TV Screen was shattered before the movers even loaded into the truck.

My review is an echo of other bad reviews below. The bottom line is I could and never would recommend this company for moving. I will start by saying that I have moved our entire home's contents 3 times in 5 years in Fayetteville, AR. The first two times I used another moving company and it was a wonderful experience, although expensive. That company was booked solid for the weekends we were able to move so I took a chance on Razorback Moving. It was a huge mistake!! The day started by the movers being several hours late. They were supposed to be there at 9 am and showed up after 1. They were at another move and were running late. They showed up sweaty and tired (it was the middle of July and 100 degrees) after moving someone else out of an apartment on the third floor. During the initial walk through, one of the movers took our 50 inch tv off the stand and set it upright on the bed. I thought it was strange, but hes the pro, right? We walked out of the room and the tv flipped of the bed and shattered the screen! They had not even begun moving and had been at the house for less than 10 minutes! I had communicated that I wanted them to dissassemble beds and a few other pieces of furniture. The tool set that the guys showed up with was not at all what was needed to do this nor did they know how to with the proper tools that I offered. I had to call my husband home from work to take the items apart. This made the move take longer and was obviously very inconvienent. We moved less than one mile into another home. The moving truck didnt even have to get onto a main road. More items were broken or damaged just getting the items onto/off of the truck including my refridgerator, Washing machine, 2 dressers and more. I took pictures of all damaged items and showed all items to movers before they left. They were appologetic and instructed me that I needed to pay in full and submit my claim online to be reimbursed for damages. The ONLY positive to the experience was the movers were very polite hardworking young men. It was hot as heck outside and I know they were exhausted from already moving someone before they got to my move. It took them 8 hours to move us 1 mile down the road. We tried our best to encourage them, keep them hydrated, fed them dinner and tipped. The issue here lies with management. These gentleman, while respectful and hardworking, did not have proper training to move our items properly. They also should not have scheduled to do 2 huge moves in 1 day in the heat of the summer. The most frustrating part of all is Dave the owner/manager will absolutely not respond and is untruthful. I called him the week after our move and he assured me that he would take care of me and instructed me to follow the claim procedure on the website. I have followed the procedure of submitting a claim with pictures, waited the 90 days etc etc with basically zero response. I have left countless phone messages and emails. I randomly got a response from him recently (5 months post move) that because I did not select addtional coverage there was nothing he could do for me. Unfortunately for him Ive got a lot of time on my hands and plan to not give up so easy. Do not use this company. I did not save any money after the damages we incurred and the babysitter that I paid for 13 hours when they showed up 4 hours late and didnt finish until 10 pm. Two Men and A Truck did similar moves for me twice before this and didnt break or damage a single item.

Damaged door owner refuses to fix.

Good luck! Owner will leave harassing voicemails, block you and delete your google reviews instead of having an adult conversation to resolve issues with his staff. Proceed in booking at your own risk.

They do not reimburse for damages!! I've used them twice, the first time we had them just put our household contents into a storage pod while our new home was being remodeled, overall they did a good job and the price was good, I would have recommended them to most anyone. We decided to purchase a home just up the road, we were going to do a bunch of the moving ourselves since it was so close but wanted to use them again for the larger, more expensive items like our two dining room tables, china hutch, large flat screen tv's, dressers, and so on. Here is where things went south quickly...they don't tell you about their insurance, it's the government mandated by the pound (I won't go into it but so many cents a pound), so for a flat panel tv, if its damaged you get like $30.00 on a $700 tv, if they offer a more comprehensive insurance they don't tell you about it. Had I known about this by the pound plan I would have sought moving insurance. My only other experience moving was with cross country companies and they offer very comprehensive plans. Nevertheless, they (and we) had a very bad day moving this particular Saturday, they scratched several pieces of very nice furniture that cannot just be buffed out, they broke the screen of a 65" flat panel TV that was almost new, and the list goes on. I had the person in charge, though no one was really in charge, note on the invoice some of the damages, but he said to go on their website and fill out a form...I went to the website, no form, just a contact us, I called and that is what I was supposed to use, just take pictures of the damage and send it in, they will take care of it from there. Once I submitted my "claim" there was no response, I started the hound them, they came back and said it can take up to 90 days for their insurance to process it. As of writing this it's been well over 90 days and I'm still pressing them to take action. For all the damage to our furniture we will maybe get a couple hundred, if that. My wife's friend has a son that worked there and was told that actually the money doesn't come from insurance, it comes out of the movers paychecks. I'm not sure if this is true but this could have been avoided had I been aware of the lack of insurance coverage. If your moving an apartment or small amount of household goods, little or no insurance might be fine, but if your moving your entire household and have quality stuff ask detailed questions, don't be like me and get duped. I'm going to get little if any reimbursement and will be left with scratched furniture that was like new before they came along. Shop around, if you have to pay a little more for better its worth it. And remember to research insurance, if they talk to you about it they will go over it so fast your head will spin and it won't make sense. They will wait until everyone is there, ready to start moving, now your back is against the wall. PLAN AHEAD. If you use them, don't let them hold out for 90 + days to get you your money back for the damages like they have for me. This is not good business!!! UPDATE!!!!::: Unfortunately, as a result of writing a bad, but true review, I've been told by them they will make me wait even longer for reimbursement. I'm not sure how long they think I should wait. Ruthless!!!!

Packing and Moving A Nightmare ! A local move to a smaller home , 8 miles , or approximately 15 min drive total distance between homes . #1. Packing scheduled day before move to begin at 0900. Packers showed up at 10:30 . Packed until 1:30. Stated they didn't bring enough boxes and would finish would finish the packing on moving day . I requested they go back to the office and get more boxes and finish packing , was informed at this time there was "no office ". The driver left a list of the specific box # needs that he assessed was needed to complete the packing of my home for the following day for driver who would be completing the packing on the following day . #2. Move day. Not here at 9:00 as agreed . Closer to an hour or more late . Did not bring boxes , did not bring anyone to pack as agreed . Formal living room group , cream colored fabric , not wrapped , movers carrying furniture , including lamps , with lamp shades and light bulbs still on lamp . This observation alarmed me and I walked out to truck and stated " this furniture has to be wrapped , you cannot load these lamps , they have to be packed . The lamps were removed and placed in the utility room of the house to be packed later . None of the furniture was shrink wrapped but instead some were covered with dirty moving pads . After loading the truck , the driver then drove the fully loaded truck across my beautifully landscaped front yard / irrigation system instead of taking a moment to accomplish an appropriate turn around in my driveway as others have effortlessly accomplished over the past 7 years ,including but not limited to fed ex, UPS, and multiple service providers . This Action was not logical and greatly alarmed me. I spoke to the driver about it later. During the moving of the first load my cream colored couch and love seat were both soiled in multiple areas from being dragged across the floor of the moving truck , unwrapped . A mirror frame was broken , broken lamp shade, broken lamp , damage to drawers of an armoire and a desk that were not wrapped so of course doors and drawers swung open, unprotected during the move along with a dented bottom drawer to my stainless steel fridge . The first load was unloaded with great difficulty . Two of the workers were diligent workers , in good physical condition making the best of their time . The other two were slower and did not coordinate as team members to be efficient with their time causing the unloading process to fall more on two members instead of four. There was a great level of difficulty and delay to get the armoire into the house until another person from a different crew stopped by and accomplished moving the piece rather quickly . It was at this time the driver notified me that they would only be able to get a second load , not a third one for the day . I immediately called the main number at Razorback Moving x3 . The first time I request packers and exhorted the listener ( assume it was Dave ) to send more crew if necessary , that we needed to complete the move . The second time I called I didn't get the answering machine , the third time it rang a couple of times and was disconnected , perhaps I had been blocked . I had to work the next day . I made arrangements to pay one of my adult children to take off work and let the movers onto the property at both the old and the new properties. The disorganization , unprofessional conduct , sloppiness and disregard for personal property makes me wander how they stay in business . I wanted to support our local economy by using someone local . I would not recommend using this Company , there is no accountability on any level and the manager would not answer or return my phone calls when problems arose .

Deeply regret hiring this company. They had us sign a contract the day of, and did not explain that the insurance they carry pays per pound and was not enough to cover our refrigerator, which was badly dented in several places. The owner Dave assured us he would pay for the damaged doorframe, which he never did. Very disappointed in the lack of integrity. but you will pay the premium and it's Our refrigerator is so badly ruined. The owner Dave ghosted us for weeks after we filed the claim and then said our contract didn't supply adequate coverage.

Our brand new chairs and a couple other of their victims' posts.

It doesn't get more unprofessional than Razorback Movers. Damaged furniture, unresponsive to any attempts to have the issue resolved, and a hidden BS policy that has them *think* they don't have to cover damages, or only pay cents on the dollar. That must be why they damage people's stuff so often. Because they know they don't have to do much, or anything, about it. Do yourself a favor, scroll down, read several similar bad reviews, then call Little Guys Movers! They are amazing! Razorback movers are a bunch of bozos.

Within a few months, 2 rate increases happened taking the 10x15 unit to a monthly fee of $168. After showing Patty the current Web Price of $109, her suggestion was to move to another unit to get the lower price! After much consideration, a friend and I decided to get a larger unit and split the cost to save money. We were told that units further down the row, meaning not the ones closest to main entry road, were the best price. We were able to rent a 12x35 unit for $209 on the very back row with field at the back. We were surprised to find that the electrical outlet and outside lights did not work. A few weeks ago we discovered mice (no food in our unit). We inquired about the lights, electrical and mice, and were told that renters abused the electric, so it was turned off, and they would look at the lights. There are evidently some mouse traps, but we have not seen any on our row or in the field. Still no lights or electric in our row and more mice in our unit. In addition, November 1 brought a rate increase, just 4 months after our lease. Our monthly fee has jumped to $258 monthly. And the current Web price is $209! The best rating I can give is 1 star due to poor customer service , 3 rate increases and a unit move just to get the same unit price as a new customer.

On Saturday, my husband and I went to the unit and as soon as we pushed up the door, the latch fell off. This meant there was no way to secure the unit and our belongings inside. Since the website said there was onsite support on Saturday, I walked to the front office. The woman living there (not an employee) said she couldn't help but I could "call Donald in Bentonville." Unfortunately she did not know what number Donald could be reached at. I called the "support" number I was given, which was an answering service that never answered, not even to let me leave a voicemail. Since my paperwork said I could also text this number, I did, and no response. Since our belongings could not be locked up, my husband did a temp fix to make the latch and lock appear to be all right. We spent the rest of our Saturday securing another unit at a different company and moving all over our property to the new location. While we were doing all this extra work, I sent an email to the "support" address. I didn't expect a response, and naturally, didn't get one. When my husband and I went in Monday morning to cancel the rental, Donald was in the office. He said he had read my email, but since I had said in the email that I wanted to cancel, he didn't bother responding and "thought I'd just wait until you showed up." (Apparently he didn't think it was worth it to try to save a customer by responding immediately.) Donald apologized, but took no personal responsibility and instead blamed the owners, complained that they don't listen to him, and brushed off my husband's suggestions (a contractor with 50 years of construction expertise) on how to make sure a latch stays attached to a door that is constantly being opened and shut. Once we had our cancellation confirmation, Donald offered us another unit at one of the other facilities he manages. I couldn't believe the gall he had to think that we would want to keep doing business with this company, but I was also frustrated that he didn't mention this until after everything was over. Had he offered us a unit at the other location (which was actually closer to where we are moving) when I sent him the email on Saturday, I might have been tempted to remain a paying client because he cared enough to try to save the sale. I'd also like to mention the mess that has collected around the units toward the back of the facility. We had to sweep away small limbs, rocks and pick up trash that was scattered all over the drive-up area when we originally moved in. In all, the absolute worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a storage facility. Update: Four hours after I posted this review, I received a call from someone who said he was an employee of Snapbox who said "I see you called us on Saturday," and then just waited for me to explain myself. I told him I had already cancelled the rental and hung up.

I got hired thinking I was going to make what was advertised on the job post only to get my check to see I was making 2$ less than what was advertised and 3$ less than the other employees that work there...and got fired shortly after I brought it to their intention. You are basically the "errand boy" for this company and if you are a female, it's even worse, so disrespectful. I was left alone on my 3rd day of work and had no idea what to do, no passwords to anything, and absolutely NO TRAINING. I got talked to like I was an animal and the lack of general communication is pathetic. The owner/managers etc of the company are all very poor in their ability to speak english or much less effective at problem solving and being kind and by this I mean they are rude to customers and think they are always right AND WILL hang up the phone if they disagree with you/will make you feel like you are nothing. Oh! AND sometimes if they recognize the number they just don't answer, period! They treat females like their personal property and are SO DISRESPECTFUL. IT'S DISGUSTING. By day 3 of working, I was left BY MYSELF WHERE I KNEW NOTHING AND I was calling to make personal appointments to get the boss's Volvo windshield fixed/grooming appts for the office dog etc. I was taking the dog for walks and picking up his "mess" I got yelled at and talked to like I was a complete idiot. I left a broom out after cleaning one day to which the manager said "put that up now" while he was doing nothing, texting on his phone. (I was literally on my way to put it in the closet) They make sure to speak in another language so you can't understand them but I had google translate on and they were speaking very poorly about me and I'll leave it at that. Do not recommend- working for or buying from. They go on other websites and use their pricing ideas and advertising ideas and will price gouge you. Like say you'll pay for 6 months and get 6 months free but that's really a big fat lie. They make it seem like you're getting free rent with the promotions, but you're not. Trust me. you're paying every bit of that. Not worth it. Period. I have worked in healthcare for 13 years and took a break to try something different and make money while being a mother but bad mistake. Took a 4$ pay cut because they seemed genuine and hired immediately. Save your time. Their reason for firing me after working for them for a little over a week was "you just don't have the criteria for what we need" .... After working... for over a week. That should've been disclosed upon hire. And stop lying to people about how much you pay and how you actually make- BHdistro/storage world. You wonder why you're barely staying afloat. Ps. It's been like 3 days now. They've still not given me a reason as to why I was fired. Safe to say it's because I brought up the pay/lack there of. Tsk tsk tsk
