During a recent service visit, the technician left early to go to another job, leaving our maintenance incomplete. We were told the office would follow up to reschedule, but after a week of no communication, I had to reach out myself--only to be told the earliest availability was another two weeks out. This level of poor communication and scheduling delay is not what we expect from a commercial HVAC service provider. We also received an invoice before the work had even been completed, and parts were replaced without prior authorization and added to the bill, which raises serious concerns around billing practices and unauthorized repairs. After raising these concerns, we did receive a call and an apology, but the situation was largely explained away and no real effort was made to resolve the issues or correct the billing concerns. To be fair, the technicians themselves have been professional while on-site. However, the overall communication, coordination, and service contract management have not met expectations. As a result, we will be moving in a different direction once our contract ends. I would recommend others carefully evaluate communication, scheduling, and approval processes--or consider other HVAC companies--before committing.

The gentleman on the phone said he would get to me from noon to 4pm with a half hour lead call. I knew they would be slammed as it was the first heat wave and the outdoor temp felt like 103. They got to me shortly after four and within no time had replaced the capacitor, checked the charge and had that ac blasting. Two very, professional, efficient and nice young men answered the call on this blistering day. Best of all, it only cost $165 when I would have sold a kidney for ac. Thanks Bradley's. I highly recommend and will absolutely use them again for maintenance.

Very Disappointed with Virginia Breeze HVAC…read more Unfortunately, my experience with Virginia Breeze HVAC was extremely disappointing. Virginia Breeze came to my home on July 31 to repair my A/C. I paid an additional $200 to have the water pan and condensation line cleared. Unfortunately, my A/C system went down again on August 12, less than two weeks later. I contacted my home warranty company, and they placed a new service order with Virginia Breeze because the original service was less than 30 days prior. I personally texted the Virginia Breeze representative and attempted to call, but received no response. I waited until the following Monday, when my home warranty company contacted Virginia Breeze while I was on the phone. I was told that I was already scheduled for service. However, I explained that no one from Virginia Breeze had contacted me to schedule an appointment. I was willing to give them until Tuesday, but by Wednesday I still had not received a call, text, or any communication from Virginia Breeze. As a result, I suffered in a home that was over 90 degrees for almost two weeks. At that point, I was given the option to have another contractor come out. The new contractor inspected my system and identified a refrigerant leak. The contractor also told me that the water pan was full of water and was not draining, despite the fact that I had paid an additional $200 to have the pan and condensation line cleared. The representative had used my personal shop vac to perform that work. I wish I could receive a refund for the additional service charge I paid, since the new contractor found that the pan was still full and not draining. What was most disappointing to me was the lack of communication and urgency. Having no A/C during one of the hottest months of the year is not a minor inconvenience, especially when I had to endure temperatures above 90 degrees inside my home for nearly two weeks. I expected much more concern and follow-through from a company that had just serviced my system. I understand that HVAC issues can happen, but communication, customer service, and standing behind your work matter, especially when the system fails again within such a short period of time. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend Virginia Breeze HVAC. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication, workmanship, and customer service for future customers.

The technician was on time, great personality, professional and cleaned up after the job. Each routine maintenance service call prevented a bigger problem from developing. I am grateful that they are so skilled at repair and maintenance . I have grown to trust their expertise. I have great confidence in their work and in the company in general. So recently I had a really bad blocked drain in the kitchen. I did what I could to unclog it but I was unsuccessful. I realized that Chris Mechanical also has plumbing services available. I called on a Sunday and the plumber was able to fit me into the schedule a day later. Since it was just the kitchen and not the entire plumbing line it was ok to wait. If you need emergency services the plumber would probably be able to get there ASAP.
