Now, I cannot get ANYONE regionally or locally to speak with me about it. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE - there's a great storage unit in Centerton (SUPERIOR STORAGE) or one further up Regional Airport RD. The one in Centerton has a full time employee to help. If you rent from this location, be prepared for no support if you're ever locked out or need to speak with someone regarding billing. If you're reading this, and you've had the same issues, please comment. I'm trying to round up all the past people that have had this business try to scam them out of $$$.

Been renting a unit since 2012, paid up through 12/31/15. StorMart has changed ownership twice in…read morethe past three years. I live in Florida. Sent my agent (son) to get some of my things. They wouldn't let him in or tell me my password for the gate. Mgmt is off site and the cust service number is merely an answering service. The onsite man refused to involve mgmt, cust service refused to involve mgmt. I was told that even though I was renting a unit, StorMart was private property and access by my agent regardless of his credentials can and would be denied. Finally able to find my password and my son removed some of my items. He went back two days later to find that my unit had been cleared out and swept clean completely and my things taken without my knowledge or consent. Again, I was paid up through the end of the year. I feel this is unethical if not criminal.

She was real patient and accommodating with me that day. Value, quality, and service was outstanding. She was more helpful than the staff @ the other storage unit I have. The initial consultation was thorough, and the quote was based on that, but they also gave me tips on how to reduce my bill by proactively disassembling, packing and staging what I could. The team that arrived was outstanding - polite, positive, funny, and worked with precision, care and diligence. They got me moved under budget, under the allotted time, hooked up the fridge waterline, hooked up the washer and dryer, took doors off to get furniture in and out that was almost too big. There was a thoughtfulness and sense of care that I was surprised by, from how things were packed and handled, to how things were placed and staged, to how things were moved and secured. They worked together like a synchronized team, made it look easy, and even kept it light hearted and upbeat. I highly recommend using this company next time you move.

The crew worked nonstop and were kind to boot. We sincerely enjoyed each of them. They moved enormously heavy items and never complained. We chose to have them pack, load, and unload. And am still trying to find items, like my Black and Decker tool kit (drill, etc) missing, my coxial cables were all taken out of the bag I had them stored in. They didn't load boxes even though they were told time and time again, purposely left a lot behind, they did load an empty box and bring it. I had to hire a trailer and additional help to move all of my boxes, broken table that was hidden, etc. to my new home. These men were recommended by Johnson Hardware, U-Haul. I was assured they would never be recommended again. A move is hard enough without dishonest men taking advantage of you as a single, senior woman on her own. My friend, in the kitchen, had to keep telling they had quit working after moving one piece of furniture. Little Guys has been recommended several times to me since this nightmare of a move. Only one move worse, as I was moving from the home I shared with my late husband, one of the movers asked to use the bathroom, I said "Yes" of course. He rummaged through the medicine cabinet until he found my Levian chocolate diamond rings hidden behind items and stole both of them. Sadly, that was my costliest move. This one was horrible also.

After the…read moremove, they discovered the foot pieces to our bed were missing, my husband had to go buy replacements so we could sleep on our bed. My underwear drawer had been gone through, numerous personal belongings were left behind, and the paint in our home had been scratched and chipped during the move in by Isaac and the other mover. Our bedroom closet still contained personal belongings, kitchen cabinets and drawers were still full of items. No one ever went back to finish packing or retrieve the belongings that were left behind. What was even more frustrating was being told that the situation was our responsibility, despite the fact that we hired Winter Moving to handle the move and trusted them to properly pack, transport, and deliver our belongings. We followed their process and completed the required paperwork, but when items were left behind, we felt like the responsibility was placed back on us instead of the company taking accountability for what happened.To make matters worse, the company had us spend time filling out paperwork documenting everything that was missing and left behind and estimating the value of the belongings. After all of that, they credited only $150, which didn't come close to covering the losses or the damage. It felt like a complete waste of time. Speaking with management did very little and even escalating our concerns to higher-level staff and still nothing meaningful was done. Instead of taking accountability and working toward a fair resolution, they defended Isaac rather than addressing the problems we experienced. We expected professionalism, care, and accountability, but instead were left with unresolved concerns. These concerns remain unresolved and continue to affect us today because some of our belongings are still missing, and we have had to deal with the inconvenience and stress of replacing items that should have never been lost or left behind. One of the most upsetting parts of this experience was discovering that my underwear drawer had been gone through. That is an incredibly personal space, and it left me feeling violated and gross. We trusted this company and its employees in our home, and finding my personal belongings disturbed made me extremely uncomfortable and caused me a great deal of emotional stress. To make matters even worse, I am pregnant, and the added stress of dealing with missing belongings, damage to our home, and feeling like our concerns were dismissed are overwhelming. Instead of being able to focus on settling into our new home and my pregnancy, we were left spending time documenting losses, making phone calls, and trying to get the company to take responsibility. No customer should have to go through an experience like this or left feeling this way. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Winter Moving. And if you do decide to, WATCH THEM! Triple check their work, and do not trust them. The experience with this company was completely unacceptable.
