When the owner came out and looked at the damage of my car and the insurance estimate, he immediately said that the insurance company made a few errors and that it will actually cost more. Since he had various customers that used the same insurance company, he developed a relationship with them. As a result, I didn't even have to contact the insurance company. He called them up and they made the adjustment of the estimate right away. They had my car fixed within the time frame they promised. The service was great, but I hope to never have to use them again.

She asked if I had any questions and was helpful with her responses. She promised a quote within 2 days. I received the quote via email the same day. I have been going to Alpha Automotive with my vehicles for the past 3 yrs. A couple of weeks ago…read moremy 2008 Ford Expedition stopped suddenly in Atlanta. After getting towed home on a Sunday, I called and left a message for Alpha Automotive about my situation. The next morning Shannon from Alpha Automotive called me. My Expedition was picked up by a tow truck noon that day. After diagnosing the problem, it was fixed by Wednesday morning. I picked it up that afternoon. I drove the vehicle a few hours to get some errands done and it was stalling (misding) a little. Thursday morning I took it back to Alpha, they put it on the diagnostic machine, in an hour they had fixed my vehicle, and I was back on my way. Kevin and his team didn't hesitate to make sure my vehicle was 100% fixed. I will continue to have Kevin and his team at Alpha Automotive to service my vehicles. Thank you Alpha Automotive!

I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
