Never ever ever go to reactive ink for piercings, unless you want 2 months of brutal infections. I've been a customer at this location several times (4 times prior) through-out the years (due to being too broke to afford better places to get piercings done) and I've had the last straw. The quality of this shop has seemed to have dropped. This January I got a snug done at reactive ink and got a infection 1 week later... that i've been battling for 2 months. I've been to 2 different doctors and been on 3 different antibiotics. Yes snugs are notoriously hard piercings to heal, but I was told by 2 different piecers that this was abnormal. Here's the kicker, I was told that the infection was likely due to the piercer's experience / most importantly the jewelry's material. I was informed I was given too wide of a bar for the area, that the material used was cheap/ a hazard for new piercings. I have to say in the end I should of avoided reactive ink from the get go. I would love to ask for a refund, as this is a disgusting thing to do to any other human being. So let this be a warning to all broke students, just pay more at a better shop and to avoid the months of pain (& eventually the removal of the piercing in question). Stay far FAR away from this place. If you're looking at it for the price, just get a hollow needle off ebay and I honestly believe you'll still be better off than coming here. For starters, the first piercing I got with them was completely crooked. I had to take it out to let it heal and redo it, which leads me to today. I came back for 3 more piercings. A different girl was doing my piercing and she was very rude. I don't know her name, she was black and had a nose piercing. I was trying to find a perfect placement, and she told me "no piercing would be perfect", to try to rush me. Then she didn't even disinfect the spot and tried to start piercing right away, and I had to remind her. On top of all that, my belly ring wasn't correctly aligned when she twisted the cap on, and I had to take it off with pliers... All in all, this was the worst experience of my life! My 3 piercings took a total of 5 minutes, so it's not like I was actively delaying them. Don't come here if you value your body!!! read more

Came here for belly button re-piercing last nights. There was only one piercer and I was her second last customer of the day. Saturday's are crazy due to the $20 special. The wait was about an hour so I went to the Mexican restaurant next door which was a treat. Unfortunately when she marked the mark, I told her it was slanted and she didn't believe me and convinced me that it was cuz of my scar that it just appears that way. Now that it's actually pierced.. I'm really bugged by how slanted it is :( The piercing process was like a minute. She didn't use clamps which was a lot less painful than I remembered with clamps.. so ya.. I don't quite know what to do now... I haven't gotten additional piercings since i got the basic lobe ones when i was in grade 8. Pretty spontaneously and inspired by a makeup artist on instagram, I really wanted second lobe, tragus, and inner conch piercings. I went to get my second lobe ones on NYE morning for $17 each. I was the only one there and I got to ask about pain levels of each and whether they used needles (they did). The guy was really straightforward and friendly. A girl brought me into another room, put on gloves and everything seemed to be in packaging and was opened in front of me. She used a marker to dot where the piercings would be first and the whole procedure was over within a few minutes. When I left she gave me a simple aftercare handout. Pain rating would be 4/10 but i only felt it for a few seconds and noticed it at all for the next fifteen minutes. Super fast and uneventful healing! I went again a weekend after for my tragus - my first cartilage one. BTW, price increase to $20 on Saturdays :( This time I got there at 2 pm and the place was packed! I was told the wait would be 45 min so I went to Blue Bananas right across the street to walk around. Timing was on point. For tragus, I heard and felt the needle go through flesh and then the cartilage. Tbh, I find the pain level to be the same as lobes. Came here today for a cartilage piercing and was in and out within 15 minutes. The service is absolutely hassle-free, quick and easy, and the staff all seemed to be friendly. The process was clean and proper (changing new gloves, new aseptic needles, alcohol rub) and the Saturday special price was absolutely awesome (only $17, no tax, say whaaaat)! My only concern was that they never really went through any "teaching" with me unless I specifically asked, and since this is my first cartilage piercing, I had a lot of questions I didn't get answered because I couldn't think of them on the spot. I was recommended to come here by a friend and she said they would give me an after-care guide after the piercing but I never received one. I give this a 4 star instead of 5 because like the other reviews said the guy at the reception is rude and literally doesn't care about anything. I called to see if the store is open and he sarcastically says that he's there on his day off to pick up the phone and when I got my industrial pierced and asked for some tissue for my bleeding ears he didn't even look up when I asked him until I had to ask him AGAIN than he told me to ask the lady who pierced my ear. By 11AM, there were maybe 10 of us waiting to go in. Saturday's price: $17 (tax included) for almost all piercings **CASH ONLY & MUST SHOW ID** Procedure: 1. Present ID to front desk. 2, Fill out form, e.g. what do you want done, contact info. There are only two clipboards and pens to circulate. 3. Pay. 4. Wait for your name to be called and you'll go in with a piercer. 5. Get pierced in a blink of an eye. 6. Pick up aftercare sheet from front desk. The staff aren't there to make conversation because there is such a high volume of customers but they are friendly enough. There are two main piercers now: Tayor and Ann. Because of Saturday specials, they are very good at piercing and switching the needle out for the barbell efficiently. You can indeed request which piercer you want to see, even during the busy Saturdays. Just tell front desk when you give back your form. I often go with Taylor because she is very open to changing the position of the piercing until you like it and she doesn't rush anything. Ann likes to choose the position for you unless you speak up, but for lobe piercings, she does put the dots for positioning. I would recommend this place for ear and nose piercings, not sure about other areas of the body. NOTE: They do not use clamps. Great friendly service, pro work, however the place could use some work visually. I went here a couple of months ago to get my collar done. Like most tattoo places, ink gets done by appointment. Consultations depend on the type of tattoo you're getting, whether they do the consultation on the spot or if they have to book it separately. When I went in the first time, the place was booked, and busy. But since I was just getting words done, the lady was kind enough to give me a ballpark figure on how much it would cost and booked me in for an appointment. I came in on appointment day, and the guy was so busy and over booked that they had overlooked mine. He was really apologetic and nice about it though and I could tell he was having a hell of a day too. So it was rescheduled for the next day. Next day came, and I was first to get done. Now the place is located at Kensington Market, and not to give the place a stereotypical rep... well it had a Kensington Market feel to it, let's just say that. It was a nice enough day that the guy was able to stencil my piece out at the coffee patio next door. After a quick lunch for me it was ready to get inked. And yah.. the studio had a Kensington Market feel to it. Forget all the glam you see on TV. This place looked old, and probably was. The autoclave and the tools were clean and sterilized though, which is the standard you're looking for anyways. The place had an old shady look to it. It looked like a tattoo parlour dive. No AC, old floors and seats, peeling wall plaster... Despite that though, the experience was pleasant. I've gotten inked at a few places already by different artists. The guy, I think his name was Mike, had a good steady hand, and didn't go too strong on the gun. He was quiet too, which I liked. I don't like when the artists make conversation with you, just for the sake of conversation or because it was too quiet. He cracked a few jokes once in a while, but stayed focus on his work. Complimented me on my skin and how easy it was to ink, as most tattoo artists say to me. At the end, got bandaged up, and price was negotiated. I heard about Reactive through my friend. I came in on a Saturday, because of the discount ($20 cash only per piercing - so $40 for my two lobes) and they took down my name and I filled out a form. My friend and I who were getting our ears pierced together and I left for twenty minutes and came back when they were ready for us, which is pretty good wait time considering we were there around 12:30pm. Others who came after us had long wait times. Experience: Our piercer opened brand new sterile needle packages before me to pierce my ears and it was over with quickly. It definitely felt like a little puncture, so I can't say it was painless, but it wasn't terrible (honestly, more of the "pain" comes from the stinging that comes afterwards and the soreness a few days later). It's been almost a week now and it's healing just fine. Taylor did a great job. She doesn't baby you, but she does help you calm down if you are nervous by reminding you to breathe out and try to relax as the needle goes in. Service: I like that the piercer gave us an aftercare sheet as well and a number to call if we needed further assistance/had questions. Came here on a Saturday with a couple friends for the $20 piercings, and I can't say I'm impressed. An okay place to get a piercing if you're really on a budget, but you get what you pay for, especially for the Saturday special. Customer service was definitely not something they valued, nor did they bother to walk you through what they would do before, during, and after the procedure. We walked into the shop, there was a guy sitting in the corner and hadn't cared enough to look up or ask how we were, or why we were even there until like 10 minutes later. "What do you freaks want" isn't a great way to greet a customer, nor is it okay to sound condescending. After we had signed the forms and chosen the piercings we wanted, someone (I'm assuming another employee) had walked in with their dog and went to the back. Where the piercings took place. Where it should be sanitary. (Honestly don't know why I even followed through with a piercing) The woman who had pierced my friend and I (my other friend decided not to get one as she didn't feel entirely comfortable getting her piercing done there) was polite, ish, and had done everything quite quickly. Although it wasn't necessary seeing as we were the only people there... Later that same day we went to New Tribe for my other friend to get her tragus pierced. From the minute we stepped in we were greeted politely informed, and taken well care of. The piercer even cleaned up my piercing since it was basically drilling blood. Having previously read reviews, I decided to get a somewhat simple ear piercing. I came with a friend on a Saturday afternoon for $17 piercings and the guy at the front wasn't the friendliest, but all was fine as we filled out the consent forms then paid (cash only). After waiting less than 10 mins, we were brought into an open room (other people were getting pierced in the same room) and my conch was quickly done before moving on to my friend's industrial. The piercer was very nice and actually gave my friend the option to have 2 smaller bars in first and have them changed to 1 large barbell about a month later to help with healing. Before leaving, she gave us aftercare instructions. All in all, this place is more of the quick in and out type and I'm happy with my piercing, but if you're looking to get the full experience with more professionalism or a difficult piercing, you may want to go somewhere else. read more

I went to get my nipples pierced two Saturdays ago. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of these reviews and knowing that it was a discount day. However, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with how they turned out and my experience overall. The receptionist was very friendly and we chatted a bit about our tits. There were a lot of teenage girls in groups which is probably expected. Luckily I didn't have to wait too long. The piercer who might come across as intimidating was very nice. Without having to say anything, she asked if I'd ever been pierced before. I shared that I had one pierced before but the previous piercer (from a different shop) didn't do it properly and my nipple eventually rejected it (then showing her the very minor scar). She acknowledged the error and had me lie down. She did a very good job with minimal pain and bleeding. She said there might be lots of bleeding as smaller tits usually bleed more. However, I didn't find this to be the case for me. I cleaned the piercings with salt water and applied polysporin. Even though it's only been a couple weeks I'd say they're doing fantastic and feeling way better than when I had the one pierced before. It smelt like smoke (not sanitary at all), and the lady who did our piercings literally went from smoking outside to piercing our ears (meaning she didn't wash her hands, OR wear gloves) the only good thing was we were in & out in 10min.... But they didn't even walk you through the piercing, or talk about what they were doing or ANYTHING ****Side note my friends conch piercing got super infected and looked like there was stuff inside the huge bump, & the morning after my tragus piercing I woke up at 4am at my ear wouldn't stop bleeding, it was all over my pillow, down my chin, all over my shirt. It kept bleeding even after I showered, no matter what I did I wouldn't stop. I had a tissue in my ear until my 2nd period class, when it FINALLY stopped. I also had to go 3wks later to "exotix piercing shop" to change my piercing since it was sooo long that it was hitting the back of the inside of my ear. Don't waste your time and get pierced here. Came by about a year ago to get my Helix and Tragus pierced. Long story short my helix was pierced crooked and my tragus was irritated for MONTHS and would flare up and start to throb every now and again. I also had a massive piercing bump behind my tragus that would not go away. I tried all the suggested treatments I read online(Sea salt soaks, sea salt pastes, tea tree oil) and nothing worked. When I finally had enough, I decided to get new jewelry from Maria Tash when they had their Toronto pop up. When changing out the jewelry, the piercer was horrified that they used a curved barbell instead of a straight and that was the main source of all my trouble because of all the pressure being put on that area. Changed it since and haven't had a single problem and it has healed beautifully. My helix on the other hand is still sore till this very day. I have gotten piercings from other places since then and I have never had a problem during any of their healing processes. Spend a little extra money and go to a more reputable place that uses at the very least titanium jewelry. You'll be better off in the long run!! read more

I went here to get a lobe piercing because I was on a budget, and you get what you pay for. The piercing process was fine, but the lady who pierced my ears ruined my entire day. She quickly became frustrated with me and threw the f-bomb at me at least 3 times, because I wasn't satisfied with where she was drawing the dot. The first time I heard about this place was from my sister. I told her about how I wanted to get my belly button pierced and she told me about their Saturday specials on piercings and has gotten multiple piercings from them. I was reluctant at first because I was afraid of it getting infected or the piercing not being done right but I trusted my sister and went anyway. Saturdays are usually really busy because of the special, I ended up getting there in the afternoon with my other friends who wanted piercings, and having to wait about an hour which was a bit irritating but the great thing about this place is once its your turn, they take your friends who also wants piercings in the room at the same time as you. The lady who did our piercings was very kind and professional and took her time with the piercing and told us about the after care and also advised us not to hesitate to come back if we had any issues. So I came in on May 6th to get my rook pierced and boy do I regret getting pierced here. Days after my piercing, my ear started to slowly swell up and a large abscess started to form. I initially thought it was a normal part of the healing process, however, I soon started feeling consistent throbbing pain. My ear continued to swell up and the pierced area began releasing green/yellow discharge. I thought cleaning it with saline solution would resolve the swelling and pain, however, it only got worse. Long story short, the pain from the swelling of the piercing and the abscess was so unbearable that the highest dosage of ibuprofen was not cutting it and I had to be hospitalized. The doctor in the ER said that this type of reaction to piercings is not common and that it is HIGHLY likely that either the piercing agent, or metal barbell was contaminated. I had the piercing taken out and they swabbed my ear to send for testing. Once the test results came back I was informed that I contracted a terrible bacterial infection. Now I'm on antibiotics and my ear is deformed. All this for getting a damn piercing from a unhygienic piercer. Honestly, save your $20 and get pierced at a reputable piercer to avoid any sort of trouble. I am so disappointed and this is by far the worst experience I've had getting pierced. I would ask for a refund but I wasn't even given a receipt. If I could give this place a review below 1 star, I would. read more

I've gotten three piercings here and I've accompanied my friends each getting a piercing too. I got my helix, tragus, and rook. They're friendly and professional and I did watch my piercers sterilize all the equipment they were doing. The piercing itself went well, although I definitely prefer one piercer to another. The lady that did my tragus was more knowledgeable about what she was doing and the piercing went smoother. The lady who pierced my helix and rook was good too, but when she pierced my rook it snagged a little and that hurt. But the piercing itself is fine. I went there because it is only 17 dollars including tax on Saturdays, which is ridiculously cheap. I'll probably go back again, though if I wanted a more complicated piercing I might go to a different shop with piercers that are more experienced. If you want something really common, I'd say this place is perfect, especially if you're on a budget. But I'm very happy with my piercings. read more

My best friend got a horrible infection from a piercing she got at Reactive Ink, that required an IV in her arm for a week, because the infection was too severe to take antibiotics. I myself have also had 2 infected piercings from this shop (nose and helix) despite having followed proper after care instructions. Neither my friend or myself are sensitive to infections from piercings, we have both only had bad experiences when we've gotten pierced at reactive. I would highly recommend that everyone steers clear of this establishment for piercings if you want to avoid getting a horrible infection. read more

Came in for the $20 Saturday special, and both the receptionist and piercer were rude and careless. Receptionist accidentally threw out my paperwork before I got the piercing, and I ended up having to wait for a while before the piercer asked what I was doing there. After sorting that out, the piercer had me sit down in a plastic chair in a tiny room and rushed through my nostril piercing. The piercing didn't end up healing and I decided to take it out after 7 months of pain. Came here on Saturday for their $20 piercing special. I got my industrial done, which technically counts as 2 piercings so I paid $40. If you're planning to come on Saturdays make sure you come early because it's always super busy, they open at 11 and I was there by 10:30. When you walk in they will get you to fill out a form and ask you what type of piercing you're getting, then you pay (cash only) and wait for your name to be called. Taylor (my piercer) was friendly and quick. She explained to me that at reactive ink they use 2 separate barbells for industrial jewelry as it helps heal faster. Taylor put on gloves, cleaned my ear, marked my ear, opened a new needle, pierced my helix then my anti helix, cleaned up the blood, and I was done. Like i said they get really busy on Saturdays so they are quick but they do a great job. Taylor told me that the previous Saturday they did 400 piercings, so their goal is to get you in and out within 5 minutes. Hi I have never written a review ever, but I wanted to let other people know how terrible this place is, and definitely don't trust Andrew with your tattoo at all (@andrewcrutchywhite). Its not bad for someone whose going to get a piercing, super cheap on Saturdays too but not clean at all and weird jewelry they pierce you with. However the quality, and professionalism reeks. I went down to Reactive ink on Tuesday February 18th to get a small simple eye tattoo, I called them before going asking if I can go for a walk in. When I arrived Andrew was preparing for my simple hand tattoo, I proceed telling him that it is my first time receiving a tattoo, he used a stencil and everything. After the tattoo it seemed to look crooked, but I didn't say anything because as it was my first tattoo I thought it was simply swollen, he then wraps my hand in some sketchy white plastic taping it with some black duct tape as it seemed. He tells me the total comes to 160$ and I give him a full amount of 180$ in cash (because this sketchy place only takes cash!). After a few days I come to realize that it being swollen was not the case, and in fact it was truly crooked and not straight at all. I was so upset because this was my first tattoo and on my hand too which is going to stay for a long long time, and I was not even informed that he messed up and he clearly knew. I messaged him because I found him on instagram (as you can see screenshots of the conversation I uploaded). I simply asked for a refund because I didn't believe it he can fix it (even if he could it wouldn't look the same), and 180$ is definitely not worth all that I went through, i thought with the refund i can go else where and get it possibly fixed. he says that he DOES'NT do refunds although he admitted his mistake and did not even apologize. so in conclusion if you wanna get a tattoo please do not go here it sucks you can go to a much better place like adrenaline for the same amount of money and have it done better and do not trust Andrew. thanks and good luck all you fellow people. read more

This review is in regards to discount Saturdays: You really get what you pay for, a shitty piercing. I got my tongue pierced there not too long ago and they messed up bad, she free hands this piercing and it comes out slanted, then had to get it RE-PIERCED the next day. I don't suggest anyone go here for the discount regardless of how good the price is, its not worth the possibility of a ruined piercing. read more

Discount Saturdays! yeah- NO THANK YOU! Don't get me wrong, one can appreciate a great discount, or an amazing deal but NOT at the price of being disrespected. I was truly disgusted and surprised with the receptionists customer service. Of course we all can understand that multi-tasking within a busy and chaotic environment can be truly over whelming, but just like public servants; DO NOT TAKE THE JOB IF YOU CAN NOT DEALWITH THE PUBLIC (it only makes sense) And yes, everyone can have their break down moments where they make a mistake... But to be in a professional position and not be mature enough to take responsibility towards your job as well your slip ups toward customers... honestly I feel one should not be in that position. It started with me waiting to fill out a form among (as it felt) 50 other youth or more. Grabbing a pen out of a jar containing 30 other pens/pencils, one would think they were there for CUSTOMER'S USE right? - NOPE - right there and then, the receptionist stopped from actually serving a customer to rudely yanking the pen out of my hand to ask me, "What it was I thought I was doing?" Screw facing me like we were peers among the same era, I replied "Excuse me? I am trying to fill out my form & I seen a jar full of pens & pencils-" "No, you can wait to use a pen." she bluntly interrupted and cut me off. As I turned around in an already tight space, I was subjected to finding a pen among 50 other youths trying to fill out their forms at the same time. So turning back around I let the receptionist know that if their was any restrictions with using a pen to fill out a form maybe one should A. not keep a jar full of them on top the counter when there are numerous customers in need, and B. Let the customer know ahead of time. Hysterically, I found myself having a stare down contest with the receptionist (keep in mind this is while she was serving another) Waiting for a pen and finally receiving one, I filled out my form and handed it back to her. Forgetting to write down something that was NOT indicated on the form, she basically dashed the form back at me and told me to include my missing information. Now, seeming that we are in a packed shop among 50 or more other youth, why would you try to provoke any tension ? What if I did not know how to respond in a mature manner? What if I was just as immature as the receptionist? Taking a breath I took back the form and filled in what was required. Paid and in line for my scheduled time, the supervisor (as it seemed) called out my name to take me in. She seemed surprised when I stepped up. Maybe it was due to the red ink on my form which labelled "BITCH." Not aware that she revealed a glance at what it was the receptionist childishly wrote on my form, she knowingly ignored any tension and proceeded with my piercing. Knowing this made me highly uncomfortable. Who knew if this lady was as immature and childish as the receptionist, what if they conspired to scar me or mess up my piercing or even go so far as giving me an un-sterilized piercing which would lead to an infection.? Who knew... I was truly worried. Not wanting to bluntly bring up anything I asked "if she was in a good mood today." With no smile she answered with a dead "yes." Off the bat, I received a bad vibe. I then asked her "if she was in a better mood than her receptionist," hinting to her that I received negative customer service. She knowingly ignored my concern and proceeded with the piercing. This let me know that this was a supervisor who valued her employees more then her clients and would clean up any bad rap in order to save her employee. Not good. Yes- I followed through with it. Got it done anyway. But after I was finished I had to ask her myself how I was to go about up keeping my piercing. She answered me as if I was disturbingly asking the world from her. Fed up with the responses as well the service I got my things together, said thank you and left. As I passed by other females getting ready to be pierced, I couldn't help but say a little pray of hope that they received comfort and professionalism in their tattoo or piercing. No body deserves to be scarred from somebody else's "Unfortunate, and bad day." Maybe if I am going for a petty piercing, ill consider going back. But as I left that place I turned to my sister who was a witness to this whole thing and said "I don't care what deal it is, I will pay full price for a professional piercing rather then being disrespected for a inconvenient discount." What I did not understand is, Why would they make it only a one day thing for such a pinched, small and inpatient shop? There was no logic within that shop... Knowing that of course half the block + more would line up, why only put ONE receptionist at the desk? Knowing that there would be numerous forms to fill within the same space and timing... why NOT provide a jar full of friggin' pens? HUH? I will NEVER recommend this shop to anybody! read more

I went Saturday Jan 26, for their $20 piercings. My friend and I both got piercings, he got his lobes and I got my rook pierced on the same ear that I have another cartilage piercing from a different place. We went at a decent time where there wasn't too many people waiting so we were helped right away. I got pierced first, but it didn't even take a minute for my piercing to happen. The woman piercing me did my piercing really quick and took a lot of force pushing it through. My friend went after and shortly after our piercings we were given after-care instructions which I followed 3x a day. My ear got swollen almost right away as expected and from what I read online, it said that the pain and swelling will be really bad for the first week. Not until the following Thursday that just past, did i notice my ear to have discharge and the swelling was going down to the rest of my ear. By friday my ear was two times its size and I went to the ER. The doctor told me I had to remove the earring right away as it is infected. It took around 10 mins for the doctor to remove it with tweasers as my ear was too swollen to remove it using our fingers. I was put on antibiotics, but they were not helping as much, so now I am on an IV medication where I get a dose every 8 hours. My glands are infected so the whole right side of my face is swollen and drooping. My whole ear is still 2 times bigger with even the lobes being tender and swollen. Ive been in and out of the ER for the past 3 days and now daily visits to the clinic for my IV for the next week. I would not recommend this place unless you do not mind getting your piercing rushed and the possibility of getting an infection. You get what you pay for. read more

The first time I went to this place, it was because they were advertising $20 piercings. I decided to walk in and check it out. The line was out the door, and the shop is very small, so we were packed tight in there. I wanted to get my belly button pierced, but I didn't have ID with me so they turned me away. The woman working at the reception was extremely rude, but this was about 2 years ago, so they might have let her go since then. I was reluctant to go back, A, because of the reception woman's rudeness, and B, because the shop looked sketchy and dirty. It certainly has that chinatown feel to it, making me wonder if the place was licensed/safe. Anyways, I did end up going back on a Saturday in August about a year ago to get my nose pierced. This time there was no line, and I was moved into the piercing room quickly. It is a small, dimly lit room. Despite the look of the place, my piercing artist was very kind and professional. She took her time with the piercing, taking into consideration exactly where I wanted it placed. We decided on the perfect point together, and she quickly, painlessly pierced it, putting the jewelry right in. I didn't feel a thing. All together, it came out to around $30 with tax and tip. They also have cheap piercing jewelry for sale. I got a captive bead ring for $5... much cheaper than anywhere else I've been to. Overall, I had a good experience the second time. I think the trick is to go when it isn't busy, that way they will take their time with you. Also, I never had trouble with my nose ring, so I am satisfied. read more

Their Saturday special days have really died down ($17 for any piercing) but I've gone to this location twice and have been very happy with my piercings. Staff are friendly, and give you instructions for the care of the piercings (I think they have enough time to give you instructions when the place isn't crazy busy because I wasn't given instructions the first time). They cleaned my ear, had a new needle to pierce my ear and I was done in under 10 mins. Definitely coming here for more of my future piercings. read more

I got an industrial piercing here on a Saturday and on Saturdays it's always packed since piercings are half priced. My industrial became severely infected less than three days later. I got my cartilage pierced on my other ear the next day somewhere else and have been taking care of it the exact same way and it is perfectly fine. I had to go to the hospital because of the infection. They rush the process on Saturdays because the lines are so long. You get what you pay for, and I regret not going to another place that's more expensive since they would've taken better care of me. The piercer I had was rushing the entire process, and she was not gentle with it at all. My ear is starting to look deformed and I'm now on strong antibiotics because they were more concerned about efficiency than effectiveness. To top it off, the people working were extremely rude. The tattoo parkour itself is the size of a SUPER small Tim Hortons, and it just looks super sketchy over all. I totally regret getting my piercing done here. When you get a piercing done you need to think about the quality over the price. This place is cheap because 1/5 people will probably get some sort of infection. read more
