The good thing about them is Customer Service is outstanding (hence any stars at all). However, not getting my delivery and having to call each time is the reason I'm cancelling. I've been with them 3 months tops and haven't gotten 3 of my biweekly deliveries. They "have trucks down." Unfortunately, that's not my problem. Not only do they have this problem, they don't tell you that you won't be getting your delivery - you find out when you DON'T get it. Extremly poor customer service. Never able to contact anyone. Driver's make the decisons of whenever they want to deliver and it doesn't matter that we have been a long standing customer that was forced to change hours of operration due to covid. However we have never changed the hour that we open and suddnely the driver drops our 5 gallon jugs at the back door, regardless of the weather or the fact that our employees are mainly older females and can not lift and carry those heavy bottles. Additionaly the account as had the wrong name on it for a very long time however noone can or will change it even after sending messages and forms in a year and a half latter it is still incorrect. I spent hours on top of hours trying to speak to anyone and resolve delivery changes and account corrections,and never can get the changes made properly becuae the CSR's are less than adquate. Went back and forth with Ricky who reached out through this app. Here is the kicker, because Ricky reached out through my yelp review my ticket was closed out. NEVER called to talk to me about the issue instead this company just sent me a message on this app which I'm unable to post. Bottom line he asked how to retain my service and offered to reach out to the local office. WHY that wasnt done BEFORE they reached out to me i have no clue. Crystal Springs Water - Water Delivery Near Me - Norfolk, Virginia

Before I start this review we had been having Crystal Springs water delivered for 26 years. Up until last year the delivery of the 3 gallon water jugs was good. We had been renting their cooler. Two weeks ago the cooler stopped working. We decided to cancel the service as the new delivery person would constantly miss our scheduled day and it had just gotten to be more trouble than it was worth. I called to cancel and they indicated to put the broken cooler by the garage door along with any bottles which we did, they are still there. Not only that, our account is now canceled but the bottles and cooler is still outside!. I have called each morning to try to get the cooler and bottles picked up so I receive credit on the final invoice. Each day I have been told the regional manager has been notified and I was reassured everything would be picked up! This has not happened! Maybe it is the Regional Manager that is the problem! One less hassle in life by not dealing with Crystal Springs! read more

Very unhappy with the service "provided." I am (was) a brand new customer. I scheduled delivery of a water cooler and bottles of water for 24 August in the A.M. After waiting around all day, at 2:47 P.M. a driver jogged up to my front door and left a note saying sorry they missed me for the delivery and the service has been rescheduled for Monday 27 August. Just like that, he jogged away and drove off. They didn't call, ring my doorbell or even knock! When I called customer service and explained the situation, I was transferred and had to describe the problem all over again. This person offered to transfer me to the ground delivery manager. When I was unhappy at being transferred again, she offered to have the manager call me as well as schedule an appointment for another day. Sorry. Have had HORRIBLE experiences with them. Nothing is delivered on time, no one can answer my questions, I'm calling multiple times a day. They change dates and quantities without letting anyone know. They missed a delivery, I called about it, they gave me no solution except "soon" and then overnight left jugs outside of the building. But not even the amount of jugs we ordered and now our empty ones are still here. read more

I subscribed to the Aqua Cafe service and expected my first delivery Monday, 14 May 2018. A week later the dispenser with k-cups and water have not been delivered after daily calls to customer service representatives who guaranteed a call from "upper management." I really should have read the reviews before signing up with service from this company. I initially signed up in Costco back in May, and I didn't get delivery until August. The delivery guy had an attitude problem and acted like he didn't want to set up the machine. He was smelly, rude and evasive. He seriously tried to leave the 5 gallon jugs at my front door! I invited him in to set up the machine and he acted like it was an inconvenience. He set it up and a red light was on that said change water bottle. He said "I don't know why it's saying that," and left. I figured the light would go off but it did not. To top it all off about an hour after he left the machine was overheated and making a loud noise. Called customer service asked for a new machine, they sent out another refurbished one about 2 weeks later. I canceled service. Garbage...caca. go with another company. You've been warned. read more

This company sucks! They stopped delivering water to me without any explanation explaining why. The last time I had water delivered was in February. I called and emailed DOZENS of times from March thru April only to be told "we're sorry ma'am and someone will be in your area next week." I was told that same lie for over and over again. I went on vacation for a whole week during spring break and still no water. I finally told them to come and get the dispenser since I had no water to put in it. It took them almost a month before it disappeared off my front porch. Today, however, I find a past due notice in my mailbox. For what?!?! I'M NOT PAYING YOU A DIME!! I was a loyal customer for almost 4 years and I was never late because you were taking the money from my bank account. No one has ever explained to me why water stopped being delivered to my home and now you want to send my account to collections? Well go right ahead. I don't have any water bottles or water dispensers and haven't had any in months.The last time I called I supposedly spoke with a supervisor who said that my account would be closed. Clearly that was a lie. Send my account to collections. I don't care. I refuse to pay for something I don't have. I'm going to post this review everywhere so people will know what they're getting themselves into. Go somewhere else and buy bottled water. It's way cheaper. I now get 40 16.9oz bottles from Sam's Club for only $2.99. I don't know why I was ever throwing my money away with crystal springs. UPDATE!!! 29 DECEMBER 2017 I got dinged on my credit report! This is hilarious. I told you I'm not paying you a dime. You showing up on my credit report and sending me to a collection agency is a waste of your time not mine. You say I owe you $90 or something like that. No you owe me for not delivering my water like you were suppose to and for wasting my time. Keep waiting on that money because I'm still not giving in. You dropped the ball not me. I refuse to pay for something that I never received. 7 years is long time to wait for this to fall off of my credit report but I don't mind waiting. DO NOT under any circumstances receive water from this company. Their customer service center is great. But when it comes to the local branch, they are horrible. My husband and I WERE customers for a little over a year and up until the last 2 months they were fine. The last 2 months, we did not receive any water deliveries (even after calling the local branch ourselves), we did not receive any communication from them whatsoever. All of our deliveries were being rescheduled without any kind of communication from them. Not even the delivery driver, the delivery drivers supervisor or the local branch manager had any communication with us even once. It got to the point where we got a significant refund from the company because of the lack of customer service the local branch has offered us. We even tried multiple attempts to have our empty bottles picked up. That did not worked. So we got instructions from customer service to recycle them and that the local branch would be out the money based on their lack of customer service and communication with us. We are now in the middle of a BBB complaint and the BBB has attempted to contact the local branch. But of course the local branch will not even get into contact with the BBB. Horrible customer service all around and I am glad it will be shown in the BBB's reliability report against Crystal Springs. I hope other branches across the US are not as horrible as this one is. DO NOT be a customer of Crystal Springs if you live in the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area of Virginia! read more
