The owner and team here are amazing at customer service! I was looking for a specific mattress and didn't have any luck in my area so stumbled across the online site for Sleep Center. They had availability for my mattress and I was able to order the white glove delivery to my area. We all know that there are supply chain hiccups right now and we ran across a minor one but the team reached out to me and communicated what was happening and what I could expect. They then gave me updates along the way through to scheduled delivery (today). There was a problem with the freight company but the team at Sleep Center reached out to me to keep me informed and went well above and beyond to make alternative arrangements so I received my mattress today. They definitely took care of everything every step of the way. I highly recommend buying your mattress here! read more

I have been shopping for a mattress for a few weeks now with no luck but when I drove out a bit further to check this place out I was very glad I did. The customer service was great, where they had me try several different kinds to test out what I liked. He recommended a certain mattress he had on closeout since I was interested in a king and I immediately got sold on it. It was a beauty rest black mattress for only 1200 dollars when it was originally 5500. I was very pleased with the largest selection of mattresses I have ever seen and the customer service was very inviting and did not have me feeling rushed. They also took the time to deliver the same day when it was later in the day which was above and beyond customer service wise. Go here if you need furniture, great deals here! read more

Sleep Center - My new tempurpedic mattress. - Mattresses Near Me - Sacramento, California

We ordered a new bedroom set from Sleep Center after seeing this set at Ashley furniture. While at Ashley sales person was trying to wheel and deal, felt like we were being taken advantage of. So, after doing research and finding the set online (and reading a ton of reviews) we called Sleep Center. The SAME furniture came to $1k less then Ashley was gonna change me. Due to Covid the set took months to come in. The team at Sleep Center was always kind and communicative. When the set came in, the delivered it. The only thing I would of done differently is to pay to have them assemble. Getting these boxes upstairs was not an easy task!!! Love the service we got from Sleep Center. Love the bedroom set!!! read more

I don't review many businesses, but when I find one that is exceptional, I want to make sure it receives the praise it deserves. Sleep Center Natomas was able to make arrangements for my family during COVID-19 to come to their showroom to test out all of their mattresses and adjustable beds in a safe environment. We were there for almost 2 hours on the afternoon before Thanksgiving and received nothing but attentive service. I appreciate that the owner listened to the things we said about the way we sleep, about what we liked and disliked about specific mattresses, made appropriate recommendations that proved he was listening to us, and looked up information and specs when we had obscure questions. The selection at Sleep Center Natomas was huge... more than other stores we visited. We appreciated that we were never pressured to buy, or were never hurried to make a decision. I appreciated how the owner was always very responsive to my phone calls and text messages, before and after my visit - even after my purchase and delivery of the mattress and adjustable base. He always provided complete answers to my questions, and would meet deadlines when he promised a response or answer by a certain time. He never made me feel like I was wasting my time. We visited 5 other stores and showrooms, before and after visiting Sleep Center Natomas, and still took several more days to reach a decision. In the end, we came back a week later to purchase a mattress and adjustable base. The owner took less than 45 minutes to process my purchase, which included an application and verification for a 0% payment plan for 12 months. He got me in and out, making me feel like my time was valuable. Delivery of the bed was 2 days earlier than promised. The delivery team was efficient and thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. A mattress is a once-in-10 or 15 years purchase for me, but Sleep Center Natomas has earned my business. I will shop here again in the future. read more

If your looking for a mattress or living room furniture the is the place to go. With Covid-19 restrictions the 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse is your place. The owner Ramesh is a local resident of Natomas and was so helpful in types of mattresses for our specific needs/wants. I felt no pressure to rush through looking at the inventory with exceptional brands such as Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Sealy and others. We like Tempur-Pedic (just a personal preference) so we purchased the mattress with the adjustable base. Ramesh then let us know they could deliver the following day and take away all our old bed frame and mattresses and he threw in a mattress cover What a plus. Did I mention this is a family run business? This experience was so relaxing and prices are competitive. Thanks Ramesh I will definitely spread the word on your store. read more

I purchased my couch here a couple months ago. I looked at 7 other places. Walked in and found nice furniture that other places didn't have. Was looking for something different but quality that not everyone else has. Was tired of looking online and at all the advertisements of furniture places promoting the same stuff. My couch is awesome and I have yet to see it any other place and all my friends even ask where I got it cause the all like it. Best part is it's comfortable. The price was awesome and the owner was very helpful and wasn't pushy and helped me find something that I wanted. Totally recommend starting and ending your search here! read more

So my wife wife and i have never ever bought a real mattress before we have only done the 200 dollar special where the springs start to poke through or the discount mattresses at big lots. We have been using the same mattress for 9 years probable a few years longer then the mattress was designed for. So we start shopping and a friend recommends the sleep center and the commercials were pretty cute too. To have none other than RON BURGUNDY and his beautiful assistant VANNA answer all our questions and not hover like an over zealous used car salesman was priceless. Right away i noticed the prices were better than mattrice firm, our top pick up to that point. So we were sold, we bought a real mattress and couldn't be happier. I will try to follow up in 6-12 months. read more

Advertising Bedroom a set for $699. Get to the store and wouldn't you know it, that set "just" sold. They can order another set for me but at a MUCH higher price. They quoted me a price of $699 just for the bed alone!!! This happened to me a month ago and the are STILL advertising the same set today for $699 that doesn't exist. LIARS!!!!!!!!!! read more

Shelvin, Raj, whoever the owner claims to be of this place is a scam artist. Do not walk away, RUN. They pull a scam telling you about a 25 year warranty to buy a top dollar mattress, then once you call the manufacturer they tell you it's only a 10 year. Go to complain to the owner who seems to have multiple names, and they will laugh at you, offer you a free pillow, and call you a liar. ROY, the black salesman is the most guilty, telling people 25 year warranty and then denies he says it. Also it's hard to research this shady furniture store since they only give first names of employees and have about 3 business names on their cards / invoices. read more
