This company is absolutely terrible. I had a request for only the rental water cooler to be picked up on December 24th. Instead they picked up the rental but also delivered bottles and gallons of water I didn't ask for. Now I've been trying to get the items I didn't ask for picked up and they either show up and don't pick things up or deliver more items. We are going on 3 times of this and I cannot get anyone to get this fixed. I cannot get in touch with a supervisor or anyone who provides any sort of actual service. We love bottled water. We discovered Ready Fresh a few years ago. We get four 5 gallon bottles every other month. The drivers are friendly. Ready Fresh alerts me when it's time so we can put empty bottles out. I will never go back to pulling heavy cases of water out of my trunk and dragging them in the house again. We ALWAYS have fresh drinking water and plenty to use to fill our bottles to go. Our cooler also has a steaming hot water feature with a locking feature. read more

I signed up for Ready Refresh in 2023 for my apartment so my wife and I could stop buying bottled water. It started out good; equipment rental was $1 per month and water delivery was about $30 for four 5-gallon jugs, which seemed pretty reasonable all things considered. About a year ago, suddenly prices started increasing. Rental of the same machine (which, mind you, does not work properly and is basically just a giant water valve since the refrigeration doesn't work properly) went up. First, it went up to $ 2.50, then $ 3 per month, and water delivery increased to about $40 for the same brand of 4 jugs of water. I let it slide because, well, inflation is everywhere, right? This all comes to a head last Friday. I was at home about to leave for work when I got a notification that my July 29th order was delivered. Okay, no big deal, go grab the jugs, but, strange, they're not here? Simple mistake, I thought, no big deal, I'll just go on the app and say "didn't receive," and I'll either get a credit or another delivery. Sure, no problem. Except the app does not offer this option; it's only got a complaint section. I said, no big deal. I work in phone sales, so I'll just call the customer service line. Except WAIT, NOPE, YOU CAN'T. You call and it just gives you the automated system, and then after frustratingly asking multiple times to fumble through an automated system, you get the machine to relent and try and transfer you to an agent. Except wait! NOPE, NO AGENTS ARE AVAILABLE. NO HOLD OR WAITING. JUST BYE-BYE. CALL BACK LATER. HEEHEE. This I discovered on Friday. I said, "okay, benefit of the doubt, I'll call tomorrow." Tomorrow comes, and I try calling and NOPE, WE'RE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. OOPS, SORRY. CALL AGAIN LATER. Fine, I say to myself, I'll try to connect with an agent through their chat system, except OOPS, NO AGENTS AVAILABLE. CONTACT AGAIN LATER. At this point, I'm resigned to cancelling because holy moth balls Batman, how do you run a business delivering to thousands of Americans but not offer a refund tool in the app? I just wanted my water or my money back at this point, one of the two. So I say, okay, maybe it's just the weekend. Try contacting them mid-day Monday so that way there's no way there are no agents available. That brings us to today. I tried once again to contact via chat tool. It says "no agents available but pretty please call us and we'll fix it for you :(" so I said sure, what's one more call going to hurt? Except, wouldn't it just be REALLY funny if they don't even have available agents during the listed times on their app and website and the robot just hangs up on you claiming higher than normal call volumes?? They thought so, and didn't answer. So now here I sit defeated on my couch, probably out of the $40 they stole from me and my pregnant wife, waiting on them to respond to a support request I have submitted. They claim they'll respond to within "3-5 business days" so they have exactly that long to contact me before I just change my card with my bank and stop payment to these thieves, and dump their broken machine in the dumpster and just go and buy myself one with the savings I'll have by not paying them. If you run a business and you want water delivered, I'd trust more reliable sources than this. I'm just a single-residence account and it's this bad. I can't imagine fighting them on a franchise of missed deliveries. If you're a resident and looking to save money, just bite the bullet and spend the $50 on your own dispenser or get one used and either get the jugs delivered by a reputable company like Walmart through Walmart + or just save extra money and cart them into your own house like I'm about to. If there is one thing I hate more than anything else in this world, it's leeches like this that fight the lighter, burning them off. I can do it the easy way or the hard way, but you're done sucking my blood, Ready Refresh or Primo Brands, whatever the hell you are now. read more

If they would deliver the water as scheduled they might not have to change their name each year. Whoever has the Fauquier County VA route is the laziest person. Customer service said the driver cancelled my delivery 4 times in one week. They offered me a coupon for water that I would never get. What a joke. COSTCO has the same water cheaper and in a 40 pack. I have been a customer since April of 2024 never had a problem with my deliveries until June of this year .My deliveries have been cancelled and rescheduled everyday since June 13,2025, all customer service does is give me discounts on water that they know I'm not going to receive. You call and stay on hold for more than an hour, supervisors can't even get responses from the distribution center at least that is what they tell me. I can't even get them to come pick up their eq so in the dumpster it goes along with all the empty water bottles. They can't even give me a corporate number or address to the distribution center for the Virginia Beach area. it's really sad. On top of that they are still in Sam's club peddling their services but can't even deliver to the current customers they have. Fed up!!! read more

Started off good. Until I started skipping delivery's cause I had enough bottles. Next thing I know they are charging me for delivery's l didn't receive. Call got thar situationed and got my next delivery. Now later here's comes the bullshit. They done charge me for an order then put 3 to 4 late fees on it. A $37 order when to $150. Make it make sense. Clearly my statements say otherwise. I talked to a while representative ans a supervisor was suppose to reach back out to me. And never did. Now I'm getting mail from collection. Can not open my account cause they locked me out if it. Can't see anything but what they are making up. This feels like a scam and a wat ti collect on money that's not theirs. We have used ReadyRefresh services for about four years now. Prices have gone up during this time but I assume that's to be expected. To cut costs we chose not to rent the water dispenser directly from the company and we purchased our own which has worked out great for us. Otherwise, we had no issues with the water dispenser provided to us. I would recommend the dispenser that allows the water bottle to sit below versus on top so you don't injure your back trying to lift up heavy water bottles. Water bottles come in 3 or 5 gallon bottles. Water is either purified they offer spring water. They also sell other products but we stick to purchasing water only. Their website makes it easy to schedule recurring water orders and it's easy to change an order, we haven't had any problems with their service and before Covid, the nice delivery man would always carry the water bottles into my house for me. Service members wear gloves and masks for drop off now. We will definitely keep using their services! read more

Terrible service. They keep delaying our water delivery every single day. We called Thursday & were told we would definitely get our water Friday (today). We had an email at 8:31 am this morning that our delivery was on it's way and then another one at 9:00 that it was now delayed UNTIL TUESDAY. We are a business with multiple employees and clients. We have 2 water coolers & are down to our last full bottle with at least 6 empties waiting to be picked up. This has happened before and it is simply unacceptable. Being delayed a day or two is one thing, being delayed over a week, with really no guarantee we will actually get our water on Tuesday, is just bad business on their end. We will start looking at other options for our water at this point. read more

I have had ongoing issues with Ready Refresh. They've double charged me several times and then I have to get a supervisor and wait for the refund. Yesterday the delivery guy left the water plus a cooler cleaning kit. I have my own cooler by the way and I have never ordered any cleaning services since old fashioned vinegar and hot water do the trick just fine and I've hav had my cooler for almost 6 years! I got a message from my credit card saying there was a $13.77 charge in addition to the water charges. Of course they're closed for the weekend so I'll have to call Monday. It just baffles me that they would add something to my account and charge me for it when I didn't order it! I'm definitely looking into other options for water delivery, this is getting out of hand. read more

The business I work for gets water from them and they have gone from bad to worse in the past 4/5 years. They keep pushing delivery dates back to the point we had to buy water from the grocery store because we ran out, and I think one month they didn't come at all they pushed the date back so far! It is not the drivers fault, they obviously have incompetent management that cannot properly plan efficient delivery routes. This is going back before Covid. We pay $99 year for the Hydration Superhero membership. We also paid $199 for the dispenser 2 years ago. We need our machine cleaned and looked at. We called and were told that the machine was out of warranty. We asked what the $99.00 membership was for, and we were told it was for annual maintenance on the machine on top of other discounts. We told them our machine has never had maintenance done on it. The girl just kept saying it was out of warranty and she could not help us. The machine does not cool the water. We also received an email from ReadyRefresh offering to come and clean the machine for $94.00. We were told that they could not do that either even though we received the email this month due to the machine being out of warranty. This is not the first problem we have had with ReadyRefresh. At one point we did not receive our water for 4 months. When I was finally able to get to someone who knew something she said it was because our order was not over $25/mo. The second time I saw the truck go right by the apartment. Now a third time they want me to wait at home for them. Nope. Also, $50 fee to clean the dispenser, a "COVID" fee. No, just another charge. purchased a water cooler and it didn't last a year. They gave me a replacement one after about a month of trying to reach someone. 8 months later the second cooler stopped dispensing water. Called the company and said the 1 year warrently had expired. Explained that the 2nd cooler had not lasted a year they still refused to replace it. They do not offer service so there is no one to try to fix to cooler. So I am stuck with water and no functioning cooler. Service started out great, until prices have gone up twice in a year and quality gone down. They added a monthly charge to the cooler that used to be free. On our 3rd cooler which isn't working properly either, first one froze up, 2nd lost the ability to provide cold water, now this one is leaving a bad aftertaste and is loud when running. DO NOT use ReadyRefresh. I have never put out a bad review on any company as I always try to be fair and see the other side of things. Just like us as humans we make mistakes and errors so it is important that we all understand that on these companies mess up. I have given them several opportunities to make things right and yet they continue to keep providing me bad service. Three at a last four deliveries They changed the date and out of those three-day changes the next day that they were supposed to deliver it they canceled the delivery. I called and asked him why and they said it was a mistake and then told me I would have to wait another 2 weeks to get the delivery. Even when I first started purchasing water from them the actual standalone water machine but supposed to come one day and it didn't come for it another 2 weeks without even telling me. I called the lady two days ago asking her why is my order rescheduled for the next day of the original delivery date she said it wasn't I told her yeah it was because I got it on the app which message me saying the delivery was changed. She said No it wasn't and then the next day no water. It said that the delivery date was the next day which then it was canceled. WaterRefresh by Nestle....coming from the Alexandria area, this company was spot-on....In the Virginia Beach area, I have not received a correct delivery since relocating....They take your money freely from any account you have, however when it comes to delivery, they JUST CANNOT GET IT RIGHT....They record this reminder on your phone, YOUR DELIVERY IS ON THURSDAY on such and such a date. WHEN the day comes, they never deliver...I have to always call a representative and then speak to a SUPERVISOR....then the delivery is rescheduled for another date....PLEASE, GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!
