Normally, this isn't a problem, but when you're trying to have a cool treat, this is problemsome due to the fact that these cool treats can melt quick. That is the main reason for deducting one star. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is honestly nothing special, it gets the job done and that's pretty much it. Good place to go for sure if you want shaved ice or the equivalent dessert, but definitely not the best I've ever had either.

I personally love cookies and particularly ones that are baked fresh and have a crispy outside and soft gooey inside. This place satisfied my craving. The cookies here are delicious enough to rival places like crumble cookie. I was happy with the sizes of the cookies but they definitely aren't something cheap, however if you love great tasting, well crafted cookies then this is the place to go. Heidi helped me out over the phone while I was in Oregon, US, and needed to have cupcakes sent for my in-law's Birthday, and to say the least, I'm impressed. I really liked their huge variety of cupcakes, assorted cupcakes purchase option, and their gourmet style. My only concern was that the delivery fee was a bit high but given that they offered same-day delivery and perfected the wrapping and execution, I am totally content! If I were to make any suggestions then I'd say 1) please keep all the variety available that you show on your website and 2) please also keep some cakes ready-made. Rest was all great.
