I don't think this company likes small jobs. They were easy enough to contact and they responded right away. However, when I contacted them I got a lead time of 2-3 weeks. I just don't know 2-3 weeks from when because it's currently past 4 weeks and I have heard nothing about when the tree will be done. I guess at this point I should start looking elsewhere because I cannot Park my car on the front of my house in the winter. Yet that's exactly what I must do because the back of my house is inaccessible. That's about all I can say about this company. I changed the rating on Reaching Higher because once they trimmed the tree they did do a good job. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I initially contacted them on 10/30/2019 and the tree trimmed 12/12/2019. Since it was closer to 2 months than 2-3 weeks I could not give a perfect rating. Also, because they didn't contact me and tell me know they were going to be delayed. read more
