Discovered Scotion Isle Baked Goods and communicated with a gentleman named Joe there. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and gave me the time to try and work out pickup . Made arrangements with my son and daughter in law for pickup for before Christmas as I do not live in London. From start to finish the whole experience went so smoothly and the final result is that when my husband tried one of the 6 pies I ordered he was thrilled. I can't thank the owners of this bakery enough and will gladly tout their expertise and quality to all that I know. I also can't say thank you enough ! It is not often these days to find a company so accomodating as Scotian Isle Baked Goods! I will definitel be a return customer !

Upon first glance, this place seems like a simple little bakery, nothing too special. However, they do have something pretty cool cooking up in store! Have you tried a bagel bomb!? No? Well it's essentially bagel dough wrapped around awesome filing to make a little ball of goodness! My friend and I both purchased a pizza bagel bomb. The girl at the counter was happy to explain all the different varieties but we couldnt resist the cheese, sauce, and meat that was waiting inside this thing. She heat it up for a little bit and also prepared us some wonderful Angry Alpaca tea (if you haven't tried this stuff yet, do yourself a favour and get some. It's local tea and it tastes AMAZING!). I loved the flavour of the pizza bagel bomb. They put some nice spices on top and the fillings weren't your typical mozzarella and pepperoni. I believe capicola and provolone as well? It was the perfect little pick me up since we didnt want a big lunch. The bakery was consistently busy! There was always someone at the counter but the service is quick. I believe La Noisette supplies bagel bombs to a few spots in London. I'll be happy to recommend them to anyone! I want to try the Nutella one next!

Which I then promptly forget until the next time I am nearby. I have never not been impressed. The coffee, locally roasted is absoutley fantastic and only pales if you dare compare it to the freshly made baked goods: cookies, cupcakes, muffins, cakes pies ... the list goes on. They all look and taste amazing! They also have breakfast, sandwiches, soups and all kinds of entrées. While it is often overlooked from the outside it is cozy and wonderful once you enter. A lending library, board games and locally made products like coffee and honey await you inside. I'm actually leaving myself another mental note to return shortly - let's see if this one sticks.

The Taro bowl had great toppings but not enough base to get through all of them. The yogurt drinks could be a bit thicker but we're still very flavourful! One tip is that they open at 3:30 but bread doesn't come out till 5:30 so if you're looking for that come back later

Our order was freshly made, deep fried and delicious. They were out of fruit which made me sad, but they succeeded at satisfying my craving. I recommend you try anything, it's pretty straightforward. The worker was really cute and friendly. Donut miss this chance and grab your stretchy pants to fulfill that sweet tooth.

I walked by several times as I would enter the market through the door right by the shop. I read the price incorrect as she asked me for more than $5 when I went to pay. I got a black currant macaron for me and red velvet for my husband but I didn't eat it right away and waited until I got back to the hotel. I think my eyes were deceived by all the lovely colours as I'm not a big fan of macarons and thought mine tasted just ok. I wouldn't get another in future and look at the other sweet treats available!
