I initially came here due to the reviews on yelp and google. One shop I was quoted a certain price to re-paint the entire side of my vehicle, remove a dent and I was going to be out of my vehicle for a week. Ok, I was fine with that I guess. I then went to RC, I was greeted respectfully and with a smile. He told me that he could cut and buff, and have his dent guy remove the dent for me. RC was extremely honest with me and said that I don't need to repaint the side of my truck, do all the bondo work and time without my vehicle. If it was his truck he'd want to keep the original paint. I took his word for it because he is the professional in this business, and the price was half what the other body shop quoted me. He did tell me though, I would still see minute blemishes but you have to really look for them and I was good with that. I loved the honesty and not ripping me off. I dropped my truck off in the morning and was given a call about four hours later...truck is done! I really thought I would have at minimum not had my truck for a few days and that is what I was expecting to hear from that phone call. Okay, I'm impressed by the speed! I didn't know if this was good or I'm gonna have a truck that I'm not satisfied with. Let me just say I was absolutely surprised! I guess I had a big smile on my face when I saw my truck and he took it as I'm happy with the work. Great job! On another note, RC went above and beyond for me even when I had no ride to get to his shop. He offered to pick me up because I was close, and he did. Who does that nowadays? It's not often you find a business owner that would do this for his customer. Don't expect that he's going to do that for everyone but, wow, he's got my respect and continued business. Unfortunately for me I was involved in 2 separate accidents in 2 separate cars which neither was caused by me. I took my Avalon the first time to RC and I LOVED the process of how he does his repairs. My Avalon looked BEAUTIFUL when I got her back, the color match was amazing! My Tundra was the next victim of a lousy driver, that accident was a lot worse! I took it to RC because my husband and I knew if anyone can do a great job it would be RC. It didn't look good for my Tundra but after it was repaired by RC, you would never know it was in a bad accident. It looks like a brand new Tundra and it's a 2013! Two Months ago, I came in stressed two weeks before my daughters Quinceanera for repairs after hitting a road hazard. UPDATE!!! My review has changed so I went to this shop after getting multiple quotes from caliber collision. I explained to the owner what I wanted and he gave me a price which was around half of what caliber would have charge to fix my bumper. At first when I picked up my vehicle I was super exciting and happy with the way my bumper looked. After returning home and examining the bumper I saw minor issues with it. And then after that I needed to check something under my hood and saw that there was no fender liner at the time I did not know what this was called. I also noticed spacing on the sides of the bumper that I could push in after a drive. I sent the owner photos of this and he replied just come in. After taking the vehicle back for the owner to look at he stated this is normal I also asked him about the clips on my bumper and explained to him I would want the fender liner and would have like for him to have installed one when he replaced my bumper. He then stated to me that the crucial side to have the bumper on was the passenger side. I began to research this to get the facts. Fender liners are necessary on both side of the car and are a crucial component to the vehicle. So overall I feel the bumper is decent but for 1,500 dollars I'm disappointed that I feel he did not complete the work to best of his ability I should have to discover that's missing and then fact check. As a women I know sometimes mechanics or repair people will try pulling a fast one. In the future I will be going through my insurance and or ask lots more questions and get a proper quote. read more

When the right front bumper on my Kia Sedona was hit I went to several places for an estimate. They were all out of my price range. Then I found RC on Yelp and what drew me to the shop was the fact that they had so many satisfied customers. I called RC Auto Concept and I found the best estimate around. They agreed to do the repair which included having to remove the bumper, replace it with a new bumper, custom color-match the paint, and paint the new bumper. I called RC over the phone and he told me to bring it in the same day in order to take a look at the damage and get a more detailed estimate. A few days later I had the work done. The work was completed as he'd promised in just a couple of days. He and his team are fantastic and very friendly. They really offer you one on one attention and make sure that the job is done with the highest quality and to your expectations. It is their personal attention to detail that I really appreciated. But most importantly, they listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. That made me feel very confident that they know what they are doing. I appreciate RC and his team so much. I brought my car to Ramon for a body work and i cant thank him enough for the wonderful job he did. There was a 2-3inch hole on the rear bumper and after 3 days it was already done considering it was a fathers day weekend. He went above and beyond because I noticed the windshield and doors were cleaned which were a little dusty when I first brought it to him. He even gave me a little bit of touch up paint for my car. If you happen to find this review, don't pass it up. RC is the most honest mechanic you will ever find. His pricing is beyond fair. Everything will be fully diagnosed and I honestly don't even think he marks up parts and charges half of what labor should be. I was in an accident and didn't have the ability to tow my car to a body shop and repair shop. Luckily he does both auto body and repair, even works on Mercedes Benz. My first experience here was to get my check engine light, and he said " come by when you're off of work and I'll help you out " without a doubt he delivered the service.
