I also needed some help getting a new wind stop/chain installed on a swinging screen door in the basement. They were the only service I reached out to who asked for specific details about the jobs before providing a quote, which is a great way to do business. They also provided a real time of expected arrival instead of something like a four-hour window taking up your entire day. The Bridge City Team provided the required documentation for HOA and helped us get through the approval process within 24 hours (after I sent the request for HOA approval to the wrong email and wasted over a week and a half). My deck seems to be more substantial, stronger and better looking than those in surrounding townhomes. The Bridge City Team even helped us regrade the back yard, which had been a stony mess as with many new construction builds. For phase II of the build, the Bridge City Team will be building a stamped concrete patio walkout under the deck, retaining wall planters at the side of the townhome as well as a gabled roof above the deck.
