Dr. Abdullah is one of the few Oral Surgeons that still enjoys hands on! The treatment results are fantastic and the best in the industry!

I stopped going and once I was informed that dr cooper was no longer there I came back. The dental assistant Hee Young is awesome. She is Honest, caring and delicate with your procedures. She makes going to the dentist enjoyable again. I trust her and she educates you on proper care of your dental requirements. This practice is headed in the right direction, thanks in part to Hee Young.

I still can't speak about the BOTCHED dental job (veneers) I got on May 22--and it's exactly two…read moremonths later--at Laurel Smiles for $7,152!!! I loved my smile BEFORE my veneers! I had bonding for 40 years and had gotten a small chip, so I had a small gap again, which I wish I would've just kept! Dentists don't want to do bonding, anymore, as I guess there's not enough money in that. I keep wishing I could go back because I HATE MY TEETH NOW!!! I am someone who smiles constantly; now, I keep my mouth closed as much as I can. I had a small overbite, which I discussed with Dr. Cooper asking how the veneers would affect that. Three dentists, including Dr. Cooper, had expressed that my two front teeth were "too big." I love my teeth and have had 40 years of compliments about my smile! Dr. Cooper said she would do four veneers and make the two front teeth a little smaller and the other two slightly larger. After almost 6 weeks of a comedy of errors (wrong veneers sent twice, one the color was too dark (but probably not), the fourth and final ones in my mouth--I have two HUGE front buck teeth, a HUGE overbite (I'm so uncomfortable when people can see my teeth from the side), and the veneers are a TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR from my natural teeth!!!!!!! Oh, my veneers were EVEN BIGGER than they are now--I had Dr. Cooper shave them down!! I CANNOT EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL!!! I am having the veneers removed and ortho (Invisalign) because I can't even take a chance of another botched job! I paid $1500 for the ortho as that's what I was told at the other dentist office to get started. Turns out I need to pay another $3500 for a total of $5000 for them to do the gum surgery, temporary veneers, and ortho fitting. I just paid $7152 at Laurel Smiles, which brings me to $8,652 I've now spent. I can't afford to pay anymore right now, so I'm stuck with these HORRENDOUS things in my mouth until I can afford to get them removed and do the new treatment. On top of that, I will now be forced to wear a retainer in my mouth four nights a week for the rest of my life!!!!! If you're getting all veneers, maybe you'll be okay. If you're not, KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST!!!! I CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW I WISH I COULD TURN BACK TIME!!!! OH, THE REPAIR JOB--JUST UNDER $15,000 WITH A DISCOUNT!! Oh, I also do not bite into anything! My veneers are so thick, and my teeth don't meet like they should, and I'm afraid they'll pull off and split my gums!! Below are photos of what I used to look like and what I look now! I would also like to say it is embarrassing for me to post these photos!!!

As a business owner, I plan my schedule carefully and take time off work for these appointments -- time that I can't get back. On both occasions, the front desk staff claimed they had called and left a message to reschedule, yet I have no record of any missed call or voicemail. I'd be surprised if they could produce proof of one either. What makes this even more frustrating is that they send automatic text reminders a week in advance, which I have confirmed each time, only to show up and find my appointment gone. Their dental services are good, but due to the unprofessional handling of scheduling and communication, I will not be returning. This kind of disorganization and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable.

I personally will be coming here for all of my dental procedures. such a great team of people !

I was unaware of his diabetes issue until that speech. i even completed the requested forms the day prior to my appt, pressed send and got a thank you confirmation but when i arrived, i was flagged for not completing the forms. i can't make this up. the only reason i showed up for my appt was to avoid the cancellation/$50 threats from the several annoying, what i call bully texts and emails i received leading up to my appt. i feel davis and hill planned that experience upon my arrival. i feel davis made sure to have me sign the hippa forms prior to cover himself/hill after sending the bully emails. what practice threatens to cancel appts when you fail to complete forms online? normally you'll have a chance to complete the forms in the office. this was a toxic and unprofessional way to handle this situation. on top of that, i have carefirst bcbs. davis doesn't care for bcbs (his words) and is out of the network. i allowed him to sign me up for a plan for $29 monthly. of course, i called to cancel after the 5/20/25 ordeal and found out the commitment is for a year ending after 9/2025. i'll simply consider it a $90 good riddance gift. i'm always covered in my life by my father. please forgive the run on sentences and other errors in my warning message. this was the worst experience with doctor's i've ever had in my life and i'm thankful for it. next stop, new pcp who doesn't send you to an outdated exam room to sit for 20-30 mins with ozempic/weightloss props all around the room while he checks in his own patients. smh. wth! this was really extra, unnecessary and took no time to figure out. that's why hill didn't open his door for me when i immediately went to his office 10 mins from davis. as I went back to my car at hill's office, i looked at the window and noticed a slither crack in the blinds that went away as i watched. i can't make this up.

I made an appointment and was quoted a great price, I thought I might have a cavity. When I arrived I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. I was taken back fairly quickly, received an X-ray and then the dentist came in to discuss the results, I did not have a cavity! The dentist told me about their yearly membership that includes an x-ray, two cleanings and 20% off any additional services. I bought the membership and scheduled a cleaning. The hygienist was lovely and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of dental care, especially those looking for affordable care.
