I was referred to Plymwr Plumbing through my home warranty. He was sent out to take a look at my water softener, because it was generating too many times in a single day. Robert came out and inspected the system and called the company technical support and was unable to resolve the problem. He turned the bypass valves one and off several times and noticed it started to leak through the bypass valves. When he was done with the evaluation he was going to leave the valve on but I instructed him to not do so because I did not want it to continue generating and wasting my water. He turned the bypass valves off and left. After 10 mins passed by it continued to leak. I immediately called robert and told him it was continuing to leak. He then told me he would come back later that day after he was done with his days work and fix it. I never heard from him after that. I've left multiple voicemails and text messages and never heard back from him. I called my warranty company 2 days after the occurrence to inform them of the leak that was caused by robert. I never heard back from either of them. I have been on the phone for last hour with my warranty company and they have been in communication with with robert and he is not taking accountability for the leak. He blatantly lied to the warranty company and said it was caused from all the previous technicians that had been there. Mind you I've only had one other technician sent to my house by the warranty company. He also told the warranty company that I had been looking on the internet how to fix it and messed with it. Complete lie!!! I can go on and on about the lack of accountability of this guy and the way lack of customer service but I've already wasted too much of my precious time on this company!!!! I'll be reporting his company to damage control to my warranty company and the higher ups. Think twice about using this company. This is a response I got from robert via text. A copy of the email I sent to the owner of this company speaks volumes - Robert - It has been nearly 2 weeks since I met with you regarding my backyard BBQ and 7 days since I left a message with "Anthony" regarding the work which you began, abandoned and have failed to subsequently address - either through a returned call or other communication. This is not how a responsible, professional business operates. You have attempted to change the terms under which we agreed for initial work on this project ($65 for seeing if the connection could be made), you have left property damage including disconnected pipes, severed cables/wires as well as a large hole in the ground with no expectation of completion or compensation for said damage. Thanks to your lack of care, I no longer have cable TV service on the first floor of my home. You arrived over an hour late for our initial appt., left for another job in the midst of doing work on mine and have been generally irresponsible with little explanation other than to tell me/my wife that the previous contractor did bad work. I don't require an explanation of the obvious - you were contacted because we knew there was a problem. That you have complicated matters is inexcusable. Rest assured that I will be sharing this experience, in detail, in all available venues including yelp, amazon, angie's list and anywhere else I can inform others to avoid the mistake I have clearly made in believing that your firm is a responsible vendor of plumbing services. ***Subsequent to this letter, one of the broken pipes (sprinkler) started gushing water into the hole. "Anthony" told me that Robert, the owner, had been fired for misrepresenting his position. Curiously, I saw a call on my caller i.d. from Robert, the day after he was "fired." Also interesting that Robert's middle name from his license is Anthony. Coincidence? Only if you believe that any of this reflects competence or behavior expected from a licensed contractor. Scheduled a warranty call with my homeowner warranty company late last night for my water heater. Needless to say I was disappointed to see this company assigned. In the past year I had an issue with a broken bathroom faucet to be replaced. A call was scheduled, then canceled after I cleared my schedule, waited and WAITED. I would seriously caution anyone who uses this plumbing company. 1) This company was referred to us by our Home Warranty 2) The plumber initially indicated they don't do electronic leak detection since the company doesn't possess a unit 3) We informed there was leak after they opened up the wall but we had to wait to see what the estimates were and what portion would be covered by our home warranty 4) The following business day, we received a estimate of $2950 for a leak repair. There estimates state "We have to modify the water line to repair, so we will convert over to PEX and reroute the water line through the walls and ceilings to make this repair last a lot longer than the original pipe lasted" 5) I contacted our Home Warranty and they indicated that the Plumbing submitted a $100 charge for the leak detection device (which is false because the guy said they don't have this device) 5) The Home Warranty company indicated they never received the $2950 estimate and that it appears this company was trying to upgrade this service by modifying/rerouting this through our walls and ceiling thereby increasing the cost 6) Our Home Warrant gave approval to fix the copper pipe leak but anything beyond that such as rerouting the pipes was only optional so my Home Warranty understood we wanted to use a different plumber because this company lied and tried to give us unneccassry service. read more

I had them install a new garbage disposal unit. The service was very professional and prompt. He even showed me how to properly maintain the disposal. It's always hard to find a good plumber. Plymwr does a great job and I will certainly use them again for my plumbing needs. read more

My hot water heater was making crazy sounds. Robert called me and explained the reasons behind the sounds. Advised me to take a few steps and if it did not resolve the issue then he doesn't mind coming out to my house. Needless to say, "those simple steps saved me money and made me feel safer." Called plymwr plumbing a couple weeks ago cause my water heater was leaking. It was a 75 falling water heater and like 20 years old. Bobby came over and gave me a couple different options. After discussing things with my other half we decided to go with a tankless water heater instead of a tanked one. We picked out the Noritz EZTR75, our gas lines water column was tested and determined that we did not need a bigger gas line as it was already 3/4" with a 1/2" stub out. Score!! Anyways it cost $2950 fully installed and now I never run out of hot water. This is the most awesome water heater ever! Thank you Plymwr Plumbing for saving the day. And upgrading my house as well! I will definitely be using you again in the future as well as I'd recommend y'all to anyone that asked. read more

Two stars because the guy came out to do the job and the other guy couldn't even call back, then again when the guy came out, he claimed he didn't have all of the materials and he'd come back to complete it. Called him a week later, he said he'd be out there later that day. Called him a couple days later and didn't get an answer. Still don't have done whatever it was the guy said he needed parts for to finish. The hot water heater works, but I don't know what else needed to be done. My pressure in my house sky rocketed over the weekend, causing my hose Bibb to break and not turn off. My water heater broke, and my house insurance Old Republic Home which also is garbage assigned the job to this so called plumber. The job was assigned thursday morning and I called this guy to know his eta and he said not till friday between 9-11am I said ok he might be busy and one day is not bad. Friday morning I call him to see if the time frame was the same and he said yes. 11:30 comes and no one is here i than call him and now he says it will be around 3-4 hours but not sure. Still being patient I tought I rather wait 4 hrs than to start the process over with this piece of crap insurance so around 2:15pm on friday old republic calls me saying that the plumber just called to say he couldnt do the job and now im having to wait who knows how long just to replace the water heater. If this guy was so busy why not be honest from the begining and say he couldnt do it? Decided to make me wait almost 2 days and than decide to tell me he couldnt, sounds like a not so proffesional plumber. Found this company through Old Republic home-warranty, I called the day of to try to schedule. He answered the phone and said he was at a clients house and would call me around 4pm later. I say okay fast-forward two days later no calls or messages. I call the warranty company and the man says that he has been calling me and leaving multiple messages.. umm... no.. MY PHONE IS GLUED TO ME. I received no calls or messages. He then tells her to transfer my call to another company he is too booked. Ive dealt with multiple plumbing businesses and none of them deserve the praise that bobby does. I train horses for a living so when I had a plumbing issue I automatically assumed I would be having to waste an entire day at home waiting for the plumber to arrive. This was not the case!!!
