Heidi helped me out over the phone while I was in Oregon, US, and needed to have cupcakes sent for my in-law's Birthday, and to say the least, I'm impressed. I really liked their huge variety of cupcakes, assorted cupcakes purchase option, and their gourmet style. My only concern was that the delivery fee was a bit high but given that they offered same-day delivery and perfected the wrapping and execution, I am totally content! If I were to make any suggestions then I'd say 1) please keep all the variety available that you show on your website and 2) please also keep some cakes ready-made. Rest was all great. Thanks to the other Yelpers for this find! I just moved in a few minutes away from this place and I knew this would be a homerun with my girlfriend. And it was. We ordered the carrot cake and the red velvet cupcakes. Both were superb! VERY soft textured cake with a creamy frosting on top - too good. They're stored behind a glass counter and kept unrefrigerated. It's impressive that they're kept unrefrigerated since it hints at this establishment keeping their cupcakes fresh instead of preserved. At $3 a pop, I'd say it's a win. They also have a chocolatier shop in another room of this shop - meaning, this is a dangerous place to go when your wallet is full and you're hungry. read more

Phenomenal! This place is rather expensive ($3/ea or 12 for about $30) so I only pick some up once or twice per year. That being said, it is worth every single cent. Going on a first date? I called immediately upon noticing the error, pointed out what the error exactly was, and asked for a return call to see how we might address this. It was a message on their voice mail. I called again two hours later, asking to be contacted so that we might move forward to resolution. No response. A third call. No response. An e-mail. No response. I love to decorate cakes and cupcakes and I'm always inspired by my local bake shops! I was on Yelp and came across Razzle Dazzle Cupcakes and was enlightened that it was two blocks away from my work and I just had to try a cupcake! I was blown away by the elegant choice of style and decor. The lady that served me was very friendly. My cupcake was DELICIOUS, moist and had just the right amount of sweetness! Thank you! The service is very unprofessional. She was rude and started yelling when she delivered the cupcakes to my building. Created a hostile environment that made me and my coworkers uncomfortable. I spent over $100 on cupcakes and she delivered the wrong flavours. I will be finding a new bakery that values its customers. Time and time again Razzle Dazzle has been good to me. The employees are wonderful - kind, patient and helpful. I always make a point of ordering cupcakes for my kids birthdays and I happened to try somewhere else recently (more convenient location for me) and I was appalled by their horrible customer service. I used this place for my wedding. The consultation was great, got to try plenty of samples and they were well organized and reliable. They rent various things for a very competitive fee (I.e. cupcake towers, toppers etc...) I would definitely recommend it as all my guests fully enjoyed the treat! read more
