When I visited, it was there to get my Honda Accord keys made using two new blanks. I'd found a coupon in the paper that said they could cut and program key fobs. It didn't take long and I waited in the shop. When they were done, the price was waaaaaay less than the Honda dealer charges. I actually paid him more than he asked because I thought it was TOO low. While I was there I saw friendly mechanics and happy people in the waiting area. I saw people driving out with their cars working and they were happy too! Happily recommend! read more

First want to start by saying no one on the business premises wears a mask aswell as not enforcing customers to wear a mask. I took my car to receive an oil change. My car is brand new, my fault for taking it to a low down shop with bad reviews but I needed oil bad. When my car was done I noticed a huge ass crack in my windshield. I confronted the front end worker and he started getting rowdy with me as if I'm falsely accusing them. They talked about cameras but never once allowed me to see the cameras. read more

He is knowledgeable about cars but I think he needs to work on his customer service skills. He comes off as rude and condescending. I think the girl should come back and work in the front desk she was very nice . Please please stop trying to take advantage of seniors! My parents are old but they are not stupid! I warned then only have your oil changed at this place and take recommendations like a grain of salt. Well back in July they had their transmission fluid replaced and today the mechanic tells them they needed it replaced...before you recommend a additional job check your history on the vehicle first. I know Rob is going to say "its standard that we check fluids", yes it is but dont make excuses for your mechanics to take advantage of people. Oh wait, they get that instructions from the owner to push some kind of extra service. So I blame Robert! Came here a few different times for oil changes!!! 17.99 for an oil change can't beat it!! They took care of my honda last time and this time with my Grand Marquis. They always tell you everything you have going on with your car when just giving you an oil change. Always air up your tires and inspect everything. Larry is super nice and always takes car of us. I came in here earlier this week for an oil change. Staff was friendly, said it would be a 30 minute wait. Small patio in front with outlets to charge your phone. The oil change went well. If you bring your own oil and filter its a $12 charge. It's nice to know what you're putting in your vehicle. The tech told me I was low on oil, battery had some corrosion, and tire pressure was low. I'm glad he mentioned these things. I had a good experience at this shop and will return. read more

I used to come here, years ago... now my boyfriend takes our cars to get serviced here for an oil change. But I've instructed him not to anymore. It's taken a few mishaps for me to write this review and for me to instruct him not to bring any of our vehicles here anymore. 1 - a few years ago, my suv needed a part to be replaced. According to TJ, it was going to cost me almost $1000. I went to clutches and more on west lane and it cost me less than $100 for the part and labor. (We eventually fixed it for less than $100, and sold the suv anyways as we needed to upgrade). 2 - every time we bring our vehicles here, they always "find" something wrong with the vehicles. We come in for oil change, we get told "your rotors need to be replaced soon." Our rotors are fine. They tell us something needs to be replaced, we go and take it somewhere else and are told it's fine. 3 - my boyfriend took his truck here to get oil change service, the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on. He drove home, and couldn't understand why his truck was leaking oil - until we popped the hood and saw that they didn't close it. He took it back the next day and they refilled the oil. 4 - recently I tried to get an oil change somewhere else and the mechanic turned me down. Telling me my oil filter was placed on too tight and them trying to get it off can also mess up the oil pan. I was referred back to RD automotive, but I decided to have a family member do it instead. My brakes started failing while driving on a Saturday and I slowly made my way to RD Automotive where Larry quickly checked out my truck for me. Turns out my brake booster and master cylinder were leaking and apparently had been slowly going out for a while and finally hit that point where they had become a danger. Larry got parts ordered for Monday and he and his crew had me back on the road in no time. I am not a mechanical person and he explained the problem in a way that I could understand and I truly feel that the price was fair and that they did quality work. I realize that part of the problem was a vacuum leak but after they did the work the truck runs like new. There are some more things I would like to get fixed preventatively and I will definitely be returning to RD Automotive for that work as well! I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

Warnings ladies don't let this Mecanic shop owner take advantage of you find a mechanic that is referred by a friend or relative. This shop owner was trying to charge me over $1,255 dollars to repair an alternator and a fuse I ended taking my car to another mechanic that I was referred to me by my cousin, the total amount I ended up paying was $575 out the door, so happy for that.. just be careful with this guy. read more

Apparently, people whose names are "Arielle" or "Ariel" get the crap service. This place was my go-to, my knight in shining armor for oil changes. The blonde woman who works there was so nice. Today, I wanted to get in for an oil change. I've done this there maybe three times before and both times were fine. Great, even. I went into the small reception room where nobody was at the front desk. I waited for five minutes. Then I went outside and saw guys working on cars in the garages. I, no joke, stared at them hoping to get their attention. No dice. So I said "excuse me" and even rose my hand like I was in school. Again, nothing AND the dude saw me. So I just stood there for 20 minutes hoping for someone to say, "Hello, how can I help you?" My hope was nothing to these guys. I wasted half an hour of my time trying to get help for an oil change! I wasn't WAITING in line for an oil change. I simply needed someone to acknowledge the fact that I needed an oil change. There was one group of three waiting for the I car to be done. There were no other people besides me, standing there trying to get some small amount of customer service. It would have been FINE if someone came out and said "I'm sorry, would you mind waiting a few minutes? I'll be right with you." Waste of time. Poor customer service. Last time I got an oil change, the same thing kind of happened, but after 20 minutes, I was helped. Never again R & D...never again. Rude and Deaf. Thats what you guys are. read more

I've been to this place a few times. Today will be the last. I went to get an oil change and tune up around 3:45pm. I call prior to going, to make sure they weren't super busy. They told me they had time and would take an hour and half to complete my job. I arrived, dropped my car off. And waited for a return call. First, an hour and half went by.. I never received a call. So I called. My car was about finished, so I headed back to their garage. I got my keys, and paid over $200 (and my car is old) as I don't mind as long as the job is done correctly. The real issue started when I went to start my vehicle.. it revved extremely loud.. and my RPMs jumped up between 3-4. And while it was running the RMPs would continually fluctuate, as if I was stepping on my gas. I've drive daily, and have NEVER heard or seen my car/any car do this. I brought this to Ly (the Asian at the front desks) attention. He said the mechanic was in the restroom, and will be right out to look. I continued to wait, about 8-10 mins pass and I start getting frustrated. At this time, other mechanics are cleaning, closing garage doors ect. I still have not been helped. As I'm sitting in my car, waiting still. I watch Ly grab his stuff and leave for the day. When I asked who is going to help he shrugs and continues to leave. I decided to go follow him to his car asking if I could get a refund,discount or my car fixed. He drove off, not acknowledging me. (He was already in, by the time I approached). I finally find someone to help me. He starts mentioning that it's not their fault.. my car is older and has a lot of miles. And that they only change the wires and oil. I argued with him for 5 mins before the mechanic finds out that it is their fault. And they accidentally punctured on of my hoses. I also have him recorded saying that I shouldn't have came in so late.. and maybe I would've had a better job if I came in earlier. Long story short-- don't go here. Everything from their customer service, personality to their services suck. Update: I just looked at the yelp website and seen that the man who told me that I should've came in earlier to get better service, was the business' owner. Today I went to get an oil change and a car wash. Took over an hr for them to be done. Which I was okay with it. Got to the store and realize my car was still dirty! Not to mention they forgot to reset my oil maintenance light. That not the first time they did it. Last time they broke most of my screws in the engine department and I bought my car back for them to replace it. I been a loyal customer, but everytime I bring my car there I go home disappointed.
