We've been using ReadyRefresh for water delivery since January 2025, and the experience has gone downhill quickly. Our pricing has increased significantly in just a short time. For example, our delivery used to be around $58, and now it's suddenly $74 with no clear explanation. Because of this, we decided to cancel the service, but that's where the real frustration started. The cancellation instructions on their website do not work, and there is no actual option to cancel the subscription online. We've called three different phone numbers trying to reach a live representative. Each time, their automated system takes us through multiple prompts, only to route us to a satisfaction survey instead of connecting us to an agent or giving us a cancellation option. At this point, it feels intentionally difficult to cancel, which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers should not have to jump through hoops just to stop a service they no longer want, especially after sudden price increases. If someone from ReadyRefresh or Primo is monitoring reviews, please contact us so we can finally cancel this account. read more

What in the actual world, never do business with this company or Primo Water if you can. We have been subscribed with this company for water delivery at two addresses and the inconsistent deliveries were a constant headache. Worst yet, they merged with Primo Water and have skipped two deliveries and are impossible to get any customer service or help online or the phone for two weeks straight trying to figure out why the app says delivery will be a certain day which keeps moving but never occurring and worst their service reps hang up or say my account details have been lost. Truly a customer service experience worthy of the cable company. Ever since this company went through a merger, the service has been horrendous on an epic scale. I had 3+ years of exceptional service followed by a meltdown I can barely describe. First, the driver stopped coming to the designated pickup place. Rather than replacing my bottles, the driver just kept leaving more. I called and called, but the bottles kept coming. I left written notes in black sharpie, but the bottles kept coming. At one point I had 16 5-gallon water bottles blocking my driveway. It apparently occurred to no one that this might be a problem. After a couple of angry phone calls, I finally got that to stop happening. They started taking empties. That was great. When the supply ran out, I realized that they had stopped delivering water. They stopped doing anything. They did not, however, stop charging me. Or sending me notices that my delivery was complete, when it was obvious no one had shown up. I have a notification on my iPhone that my water was delivered 30 minutes ago. I'm staring at a bunch of empties that were neither collected nor replaced. And the agent says they can't ask the driver to come BACK to my house. So I call them, again. This time they tell me that my account is on a replacement service they no longer offer. So they now need a fixed number of bottles with every delivery. The burden is now shifted to me to increase or decrease the order every week. Oh, and they can't have anyone here for another week. Its almost awe-inspiring how poor this companies service is. It is almost unfathomable in first-world America. This company / service is as incompetent and unreliable as it gets at all levels. It is also likely a dishonest company that uses deliberate software glitches, etc. to cover its incompetence / insolvency. HORRIBLE SERVICE I signed up through a special promo with Costco, and everything was fine--until I needed help. Customer service is practically nonexistent. I've tried calling at different times of the day and can never reach a live person. The chat feature? Completely useless. They had no problem emailing me to say my special pricing would be removed because my Costco card was canceled. I did update the card, but I've spent weeks trying to reach someone to update my account with no luck. On top of that, they move my delivery dates around with no notice. Horrible customer services Deliveries are almost never on schedule, customer service will tell you sorry and schedule a new delivery but they don't deliver. They can't even keep their drivers. Don't waste your time or money, I haven't received a water delivery since June 10th, 2025 and it is now July 17th, 2025 for an unpaid balance of $96 that was supposed to get credited to my account because it took them over a month for my June 10th delivery. Then the company merger had a horrible change in service. The communication was none, service of water stopped, my credit card was being charged when NO WATER DELIVERY, NO SERVICE! Our jobsite waited three (3) months for water that was promised. Water delivery after delivery promised had excuses for why they couldn't make it. Promised to make it up, then still failed to deliver. The phone service line recording makes you wait on phone half hour before it will connect to a real person. Canceled our service in May, and then four months later they are still charging my credit card. I wait for a real person again for 25 minutes, she puts me on hold, comes back, puts me on hold. Says she will cancel my service that was canceled previously in May 2025. Says she will connect me to a supervisor to cancel my service again. To remove an automatic charge two days ago for a delivery of water. They have burned up my time, my credit card, and can't get a water bottle delivery right. Beware of ordering from this company. One Star -- Customer Service Nightmare & Broken Ordering System If I could give Primo Brands (formerly ReadyRefresh) zero stars, I would. This company is a complete disaster when it comes to customer experience. I attempted to place a one-time order through their website, and after selecting my item and clicking "Add to Order," it simply dumped the item into my recurring delivery instead. There's literally a button labeled for one-time orders, and it doesn't even work as advertised. The website is poorly designed and misleading. Frustrated, I called the customer service number listed on their site. After requesting an agent, I was dumped into an endless loop of "high call volume" messages. No estimate, no hold music, no option to request a callback--just a black hole of wasted time. Thinking I might get better support online, I went to the Help Center and tried their "Chat with Us" feature. Total joke. I explained both issues--website failure and inability to reach customer service--and was met with absolute silence. No response, no troubleshooting, nothing. It's as if the chat function exists just to pretend they have support. This is not just bad service--this is non-existent service. I don't know how a company in 2025 can operate like this and still expect people to stay subscribed. If you're considering using Primo for water delivery, don't. I had payment set up to automatically bill and now they are wanting me to put my credit card for payment when they would deduct from my checking account. She said she scheduled my delivwry and updated mynew order qty and today. We'll today, my bottles were out and nothing happened. I signed onto my app and found my delivery was scheduled 2 weeks out further and my quantity had not been updated. Our delivery keeps getting canceled, we've gone without water for 2 months. They keep adding free bottles to our next order, but free doesn't matter if we're not getting the water. I have been a customer for over 16yrs with this company and the company that it was before (Arrowhead Water). Now that Primo took over things are not good. I had a delivery scheduled for June 27th. They pushed it back 3 times. I called and they said they would give me a $5 discount, and that there would be a delivery on July 9th. We ran out of water on June 30th. We had company for 4th of July and had to buy additional water from the grocery store. Come July 9th no delivery. I called and cancelled on July 10th. They offered me some discounts but nothing that would make a difference. I am saddened that this 16yr relationship had to end on such a sour note. read more

I'm a Costco customer with Alhambra water. ReadyRefresh is now handling my account with the worst service ever. My water was delivered out of normal business hours - I have 6 water bottles that need to be picked up. Their chat app does not work to communicate this error, I can't get to anyone on that app and their site never works either. I would give no stars if possible. Negative 20. One week ago today I on hold for 3.5 hours in between speaking with 4 different people. Issue not resolved but they said I would hear back from them within 72 hours. Today, I requested a callback and they did do so. However, same thing - person who I spoke to has NO idea why they charged me $650 when our normal monthly rental fees are about $75. NO idea. And said it needed to be escalated. On hold again while transferred to be escalated. 30 minutes later someone comes on and they start all over again - asking what the issue is and they will put me on hold to look at my account/the invoice in question. This is a business account. Maybe they thought a large charge wouldn't be noticed? And VERY unhappy now that there is NO option other than AUTO PAY, because I never would have paid this invoice. 5/1/25 I called each day this week, during business hours, and waited on hold for 17, 19, 21, and more than 30 minutes. I hate their music tone they have for those on hold. This morning I tried again at 8:15 am and after waiting 15 minutes a young woman finally answered. Her explanation for why they did a delivery 4 days earlier than expected was that since the merger the deliveries have been trying to catch up. But mine was early! She didn't offer me any comp for my inconvenience and didn't offer a real apology either, that's poor customer service. I had an order scheduled for 5/28/25, but it has been rescheduled for 5/30/25, then 6/3/25 without any notification which I'm signed up for. I called and spoke to a representative on 5/30/25 and she confirmed that my order would arrive on 6/3/25 and also removed Pellegrino from being a recurring order, which I did not sign up for. It is 6/3/25 and my order has not arrived and is no longer listed on my deliveries. Instead they switched my current order of Arrowhead and the Pellegrino to a separate recurring orders starting 6/10/25 and 7/8/25, neither of which did I sign up for. I tried to remove items online from being recurring and got a pop-up (attached screenshot) saying I would need to speak to someone to stop a recurring order permanently. They also have not replied to my email from 5/30/25 except for a canned reply saying they will get back to me. After 39 minutes on hold today, I spoke to someone and they escalated it to someone else and are trying to get it scheduled for later this week. Both representatives were professional and were trying to help. It seems like the merger from ReadyRefresh to Primo brands is causing a lot of problems. I'm hoping that this gets worked out because in the past ReadyRefresh delivered water on time and in good condition. A few months ago I would have given ReadyRefresh 5 stars. read more

Anyways, thought I was FINALLY done with them for good but noooope! They charged my card for a bunch of bs fees after everything was returned. Long story short, after emailing endlessly back and forth (because every time I call I get hung up on after about an hour) they send me some terms and conditions from 2025 (I signed up years ago) that don't even apply to my account. Refused to provide me with any terms and conditions I actually may have signed stating all the fees. So now I have to fight them through my bank to get the money they illegally stole from me. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY WITH ANY PRIMO BRAND (Arrowhead, Alhambra, Nestle, Ready Refresh). I started with Alhambra 7 years ago. Delivery/pickups were all on time as scheduled. I moved everything remained consistent, no hiccups with delivery. Fast forward to May 2025. It all went to crap after merger. Deliveries missed, when delivery came, they double my order. Literally 20 5gallon jugs outside my door. I live in a small 2 bedroom apartment. No where to store all the bottles. Had to leave them outside in hallway.I called to have half of them picked up. Had to wait 2 weeks!!!! A week and a half later, another 12 more 5gallon jugs delivered. Requested another pickup, this time had to wait another 2 weeks. I went into my account to skip a month, and they still delivered MORE jugs. Have had enough of this!! Canceled last Tuesday and they said they would pick up the water dispenser and all jugs on 7/15/25. Guess what they DID NOT PICK UP THEIR STUFF. I called today and they said the driver told them we weren't home. First, everything is outside my door. Second, we were home all day and my couch is less than 50ft from front door. Like most, I agree that the merger with Primo Brands/Water.com has been a nightmare. Deliveries are late or don't happen, ordering and simple pick up of empty bottles without replenishment takes a phone call, and trying to get anyone on the phone is a nightmare. They offer no discounts or free bottles - ANYTHING - for the massive inconvenience literally every customer is experiencing during this merger that is supposed to make things 'better'. Every aspect of this company and service is the worst. I returned 3 empties over a month ago and have requested the deposit be credited back to my card several times to no avail. I just had another 3 empties picked up and the credit amount is wrong so now I'm stuck on the phone with the awful hold music (echoing another review) for what I imagine will be 30 minutes at the very least (31 mins and counting as I type this). I'm researching people who work for the brand on LinkedIn to try and get ANY sort of answer or help. I intend to take my business elsewhere once I get my money back in full. Service was great before the merger. Now there are delivery delays and double charges. Most customers are on auto pay and don't realize this is happening. CHECK your billing statement and mainly your bank account. Double charges amounts to stealing. Imagine how many customers are being double billed. They have 2 strikes with me. They want to make money by scamming .I cancelled my service and they kept sendign me invoices since I had auto pay setup fron credit card they kept on withdrawing money for 2 years , my credit card company said I have to work with them to stop. I called them multiple times and finally they told me my sub was cancelled but they wont be sending any confirmation email. Om my accoutn statement it said zero. I sent my two empty glass bottles so AT LEAST they could give me back my bottle credit, just for these people to CHARGE me for water I didn't receive. Now I am being offered a discount on the next order when I'm damn near two orders behind. What would I need with a discount if I can't even receive the water I have on recurring delivery.
