The Kitchen took a little over 4 weeks! The demo crew walked in on November 4th and the cleaning crew walked out on December 4th! Honest! We 1st hired The Showroom for a master bath remodel in 2008. Mark Carter is part owner & designer & Mark did a fantastic job with the lay-out & color scheme. This was a "right down to the wall studs & slab" rebuild. Demoed the old jakuzi, tiny shower, Hollywood lighting, vanity, sliding mirror closet doors & carpet. Came back with 24" tile flooring, a big glass walled shower with rain head & bench, cabinetry with bun feet, maximized the closet user friendliness & updated all lighting. We lived in that house another 10 yrs & never had a complaint about labor or materials. Good job, Mark, we loved that bathroom. We moved to a 1983 vintage house in 2018 & in September 2019 we hired The Showroom to update the kitchen. This also was a "bare stud" project. Mark now does his design work on computer so you see how everything will look & fit. The design & workmanship were good as ever & materials even better. All we knew was we needed more useable space & we had a color scheme in mind so we told Mark & got out of his way. The results are as good or better than for the old bathroom. The drawers glide as if on air & close themselves with a gentle shove & likewise, the cabinet doors never slam. We have so much more useable space we still haven't filled all the drawers or cabinets. We definitely recommend The Kitchen & Bath Showroom & would (probably will) use them again.

Each time I visited, Sam or Mike were happy to help even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!

When the control board and pump failed on my existing Bosch dishwasher, I knew exactly where to go so that I didn't have to pearl dive in the sink any more. I came here once, looked around, took notes and then went home and did my research. When I figured out which model would best suit me, I came back to buy. Lee assisted us again, as he had helped us with our oven. Very knowledgeable and informative, he helped me figure out that getting a model one step up from my initial choice was really a no-brainer (price difference was negligible and features were more comprehensive and intuitive). Prices here are extremely competitive and part of the reason that I returned here was because of their superior installation crew. Now, these are not your builder-grade or builder-supply store selection of dishwashers. I did not, however, go over the top price-wise with my purchase. I feel I got a quality machine at a very fair price that was expertly installed, exactly when they promised it would be here. Highly recommended. If you don't polish the kettle, it looks worse. Why would anyone sell this to unsuspecting customers if they know it's going to lose the plating during simple polishing. Chantal's response is pathetic. Dear Chantal, I have one of your copper tea kettles. I bought it in Philadelphia 12 years ago and I still love it, but the copper is wearing off. I contacted a re-plating company (Chelseaplating.com) here in Philly and they told me that they cannot re-plate copper onto Stainless Steel. Then how did the original copper get on to this??? How can I have this re-plated?
