sent to Ready Refresh to NOT come on that Sunday won't be seen until Monday or Tuesday. So frustrating. I buy water by the gallon at the grocery store now; I won't ever be a Ready Refresh customer again. read more

Only a customer for approx 3 weeks and it was the worst experience ever. Customer service and delivery has been a nightmare. I have already cancelled the service completely and asked them to pick up their defective equipment. That was a nightmare to get that done. I'm so disappointed. In our attempt to be heathy we have used Ready Refresh (previously Poland Spring) for over 7 years. They continuously change established delivery dates with an ambiguous email( no new dates or reasons given) or no notification at all. This is despite the fact they have an online system to select only available dates-so as I write this "system" may be a strong word, maybe calendar is better. I'm in a continuous search for a better option, but haven't found any. Please someone open up a reliable water delivery company. read more

After over two years of price increases and unreliable service I finally had to cancel. In two years my bill has doubled and maybe five times has my water been delivered on time. Delivery was a huge issue - texts, emails and online account information would all have different dates, and dates would change almost every time. There were plenty of occasions where my delivery was rescheduled four times! Keep in mind I didn't pick specific delivery dates, Readyfresh determined my delivery date based on their schedule so I figured it was easier for them to leave it. Yes prices go up over time - but double in less than two years? The first couple of price increases were not too bad and the service was still worth it. After the most recent price increase I called to ask why I was now being charged almost $10/month for a dispenser that was supposed to be free. I was told by an employee who obviously doesn't care about customers that "that's the way it is". Poor pricing, poor reliability and poor customer service. read more
