I did not even feel the needle insertion in my arm. She answered all my questions promptly with full attention. No tension. No anxiety. I left refreshed. The only issue I see about this lab office is that people fail to get an online appointment in advance. And the last 2 times I have been here, the room had 10-12 or so seated and waiting. I got my last appointment easily for just 2 days from the date I asked online. Easy to get the appointment done quickly online. Get that appointment and you also will be giving a great review. The test that i really needed to know answers to she didn't draw the blood for! Then try to hide about they dont keep orders, when they scan them into the computer system. Location and Parking: - Easy to find (suite 101, first floor) - No treasure hunt here! - Plenty of parking - zero parking stress! - Open on Saturdays - that's always appreciated and a huge plus if you don't want to use your PTO from work. Waiting Area: -Spacious and clean -Very basic and very white..could definitely use some color (LOL) to warm it up a bit. All-white everything just seems too depressing. Speed and Check-in: -You will get a text reminder and it's super easy to check-in through the kiosk. They called me in at my scheduled time. I was in and out in 15 minutes - probably my quickest lab visit ever. Customer service: -The redheaded phlebotomist was sweet, professional, and calm. She made the experience completely painless. I appreciated she took time to find the best spot since I have a fear of needles and the sight of blood. No anxiety, no drama! -Great communication, efficient, stress-free, and patient-focused care. She checks you in fast, makes sure you're in and out. Plus I have small veins, which I usually get poked so much. Nope not Chere, it was gentle, fast and painless, also it's a clean environment, and they have great parking. I don't know about all other employees, every time I go I get helped by chere and I've had a pleasant experience with her.

I went into the lab to ask and no one was at the desk so I stood in the lobby for a few seconds and I overheard someone saying "What do you want." This person said it a second time and I said "Are you talking to me?" She said yes and I said "I'm sorry I didn't know you were talking to me because usually people say how may I help you. I'm sure this person is good at lab drawing but she clearing is lacking in the customer service area. Once I was seen the lady did apologize so I did appreciate that.

This entire practice is unreliable with keeping appointments, cancels them (doesn't matter which…read morelocation). I strongly don't recommend unless you have all the time in the world. My follow up appointment has been rescheduled 3 times by this office. Do not come here if you need help. The 3rd time the call was escalated and that person said in the notes each time it said I canceled the appointments. She spoke to me accordingly, blaming me for the offices negligence. I cancelled none of them. THEY cancelled. Luckily I record most of my calls and captured some of the mess. I wonder what other false information is in their hidden records. Speaking of records, they don't use Epic MyChart nor any electronic records. Nothing is transparent or accessible. They don't accept any records from outside transferred in. So without any 'history' a claim was denied. Their response is they make their own history okay. They have but not a helpful one. The staff that do monitors aren't knowledgeable at all about the sensors. The imaging techs were good and that was the only positive. I write this review so people who need timely assistance will not be harmed. Further if you come, record everything bc they will falsify some events and leave you in the lurch. Run from this place.

I was completely blown away during my appointment i almost wanted to cry because for the first time in 5 years dealing with my mysterious heart issue i felt seen and heard. Dr. Boler was thorough and knowledgeable and you can really tell she loves her job. She is not bitter, dismissive or non chalant like some physicians can be and if she is burnt out as some healthcare providers can get, it doesn't show. She is professional kind and patient. I'm so happy to have found her and this clinic. Would definitely recommend.
