If you need to return an item, the exchange is not very good. They refer you to their return policy which starts to appear okay, but then continues with too many ands, ifs, and buts - and you end up paying for return shipping, original shipping, and restock. Then they lie about the condition saying it was used when it wasn't. They even posted a false photo at me claiming the item was used - but it was a different photo other than what I returned. I see comments from people commending their customer service, yet why was I double-crossed ? Overall, Google-AI says there are mixed reviews about this company, some persons are exuberant - and some had problems such as mine. They are not consistent. Buyer beware. read more

I purchased a stubby TBS antenna. Over two weeks and i still have not received my package nor have i gotten any type of help from them to try and make it better. It seems that once a package has left their facilities then it's on you, YOU FIGURE it out! It will get to you when it gets to you. I have had companies before expedite me a new product until the one lost was found or returned, any help is better than nothing. Anyways buy at your own risk, once you give them your money then it's your fault. I wonder how they would treat you if you had a defective product. I ordered a flight controller, and this controller was never delivered. RMRC tells me they have filed a claim, but the claim was denied. FedEx tells me that RMRC has never filed a claim, so FedEx sends me the claim form, which I forwarded to RMRC. This is a horrible company. Did not receive my order. I ordered (4) 1/8" to 1/4" prop adapters from them on Monday. I paid 11$ extra to get an express shipping method with tracking. The tracking info stated the package was delivered yesterday however I never received my order. Possibly they failed to correctly copy my address onto the shipping info as other reviewers have have stated happened. Or possibly they never sent it. Their customer service pretty much blew me off saying it ain't their problem. I would highly recommend using a different company for you rc product needs. read more

Not a reliable supplier (http://www.readymaderc.com) when it comes to shipping overseas. When the parcels are not delivered/ lost, readymaderc does not want to communicate to customers and find a solution to problems. Instead they prefer to keep distance from the customer. They think that once they received the customer's money and made a shipment, they fulfilled all their obligations towards a customer and now it is a customer's problem to receive a package and deal with any damages. They refuse to investigate cases with lost packages and compensate losses. This behaviour is not acceptable, considering the fact that FPV equipment is quite expensive. What they do when customer tries to solve the undelivered problem himself and writes is blocking the customer on their website. My strong advise - avoid buying at http://www.readymaderc.com if you located overseas. Otherwise you may be highly disappointed and loose your money! read more

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had the worst experience with this online company EVER! Shipped my order to the wrong address. Took them forever to respond to my support request, they said they would give me a full refund immediately or re-ship, then, after about a week, suddenly said they wouldnt do anything for me and it was my fault!? So instead of helping me or even admitting to any problem with their system (actually, they admitted to the problem off the bat, went back on their word, then they had to admit to ANOTHER problem with their system because one of their support staff had to eventually reset my account in order for me to log back into it, after I placed the order, I could not log into the account), they inferred I was a lair, were very condescending, and even blatantly lied to PayPal claiming I "admitted to entering the wrong address", complete BS! Not one time did their support ever help me, in fact, all that they did was give me the run around just long enough for Fedex to tell me they probably couldnt recover the package, which after asking them in my fist email to do, they never one time even addressed.
