Scope: Carpet Shampoo Cleaning Kitchen Bathroom Bath Tub Shower All surfaces Windows Mopping of flows Dusting etc Communications: Julio was quick to respond to my Yelp quote. He was quick to come out to my condo to assess the deep cleaning request. He visited on time and with a smile. VERY EASY to speak to...he definitely gives you that warm and friendly vibe of trust. Execution: Work was done the day after Christmas. One of his workers was ill...so he made sure that she didn't come to the condo in the event to spread the illness to my newborn! HUGE PLUS for thoughtfulness and customer service. He offered to come back another day if he couldn't get help as he didn't want to be at the house the whole day. Luckily, he was able to find someone to support him and was able to get all the work done. I wish I had some pictures, but I had a filthy carpet and VERY dusty blinds. Julio and his team did a very thorough job at deep cleaning the WHOLE house. By the time he was done, the house felt almost like new! Overall: I definitely would recommend Julio to friends and family. His pricing was decent, but the huge plus was his warm friendly customer service alongside his amazing work effort. After discussing with my wife, this may be a DEEP cleaning that we do at least every 6 months. I'll be looking to Julio when I'm ready to reschedule.

They came without a vacuum and there is a damage in my hardwood floor!!…read more I hired this cleaning service based on their great Yelp reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. For starters, the shower doors were still dirty after the cleaning, which is one of the main areas I expected to be spotless. Additionally, several of my glass end tables were left with visible spots, even though I specifically requested attention to detail on those surfaces. The service I paid for included cleaning five bedrooms, but the two young ladies who showed up only wanted to clean four of them. I had to call the company back to get a refund for the one bedroom they refused to clean, which was a frustrating and unnecessary hassle. Given their glowing reviews, I expected much better. Unfortunately, their level of cleanliness and professionalism fell far short. I won't be using their services again and wouldn't recommend them to others. If you're looking for thorough and reliable cleaning, look elsewhere.
