He let us know to reach out if we had any questions, which we appreciated. They also have a playroom for kids, which was a huge help for our little one while we shopped. While browsing, a sales associate named Melanie approached us to see if we needed help. I let her know we had already been helped by Curtis. She continued to help us anyway, which was polite, though we weren't really looking for additional assistance at that point. We had already found the couch we liked and are waiting to purchase until we close on our new house, so we didn't place an order that day. She was respectful of that. She also explained the protection plan for the couch. We let her know we weren't interested, and she was understanding. Later after preparing our order information for when we're ready to call in and purchase, she checked back in and provided a reference number which was helpful. The protection plan was mentioned again, which felt a little repetitive, but we declined and moved on. Overall, the experience was good. The store is clean, well laid out, and has a great selection of furniture. My only downside is that sales associates tend to stay very close and multiple people may ask if you've been helped already. I understand that's part of the business, but I personally prefer a little more space when browsing. That said, it's a nice store with quality furniture. Just be prepared for frequent check ins once you walk in.

So what he did he showed me a lot of books filled with all the furniture that they have. I had a seat and I looked at all the books. There were so many of them that I actually liked. I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. Overall, if you're looking for any furniture, I definitely recommend this store. They have so many books you could look at they have so many furniture there anything you would want. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and he listened to all my needs. I am very satisfied with the furniture. I got here. I would definitely be back here again.

Saying they have it, plus store address & hours. Drove 2 hours to come check it out. Come to find out they don't have it in the store it's in the wear house plus it's $2,000+ . So as you can see why I'm super disappointed. Post was misleading. Plus the gentleman who welcomed us in was way too pushy. We said we just want to look and he kept hounding us with question and deals, that alone would make me walk out if I was looking for new couch. We ended up purchasing a mattress set with her, and although we unfortunately had to cancel the order later for reasons completely unrelated to her, our experience with Yamayah was still excellent. She was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit the Roseville location.

Hubs even found a framed lithograph art print of 1984 Laker Kareem Abdul Jabar by LeRoy Neiman. Then I happened upon the jewelry section. Letting out a big sigh, I luv looking at jewelry. They have beautiful pieces and some high end brands such as Rolex and Piguet watches, Tiffany. My eye was drawn to the vintage art deco jewelry set (necklace, bracelet, and earrings) of gold and lapis. Very unique. All the jewelry looked to be in excellent condition. The woman working the counter had a great attitude, so fun and easy to talk with. She entertained my gawking and questions. Not pushy in pressing a sale. Plus she was knowledgeable.

Customer service is readily available if you need it. It is nice to be able to meander however without employees breathing down your neck. This is a very big store. Things are well organized and in great condition. So many items from indoor/outdoor furniture, artificial plants, couch pillows, mirrors, framed art, and seasonal decor (see Mrs. Clause:)). There is also a Fine Jewelery section which you typically do not find at a busines like this. Setup like a department store... you may view the jewelry items under glass. Value? Well, the things I am typically looking for are artificial plants like a cactus for my patio or for an indoor area I am trying to refresh. They are extremely reasonable as opposed to Target or Home Goods. From reading the reviews, customers have found some nice items. Next time you are cruising through the TJ's parking lot and have some time on your hands consider a walk through this fun and interesting store. Purchased two leather sofas less than 2 years ago (Aug 2023) from previous owner (Mike) for over…read more$4,000. They had lifetime warranty on them for certain things and the new owner (Adam) had the couches picked up because the issue was covered under it. During pick up, his movers did not handle the couch with care at all. They drug it down the metal screen door and scratched the front of my couch and they dropped my couch on the cement and drug it across it trying to pick it up again. It ripped the entire underside edge of my couch. Scratched the entire front part of them. Not once did they admit to it or anything. They tried to pretend it didn't happened until I reached out immediately with video recording of the incidents. The same day, we went by the store to check in on the repair of the couch, and the manager said that he would personally thoroughly inspect the couch for any damage that could've been done. He said the couches would be returned to the house in an hour or so. They arrived with the damage caused by his employees is still there. When I called and spoke to him, he said he did not see any damage which was a lie, and I sent the images to him again he said that he would reach out to the owner the next day and call me with an update. The next day the owner called and he said that they could paint the leather. Which to me is not a sufficient repair of $4,000 couches that were blatantly damaged by his employees. He proceeded to argue with me and said that he was doing us a favor by not charging us for the couches to be picked up and transported back-and-forth. In my opinion, I would have rather transport than myself because I know I would not have damaged my own couches like they did. He never offered any discounts, MIKE, the owner mentioned that to us, not ADAM the new owner. Also, he said "we are doing you a favor " by not charging for pick up or labor which this information was never disclosed to us at anytime until AFTER we spoke to ADAM. Adam has not been professional or customer focused. He was argumentative and lacks customer service. Just like his response to the review. The original owner, Mike called us personally because he knows us and he came out to look at the couch and did a small glue repair to it. He was friendly about it, but the current owner did little to nothing about the situation. He still has yet to reach out to us after Mike came out to take care of it. I still feel that even with the repair the couches are not in the same condition that they were prior to them being picked them up. And he did not handle it very professionally or customer based. I would not buy anything from here. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be telling my entire family who has bought from there, since the 1980s, to stop going there. Spending all that money on couches to have them damaged and not being taken care of is very concerning. He could have replace the couch with another one of equal value, given a cash value for the cost of repair to have it reupholstered, or anything but instead, he just wanted to take the cheap route and paint over damage. Instead, he wanted to try to argue with me and tell me he was doing me a favor. The only favor he did was show me his poor business and customer service which will keep me from referring or returning to this place ever. A lot of business will be lost because of this.

Overall, the lack of transparency and customer-friendly service was really disappointing. I expected better.

That's so important when you are trying to get another person to understand what you like and dislike and the vision you have in your head. She's also very skilled at her craft, interior design, with a real eye for what colors, textures, and shapes go together. She's also quite skilled with interior design software and putting together computer-generated layouts of how she envisions her designs in your home. I found that to be extremely helpful. And lastly, she has a great personality, is easy to work with, has a good sense of humor, has an enormous amount of energy so she keeps your projects moving right along, and is prompt with replies to questions sent to her by email, text, or phone. My wife and I were also extremely impressed with one of Ethan Allen's "white glove" delivery teams that was comprised of Hugo and Kenneth. We've had Hugo and Kenneth make multiple deliveries to our house, sometimes with large items like rugs, headboards, oversized chairs, or end tables. Hugo and Kenneth always put booties on over their shoes before entering the house, were careful when navigating narrow hallways with large items, and were careful with our hardwood floors when putting items into place. On future orders (and with my wife as happy as she is with what she's ordered thus far from Ethan Allen I'm sure there will be more), We will be sure to ask for Hugo and Kenneth by name to be the ones to deliver the items.

They replaced the recliner with the same chair, which did the exact same thing. I have furniture that I bought at Ashley's which I've had for years, and has stood the test of time. Ashley's is a higher quality store than Ethan Allen. The structure of the chair is falling apart now. Ethan Allen is not a store that sells quality furniture, nor does it supply competent sales people. I am not one to post opinions on these sites, but think people should be aware that Ethan allen is not the store it was 20 years ago.
