I have been a loyal customer of this card shop for years and have participated in every Lorcana set…read morerelease since the game launched. For the past two years, customers who preordered these releases received the store's loyalty discount, so naturally many of us expected the same treatment for the newest set. This time, however, the store suddenly decided not to honor the loyalty discount on preorders. While that was disappointing, what made the situation worse was the inconsistent way it was handled afterward. It came to light that at least one customer was given the loyalty discount anyway. Once other customers found out, the store began issuing refunds to some people who had preordered. My brother and I went into the store together to ask about receiving the same refund. We purchased our products the same way, were in the same situation, and were making the request at the same time. The manager told me I would not receive a refund because my name was not part of a previous conversation regarding the issue. Moments later, he approved the refund for my brother. I was left wondering how two customers in the exact same situation could receive completely different treatment. The issue is no longer about the discount itself. It's about fairness and consistency. Policies can change, but they should be applied equally to everyone. Selectively honoring discounts and refunds creates the impression that some customers matter more than others, and that's a disappointing way to treat loyal patrons who have supported the store for years. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the business, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.

They have a nice selection…read moreof warhammer and other games such as Magic, Lorcana, and Pokémon cards I love playing Lorcana there every Friday night. The staff are friendly, willing to teach and answer questions about the game. If you continue to play you rack up enough points to even win prizes which is fun. Their prices are also very fair. Lorcana has been a hot commodity and many local game shops are taking advantage of this by hiking up prices. They however have always sold all their Lorcana items at MSRP. I greatly appreciate this and am happy that, thanks to them I'm able to play this game without spending excess money.

I wasn't sure if this was more orientated to adults before we went in, but the staff was great with the kids in the shop. They had a nice selection of Pokémon cards to go through. The space has a nice large room with multiple ling tables and chairs to play. A selection of merchandise from various franchises is available along one side. Next to the counter is access to a smaller room that looked, to this absolute layperson on the topic, like a very impressive setup for both playing and shopping for Warhammer. The calendar looked to be packed with opportunities to play various tabletop games and cards. Good location in the Kenny Centre Mall near all of those awesome restaurants and plenty of parking in the shopping center lot.

Open M-Sat 10-7 I think. Inside, a cool spot like a Lego club, with big sorting tables, a minifig building table, many prebuilt figures and sets, many new in box sets, etc. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Loads of interesting parts and standard stuff on the table; Baby K found enough to fill a small tub, plus built some figures. If you've lost a part or need some specialty ones, come here. Prices are reasonable, considering it's Legos, and they helped us fit stuff in a smaller container and save a bit of money. I'm sure we'll be back, and check out the other location.

I found out about Bricks and Minifigs from a news story and had some legos to sell. So I visited…read morethe Hilliard location. They buy and sell Legos and figurines. The shop workers were really nice and there is a large variety of Legos for sale within the shop. The Legos I took in happened to not have a couple of pieces but I had more boxes at home and said I would bring them in. I stopped by a couple of weeks later with seven boxes of Legos to sell. I started to pull a couple out of the box and was disappointed to hear that they do not do cash and only offer store credit. I wish they would have told me this the first time I was in before I hauled all the boxes out of the basement. I would have just given them to my niece instead of hauling these boxes all over the state.

The music on the store stereo was also awesome. They set a good vibe here. The staff members are super friendly and cheerful. I felt welcomed and appreciated. The Pokemon selection was good and they are amenable on deals and prices. I never felt intimidated or put off discussing purchases or pricing. I will definitely be back to see what else they bring in.
