I would give zero stars if I could. Ready Refresh has had issues with scheduled deliveries being delivered as scheduled but since becoming a "Primo Brand", service has deteriorated even further. My delivery was scheduled for 6/9/25 and keeps getting delayed. Was promised 6/30/25 this last time and was not delivered. The company is also not informing about delays by text or email even though I have signed up for this. It is like they want me to cancel. I am looking for other options for delivery. Absolutely horrible!!! Our delivery was rescheduled 5 times in one week, then delivery was canceled without any notice. Tried calling and its impossible to reach a human! After an hour, I gave up. Sent several emails - took over 3 days for them to respond. Stated our delivery has been scheduled. Guess what, we have now been rescheduled for the THIRD time this week. Ever since the merger, their customer service has disappeared. If they do not show up this time, they have one week to retrieve their empties before I throw them away and I will be canceling my account. I'm currently on an active call where the CSR is refusing to hang up so I can't do the survey. she said there's no reason to do the survey, then she said it's broke, then she told me, "you can go shrewd and hang up first". I've spent over and hour yesterday on the phone only fir the supervisor to not call back as she said she would, which lead me to the phone call today. Customer makes promises that are not true. You can't get in touch with the distribution center, who it seems is disconnected from the people who make empty promises. ReadyRefresh's merger with Primo waters has made service very poor. Looking for a different water delivery service, but it seems that Primo has a monopoly on the water delivery service. This company falsely advertises "doorstep delivery" -- in reality, they leave your water on the street. When I called and asked them to deliver it to the correct location, they refused. If I could give a negative I would.... So we used to be with Arrowhead and transitioned to ReadyRefresh. AND we were thrilled that we could get a slight discount being Costco members. NOT WORTH IT. They change their delivery date MAJORITY of the TIME - it's a running joke at our house. This last delivery they changed it to THREE WEEKS OUT! After calling and complaining - they now moved it to TWO WEEKS out... but I'll believe it when it happens. It may just be "talk" to shut us up! We were already at the tail end of our water - so we called - and they only offered for us to go to Costco to get additional water and they'd reimburse - WRONG - Costco doesn't carry extra bottles. Hubby ran over to Costco and spent time tracking down someone and found out it was FALSE INFO... That was a HUGE waste of our time and gas... And btw - the reason for the 3 week delay? They are trying to "optimize their delivery schedule and drivers". WHO takes 3 weeks to figure that out?? They put their "optimization" over "customer need or satisfaction". We order just the amount of bottles based on their delivery schedule. If it's monthly we get a months worth - I can't "store" extra bottles to compensate for their incompetence and poor business sense. But given their business model I guess that's the only way to do it? We did however find a water dispensary not far and am filling up there bottle at a time until we resolve this. read more

What a scam. I have been using them for a year now with 8 out of 12 deliveries late by over ten days. Multiple calls with an average duration of 40+ minutes and no reason about why the deliveries are constantly late and how to get a real date for a scheduled delivery. This month i waited at home for over 2 weeks with no delivery And hence requested a manager to reach me multiple times over email, messages and customer service. Absolute waste of money. Signed up at Costco with the agent stating that the cooler is free. After signed up, we used for couple of months and every time we try scheduling, it was weeks away and we always have to use filter in the buffer time. So no accountability of any sort. Impossible to contact them. They advertise "live agents" available to help and even show a little green button so you can think they are online waiting to help. Unfortunately, when you click on that, it connects you to chat bots and there is no way to contact a live agent as advertised on their website. To make matters more interesting, if you try to send them an email through their contact form, you are not able to submit it because it requires that you select from the drop down menu but the drop down menu does not work. UPDATE: 8:15 PST DELIVERY IS NOW RESCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY I have been a customer for over 15 years. I was to receive my water delivery yesterday they moved to Friday. Then I was suppose to get it Friday and they moved it to Monday. I look out my front window to see a Ready Fresh Delivery Truck parked across the street and the driver was eating. Then I see the driver leave, no water bottles. Now this is the 3rd time in 6 months they have done this and at least the 20th time in the last 4 years. They provide no compensation even when you state you had to purchase water due to lack of delivery. You cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service and when you do they tell you they will give you a credit that never shows up. But they get their payments on time due to autopay. I understand supply issues due to COVID, however, that does not explain the last few years. I am in the process of changing water company, i HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. After calling and emailing this company with no response for a better part of 2 months to cancel my service due to all the issues I've been having with the deliveries, a friend suggested I contact the BBB to file a complaint so I did. Let me tell you! BBB got them to response and in less than 3 hours the company finally reached out to me with an apology email informing me that my membership will be cancelled and the empty bottle I have remaining will be picked up in a couple days. UPDATE: If you are local to Bay Area, give H2O Water Company (out of Hayward) a call. Called them at 9am and by Noon, I had water delivered even though it was out of their way on the daily routes. I was a customer for over 10 years but service became unreliable unless you paid extra to join their special services. I stopped having water delivered and went to Lowe's to exchange and I was still charged $50 a month. I was going online to pay my account and arrange for them to pick up the machine I rented for 8 years, but they had locked me out of my account and turned me over to a credit agency which says I owe $179 for the cooler. I recently did a review on this horrible water company, Ready Refresh 3 weeks ago. I just happened to look on our invoice and they charged us a fee for plastic cups which we never ordered or wanted. This is a scam. This has happened before as well! Called them today to have this charge removed.
