Cons, they are selling fake Needohs which is for one illegal, and the person working first tried to tell me they were real, and then tried to tell me it was fine that they are doing it. It's not. When you sell something using another company's branding that isn't from the company it's copyright infringement which makes it a counterfeit product and illegal. It's confusing for customers that don't know any better. Not to mention they are double the price of actual Needohs. This bothers me especially because my mother in law came home super excited because she finally found one for my son. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was fake. I'm sure plenty of others are being duped as well. It's disappointing coming from a reputable toy store. Please stop.

Really hard to walk out without any. But "mama won't be happy with either of us if we bring another toy home" works most of the time. Educational stuff, costumes, dolls, goofy little trinkets, big playsets, just so much. Well worth a visit, though maybe come alone and shop for birthdays or Xmas, because if you bring your kid, they are going to give you the business.

I highly recommend you visit and pick up a game you've never played, like Gloom which is a storytelling card game, or Concept which is a secret word game where you have a limited number of symbols to get people to guess, or better yet Mysterium which is sort of like Clue only there is a ghost giving you hints!

It made sense that the phone just rang and rang when we got there and it was closed, but my son was really disappointed. When I made it to one of the other locations a few days ago they were sold out of the items we had seen on the website. They popped up again, so I ordered them online for pickup, However it was refunded with no reason why. Guessing due to availability, but the entire order was cancelled without a word. I understand that these things happen and this is a small business but the lack of communication is frustrating.

It was a really nice selection of familiar and new toys. The store is located inside of the Shops at Worthington and there is plentiful parking in the shopping center lots.

There is a limit per person which is where it got a little weird for me. There was a woman a check out that was being super strict. She refused to count my son as a person, which he is always counted as a person at Tiger Tree and every where else that has limits. But also I didn't appreciate the comments of "you people are crazy,"as yes there are scalpers and things were getting a bit nuts but we don't do any of those things. We have been getting up early every Saturday morning for months since I work during the week, but since most stores stock during weekdays, we often leave empty handed. They had a great selection for literally the first time ever that we have been there and it just seemed strange to over enforce rules just because you can. The manager overheard some of us talking about her outside and let my son get the hotdog squishy he wanted, Cashier on a power trip aside, we generally have great experiences here.

While shopping we had found these soft sided cases that had no tags or pricing stickers on them but they were thrown in one of the 6or8 bins in the clearance section with only one sign seen on the entire multi-bin display saying $1. We get to the register explained they were in a bin in the clearance and no stickers etc. the manager Mike , maybe new ive never seen him, happens to walk by as the cashier is explaining that she sees them in her book and they are 3.99. The manager says yeah they are 3.99 I'll go take a picture. I said no need it's fine we aren't getting them we were only getting them because they were a dollar. He comes back a few minutes later shoving his phone in my face saying see they are 3.99 there is the sign (buried in the bottom of the crate where you cannot see it) I said maybe you should mark the individual product so people know the price considering they are in the clearance section under the $1 sign its confusing. He had the audacity to say 'Well it's not my job. Apparently you don't have a job!' seriously I didn't spend over a hundred dollars in there to be insulted by the slob of a manager.
