Have been waiting for a claim to be completed for months. Have yet to hear back. Left several messages to no avail. All I receive is a balance due bill after I was advised by their billing department that I would actually be receiving a credit for the amount I paid at the time of my appointment because they were backed up on claims. I went for an evaluation/root canal and the Dentist stated if he did the procedure it would not be a long term solution. What I appreciate most is his recommendation to have the tooth pulled verses performing a procedure for personal gain. We need more professionals in the dental business like him. Although I did not have to have the root canal scheduled, the doctor immediately identified the issue. He identified a crack in my tooth and that it would be pointless to do a root canal. He referred me back to my dentist for service. His demeanor was kind and compassionate. If I ever need their specialty again, I will definitely come back. read more

ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY! The dentist knows his job. That's my only compliment. On the surface, it looks great. I was mistaken!!! No personal attention. Dentist left the room rudely, quickly, with 2 words. Unprofessional. They told us she needed TWO root canals, then proceeded to only schedule her for one. Only AFTER I ASKED did they tell me she needed to return for the second tooth. Just scamming for more money rather than giving ANY personal care for the patient. Would not recommend. Front desk lies. Helping nurse was clueless. They said they only do two root canals when they are next to each other. (She needed tooth 3 and 5 done - is that not "next to each other"?) So basically, you are contradictory in your words and the only thing you could do after disappointment to a child patient who is scared of the dentist, is say Have a good day. Really? They do not care personally for their patients. We will not return and because of THEIR mistakes, my daughter has to go through the process for the second tooth all over again. And they said this to us as if it was supposed to make us return our business to them. HELL NO! My child deserves better and so does anyone else looking for dental work. Go elsewhere! read more

I would definitely recommend RCT Endodontics of laurel. Not only is Dr. Jureidini amazing, but the entire staff is amazing, because they are extremely kind, professional, and accommodating. The longest I had to wait in the waiting room before I was seen by the doctor was 5 minutes. I love the fact that they don't overbook, which gave me the opportunity to spend adequate time with the doctor before his next patient. I love the fact that Dr Jureidini did not rush me, but answered all my questions thoroughly, and took the time to explain my x-rays and what was taking place with my tooth (Backstory: Dr Jureidini performed a root canal on the tooth AFTER my primary dentist placed a crown on it). I went back to my Primary dentist to find out why I was having pain in my tooth and he was unable to give me an adequate explanation as to why my tooth was causing me pain, and didn't resolve the issue. I actually left my primary dentist office still in pain, with no resolution. I finally reached out to Dr Jureidini's office and they were able to see me right away. They took x-rays, the Doctor reviewed them, examined my tooth, and right away was able to tell me what was taking place with my tooth, and why I was in pain. He prescribed the proper medication to resolve the pain, and encouraged me to reach out to him IF the pain returns, so that he can work closely with my primary dentist to resolve the matter permanently. I appreciate the time he took with me and I really appreciate how he didn't allow me to leave out of his office without resolving my issues. Thanks for Caring!!!! read more

They are not the cheapest in the area, but sometimes you get what you pay for. I've had two root canals, its always gone very quickly and efficiently with a minimum of discomfort. I was especially pleased with my latest, given that an endodontist down the street opined that my tooth was cracked and it would need to be removed. With the more advanced equipment in this office, they were able to determine that in fact, it was not cracked, and fixable. That saved me a lot of time bother and money. read more

I made an unplanned root canal appointment for the next day. They called in advance to verify some details (including insurance), and explained the expected cost. During the exam, it was determined that I probably didn't need a root canal. Instead, they reached out to my dentist to discuss other options for the original condition. The total cost was of course much less, and they get bonus points for honesty and doing what's best for the patient. read more

My procedure was uncomfortable, but manageable. I needed a root canal done quickly and they did a fine job. The problem came later with billing. I received a call in advance of my procedure with an estimated cost, and I confirmed that my insurance was accepted and in-network. Later, months after the procedure, I received an unexpected bill for an additional $1,500 because my insurance declined to cover the procedure. I contacted my insurance and was told RCT Endo is out-of-network. I would have selected a different provider if I had known in advance that this endodontist was actually out-of-network, but there is nothing you can do months afterward. Overall, I cannot recommend this place after this very expensive billing error. read more

Unfortunately I have been having a lot of issues with my teeth lately and I've needed several root canals. Not only is this place accommodating and could get me in immediately , they were so friendly and I didn't feel a thing. Dr. Juredini was so nice and gentle. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I was referred to this place by my dentist for a consult. They were supposed to just check my teeth and report their findings to my regular dentist. He tells me the tooth is infected and next thing I see, the dentist is giving me anesthesia after I explicitly said I would not get a root canal. In fact, I didn't sign the form. I asked the dentist several times what he was about to do, he never mentioned the word root canal, he said he was just cleaning the tooth and disinfecting to remove the infection. In fact, he left me with very little margin to refuse the treatment. The plan was to just get the consult and get the resulting treatments at my regular dentist. So basically they performed a root canal without my consent calling it removing the infection every time I asked what they were doing. Then I get stuck with a bill of $800 for a treatment I didn't consent to. I do not recommend this place because of their deceptive practices. read more
