I love stopping in when I'm in a pickle for dinner and grabbing a cup of split pea soup that comes with a bagel and a shmear. The tropical cream cheese is awesome but the spinach feta bagel with plain cream cheese is magic friends. The service is always great. When you come in you seat yourself but the team is attentive so I haven't experience a wait. Cornbeef hash is good, sometimes need a little boost of salt and pepper but once it hits it blends nicely. Give this place a shot, they make NY style cheesecake and elephant ears that are staples in Vegas. Happy 30 years bagel cafe!!!!

The counter had empty seats so we sat there. Within a minute, someone was there to get our beverage order. Not too long after that, Abbi (awesome server) came by with bagel chips and their monthly cream cheese. It was fruity and delicious! She took our order and we were off to a great start. The coffee served was brewed fresh. I find that Bagel Cafe consistently has a good coffee blend. I had a 2-egg bagel sandwich and it was very good. I was stuffed eating just that. While sitting at the counter, I get to watch all the action where the bakery case and to go orders are. I can say that all the gals running the front were working hard and taking care of all the customers. I enjoy asking them what their favorite items in the bakery case are as I ponder what I might also get to take with me. All of them were super friendly! The entire visit was great.

They are busy but they put food out pretty fast. We had the Heavenly Ham which was a good looking bagel, evenly made with plenty of meat. It was a good sandwich. We also had The Italian and it was loaded. These are what bagel sandwiches are supposed to be like. We also had the Blueberry Muffin which was really good. The staff were nice even with a non stop line, they were there to help served you with a smile. I highly recommend this place, a warmer day may be better if you want to eat there as you will most likely be outside. I give this place a thumbs up and will go again to try something else.

Pros: The place is charming, service was quick, and the customer service was friendly and attentive. Cons: The space is small with limited seating, and the coffee menu doesn't offer a wide variety of specialty drinks. The food was just okay, I ordered an everything bagel BLT, but the bagel was a bit hard and the bacon slightly overcooked. Overall: If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by and deciding for yourself.

Crispy on the outside, soft and perfectly "fluffy" on the inside. Not too moist and not too dry. Not chewy where your jaw gets tired like from trying to eat a sponge. OMGosh, the amount of poppy and sesame seeds on each was a delight. In most places out here, you can't tell if a plain bagel got an accidental dusting of seeds or they skimp or don't know how to top them so the seeds stay on. If you have to take a drug test, don't eat a poppy, you might fail - they are loaded. Their pumpernickel too is OUTSTANDING. We will definitely be back!

I was met with a long line when I walked in, so I assumed that it was a popular place probably served quality grub. But the long lines are really just due to bad logistics as they don't have a person dedicated to taking orders; the same person who takes your order has to go sliced bread or get whatever else you get besides a bagel (they got 2 guys toasting and prepping those. Ordered 2 bagels and a loaf of sourdough. Paid with a card and then was surprised to see a credit card fee on my receipt; not that big of a deal -but maybe a sign that says there is a fee - so that people would know they have the option of avoiding it by paying with cash - would be nice. Bagels were about $5 each with cream cheese and very mediocre; also so much smaller than any other bagel shop I've been to. Took a whole 15 minutes to get my 2 bagels and it's a good thing I checked my order before leaving as one that I ordered with tomatoes did not have them. Had to wait a little bit to get to the front of the line as I was not able to get anybody else's attention and then I let them know that the tomatoes were missing. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the replacement bagel and I think it would've been a nice concession for them to let me keep the bagel they messed up on, but this was not the case. Additionally, the other bagel I had ordered for my friend had gotten cold while I was waiting for the replacement for mine. The gentleman who was taking my order initially was apologetic and the staff is very nice, but man somebody needs to fix their processes because it just takes way too long to get a bagel to a customer. Sourdough was not that good. It's the first time I've brought home a fresh loaf to my kids and they haven't even touched it because it also looks weird. Overall, I would say this place is pretty overpriced, but more power to them that they have survived with the way they run their business.

If you think Vegas can't surprise you before 9AM, El Bagel is here to prove you wrong…read more One bite and suddenly I'm questioning every breakfast choice I've ever made. First time at El Bagel and WOW -- consider me officially converted. I'm a Bay Area guy who usually camps out at MGM properties when I'm in Vegas, so I had never heard of El Bagel until this morning. I ended up at Fontainebleau for a client meeting, spotted this place, and thought, "Quick breakfast, why not?" Turns out it was the best decision I made before business even started. I love the whole concept -- Fontainebleau bringing Miami flavors to Vegas without me having to fly across the country or deal with Miami humidity. Walking up was easy, the line was long, but it was one of those 100% worth it lines. The place is spotless, the staff looks genuinely happy to be there, and the menu is simple enough that you don't need a dissertation to order. The bagels? FRESH. HAND‑CRAFTED. Everything is mixed, rolled, fermented, and baked in‑house every single morning. Daily classics + rotating flavors + premium add‑ons like thick‑cut bacon, cold‑smoked lox, sliced turkey, smashed avocado, and yes... caviar. Vegas loves a little luxury. I ordered the BLT -- Bacon, Avocado Aioli, Romaine Lettuce, Oven‑Roasted Tomatoes. My client went for the Lox Supreme -- Cold‑Smoked Nova Lox, Plain Cream Cheese, Tomato, Cucumbers, Pickled Onion, Capers, Dill, served open‑faced like the star it is. We paired it with two Lavender Lattes because we're professionals... with taste. Total was around $50, which is pretty standard for Vegas, and honestly? Worth every dollar for the quality, freshness, and flavor. El Bagel is officially my new go‑to bagel spot on the Strip. If you're in Vegas and want breakfast that actually hits -- this is the move.

Located in the Fontainebleau food hall on the 2nd floor, El Bagel opens for we early birds (and you…read morelate birds?) at 7am. And if you get there before 8, as we did, there's no line and bagels are fresh. Service was meh, but it's just an order at the counter. Prices are Vegas, but breakfast for 2 for $35 is not bad here. For some reason--I blame Sawdelle's--I always have to have a bagel and lox when in Vegas, so I've become something of an aficionado. I have to say, El Bagel's version rated 5 stars--everything bagel was perfect, salmon was more like sushi grade than chewy, capers, thin spread of cream cheese, cucumbers tomato, pickled onion and the fresh dill on the top was the touch! Fresh, well balanced and delish!!! $20 The hubs got the bacon breakfast sando and when he saw mine, he said, "why don't I just order what you order?" It was fine, but not enough i fs (doesn't look like the photo at all). No tap water and a bottle of water is $8, so BYOH2O. If only for the lox sando, El Bagel's would have received 5 stars.
