There are a lot of things I love about this store. The Starbucks is great, plenty of wonderful deals, and some of their artwork is really good at affordable prices. As I have mentioned in some of my other reviews, my son is all up in the squishy craze. Because we live so close we will check here on Saturday mornings. Although we typically don't have any luck here. Apparently we have been doing this all wrong and people can track where the squishes are. When we got here people were just waiting for them to open the boxes and would dive for them once they were opened. It was madness. There is a limit per person which is where it got a little weird for me. There was a woman a check out that was being super strict. She refused to count my son as a person, which he is always counted as a person at Tiger Tree and every where else that has limits. But also I didn't appreciate the comments of "you people are crazy,"as yes there are scalpers and things were getting a bit nuts but we don't do any of those things. We have been getting up early every Saturday morning for months since I work during the week, but since most stores stock during weekdays, we often leave empty handed. They had a great selection for literally the first time ever that we have been there and it just seemed strange to over enforce rules just because you can. The manager overheard some of us talking about her outside and let my son get the hotdog squishy he wanted, Cashier on a power trip aside, we generally have great experiences here. read more

This target is huge. The parking is not great. There so many handicap and pick up spots. I wish there was more closer spots. All self check out too. What happened to people actually scanning things for check out? read more

This store has gone downhill. The shelves aren't stocked well and things are very unorganized. The floors and shelves in the food aisle are filthy. Walmart is cleaner and has better selection. read more

it's a good target, i often come after i get off work. like today. i got off at 930 so i rush over to target because i need something and the lady checking me out is complaining "yall are cutting it close today" and says it multiple times. as if we don't all have different scedules. i apologized saying i just got off work and she just said to ignore her and her then she keeps complaining. read more

Service at the level of Walmart or dollar store. Everyone working there didn't even acknowledge us in the aisles or offer to help us find something. Woman at registers in self check out was flirting with another woman and didn't even come over to help us get connected correctly to the checkout. read more

I guess we've never been to this one before. Definitely out of the way for my normal travels, but really only 5 minutes from 270 and their website said they had something we wanted for the holidays. Of course I got there and it was nowhere to be found, but I got a decent replacement, and a few snacks for work. Super friendly checkout, not busy at all at 2 in the afternoon. The area gets to be nuts on the weekend, but traffic was okay on a weekday. Very pleasant experience, even if they didn't have quite what I wanted. read more

I usually head further out from home to the Sawmill Target, because they usually have more stock at this store compared to the Polaris and Powell locations. There are more choices from the grocery/frozen food section as well. Over the past years, it has been harder to find someone on the sales floor though for help and questions. If you make a registry, specifically baby registry at Target, I suggest you order the free baby kit online, because none of the locations have had them in-store for months. I want to give a separate shout out to the optical department here. Robin always goes out of her way to help and she is very thorough on how to get the best deal from your insurance and Target for your glasses. I have found the exact pair of Coach glasses here for nearly $100 less than LensCrafters. Definitely, it's worth it to come by here and see the choices of frames. read more

Don't bother with the pick up service right now. I ordered 1 item. 10 minutes waiting for a spot to open and then 24 minutes waiting. I finally went inside. 1 guy working. Orders on carts no one taking them out. Mine wasn't even on one of the carts. He had to find it. He said they are really understaffed. Maybe not have pickup available then? read more

I am so disappointed in this target. My kids love target and always hang out there with their friends. But with what happened tonight I don't know if I will ever let them go there again. Yesterday I let my kids go with their friends and after an hour they got kicked out!!!!! My daughter choked on her Starbucks drink that they sell IN THE TARGET!! One of the workers came over and yelled at her. They obviously cleaned up the drink and went back to shopping. While they were minding there business another associate came up to them and told them they needed to leave they were looking through there cart to figure out what they wanted to buy, but he yelled at them and told them they needed to get out . They followed what he said and ended up needing to walk to Taco Bell because there was no one available to pick them up till 8:00!!!! Disappointing. Clean and tidy inside. Good size store. Has a little of everything. Was in the store for about an hour shopping. Never once had an employee offer check to see if I wanted assistance or if there was something they could do to help. Pretty big holiday weekend and sale coming up this weekend. Yet, shelves were lacking in the men's department. I saw items I would have liked to have purchased, but available sizes were sporadic. Seems to be typical whenever I shop here. Their stock is consistently not dependable. Saw a display item, but it was the only item of that color. Think I only saw a couple other items of that product style. Saw another shirt I liked, but they only had a few small and mediums. Saw another workout shirt, but they only had small and XXL. I walked around the men's section for about 20 minutes browsing the merchandise. Three staff members were folding clothes but mainly chit chatting among themselves. Their conversation was quite pessimistic openly discussing their loss of faith in humanity, particularly because of their experience with customer service!!! Hello! Customer here trying to find a product to purchase that helps keep you employed! I was also looking for a replacement band for my Fitbit. Nobody around in the tech / entertainment area to point me in the right direction or answer questions. My only interaction with a Target staff was at the check-out. It was fairly transactional. This is a great target! It has has an added bonus compared to other locations- food! I've never had a bad experience here. It's always clean and the staff have always been friendly toward me. Plenty of staff are around to help out or answer questions. Just like any big store, they could always use some more registers open, but that's expected. Terrible experience! worker accused me of lying about having jewelry in my hand and refused to let me in the dressing room, and called the manager as I was walking away. They were extremely rude and physically pushed me. This was the target in Powell, Ohio. read more

Terrible customer service. Needed to exchange threshold curtain rod for next size up. My fiancé bought it for me and got wrong size. Didn't have receipt bc it was a gift. Their system was down to do no receipt returns AND would not do an exchange for the exact same item. WHAT ON EARTH read more

Hate that staff isn't wearing masks properly. The blonde employee that greeted me and my husband at the door wasn't, and I guess she was cleaning the carts but wore her mask well below her nose. Don't understand the purpose of her wiping it down if she's going to breath on it anyway. Lots of the workers in the grocery section also wore their masks under their nose. Not sure recommend this store to friends that need to shop in person. Other workers were friendly and respected the guidelines and were helpful, but there were too many people not wearing them. read more

Pricey but nice. Shelves are always fill and staff is nice. I wish they had more cashiers to get lines through more quickly. I feel pressured to get their Redcard which offers 5% each time we shop but I already have it. The cashiers always ask for it which can be annoying but nice store read more

It took forever for them to finally build and open this but hooray! A nearby Tarjay ;) This is a very nice store but it is a Target so it has the usual things for sale in there and all of the sometimes helpful and sometimes lost associates. They have a pretty nice food section in here which is a bit of a hit or miss. By that I mean they have a bit of this and that with the prices ranging from hey that's a good deal to seriously? I can get that milk cheaper at so and so place. It's mostly a convenience issue ie. if you're there getting some pillows but you also need a gallon of milk then there ya go! I wouldn't do a big portion of my grocery shopping here not with 3 grocery stores and a Super Walmart all within spitting distance but as I said, convenience. I just have to limit my time in here because you may go in there for one or two things but come out with a bag full. read more

Customer service here is pretty laid back but when you inquire they resolve and help. Store isn't always stocked appropriately. So a lot of times items aren't available. Store is decently clean. But staff is helpful, nice and warm. read more

The is a nice size store. They had everything I needed. It's located in a great area and the staff is super friendly. I recommend it.

This is like the Grove City store - always super clean and kept up, but they just don't have much inventory. And the prices.... wow. A tiny container of acrylic paint was $1.99 when one twice that size was $.50 at Walmart. It is so strange that there was hardly anyone in the store but there were lines in the checkout. I discovered our line was because the teen employee was taking her time, holding up items and talking about them to the customer who she obviously knew. We were here only because of its location in the first place. Is worth it to drive the extra miles to Wal-mart or Meijer. read more

This is the closet target to our home and by golly it sure is a good one. It's always decently clean and the staff is always nice. They have pretty good deals when u shop around but sometimes the prices are ridiculous. Overall it's a good store with great people, I have yet to encounter someone being rude or standoffish. read more

This used to be my favorite Target to frequent when I lived in the area! It was brand new, clean, quiet, and always well stocked. I moved out of the area about two years ago and just visited again and couldn't believe how different the store seemed. The items were in disarray and the floors were filthy. None of the employees seemed to care and were busy chatting with each other. I couldn't believe that a relatively new store looked older and dirtier than the other ones I have been going to. read more

I went to this store Sunday morning about an hour before opening to try and get a Hatchimal. I was informed by an employee that they only had 14 and 7 people were there buying them all. When you only have 14, why is it not 1 per customer?! Calls to customer service and to the store manager got me nowhere, they offered no help. They agreed that it should have been 1 per customer, but could do nothing for me. read more
