They had my negative review on another platform removed and if they dont fix these errors I will launch a website to ensure the details stay up. I paid my ortho bill IN FULL to prior to braces coming off yet 2 years later they start lying and sending me a bill. My mom's insurance covers her cleanings and now they are sending her incorrect bills saying she owes for cleanings. You need to replace your front office staff so your businss can soar because these billing errors are ridiculous!!!! And while the office staff is the issue, the practice is the one I will be reporting to the Maryland State Board od Dental Examiners. Fix the errors. I don't want anything for free but I refuse to pay you a dime of what I don't owe. Warning to all patients.... Go elsewhere!!! They will lie on your bill won't care to correct it. Do not pay anything to them that you do not owe.

SO GREAT!! They moved to a bigger space literally two building down and it is very nice as well. I came in for a cleaning and then they discovered a few things. Since then I'm glad they have been making sure I have the best and more reliable work done. My favorite thing besides the kind and professional service was the fact after my cleaning they put Vaseline on my lips. Honestly, that was the greatest feeling ever. Not only are your lips very dry when they are operating it's nice they thought to do that. I've never had anyone put Vaseline on my lips before, I was truly amazed. I will say that's the biggest reason why I stayed and will forever be a loyal client here. I already recommended this place to a few people and told them my experience. There are only women here as well and I am the biggest advocate for women in business. They all seem to be close and family orientated. Great location, great service, overall excellent experience.

I really did not want to come and leave a bad review like this but it needs to be said. When I…read morefirst came to this office it was great. the front desk were nice and Dr. Vazir was welcoming but back in December I had a Root canal done & after my root canal she tried to charge me over a thousand dollars for another procedure that I did not even need & not only that she did not complete my root canal. I have been having sensitivity & pain & it is because she missed one of my canals & when I called to see if she could fix/complete it.. she told me no she can't. I was very shocked because this is your work that you failed to complete so why aren't you fixing your mistake ? If I go to a specialist or another dentist they are going to charge me out of pocket to have this completed so I'm very upset with this practice because all I wanted was a simple root canal instead Dr.Vazir made a mistake & then can't even fix it. I'm not telling other people not to come here but please be very aware I would hate for this to happen to someone else. I couldn't even get my crowns done by her bevause she wanted over a thousand dollars but when I went to get a second opinion and a third they told me I did not need that procedure & that I can get crowns with no problem. I will be taking this to social media because why are you even doing procedures like Root Canals if you can't even do them correctly. I should not be having to come out of pocket for something I did not mess up! Your playing in peoples mouths & maybe because I'm young she decided to make me a easy target. I will definitely never come back & oh not too mention they wanted to charge $70 for a " no show fee " I called hours before my appointment and left a voicemail. it's not my fault that the office does not check them. what's the point of having a message system If you all do not check them ? My appointment was at 3:30pm & I called around 7am & left a message. The lady told me " its an after hours voicemail so even still " like i swear do y'all make up stuff on the spot ? or do you guys tell everyone this ? She also said " it needs to be within 48 hours" i called at 7 you had plenty of time between 7-3 to see if someone else could come that day to take my appointment slot but instead you went ahead and still charged me. Even after I said Dr. Vazir did not complete my root canal & I need her to fix it. She still is just like " you need to pay " where is the urgency ?? Just for them to call back a couple hours later saying she can't fix it...her mistake.

I was a patient of this practice for many many years. I was mostly drawn by the convenient hours…read moreand the pleasant relationship I had with the team. The head dentist has done some intensive work on my mouth over the years (even though the aesthetics were not the best). I often complained about my smile as I told Dr. K I NOT LIKE my smile (based on the work he did). Recently, the head dentist performed what I feel was faulty bridge work over implants. I paid quite a bit out of pocket for the dental work. The bridge failed in 6 months (this work should have lasted many years); besides that the work looked poor & I was uncomfortable with my smile). I reached out to the practice about fixing the faulty work and addressing the aesthetics. The dentist agreed to see me but stated because my insurance changed, to repair or even review his faulty work the visit would be OUT OF POCKET! Why should I have to pay this dentist again to fix his faulty work? I declined to accept the appointment. I have paid him more than enough money over what must be 20 years. Patronize this practice at your own risk but don't expect a perfect or quality smile. I will not recommend another person to this practice (sorry if I recommended you & it was not a good result/experience). Signed, Ms. Seriously Disappointed

Any time you have an appointment, you will wait 1 hour to 2 hours. The waiting is jammed with people. I feel as though after they got my money, they don't care about me. People in the waiting room grumble about how much they always have to wait and how poorly the office is run. Usually you have five women behind the desk and they all tell you it will be 5 minutes-- it isn't. You'll be waiting a long, long time. There are things they don't tell you. they say it will be 4 to 6 months for implants--- it won't be. More like 8 months. Once you are in the implant process, you won't be seen by a dentist, but a dental assistant. the dentist doesn't have time for you. That doesn't work for me. Dr. Chon needs to be a lot more patient with people. He talks very fast and is arrogant and rude. He is kind of hyper and talks very fast. I wish I would have found another dentist that was kinder and more considerate. I don't feel good about the dental office's practices.
