I have been vacated since 16 May 2025 with a required 10 day notice as well as telephone call communication to ensure my termination of occupancy. I recently received a bill for $175.00 for rent. Now, I cannot get ANYONE regionally or locally to speak with me about it. PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE - there's a great storage unit in Centerton (SUPERIOR STORAGE) or one further up Regional Airport RD. The one in Centerton has a full time employee to help. If you rent from this location, be prepared for no support if you're ever locked out or need to speak with someone regarding billing. If you're reading this, and you've had the same issues, please comment. I'm trying to round up all the past people that have had this business try to scam them out of $$$. read more

This facility is conveniently located off Regional Airport BLVD in Bentonville. Private ownership-not a chain location. It offers completely climate controlled storage with easy access entrances. Multiple sizes to accommodate small to large Spaces.They offer packing and storage supplies including locks, boxes, paper, plastic wraps, covers for furniture to name a few. Jackie-front office manager is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rental is month to month with easy auto pay, reasonable hours to access storage and the office is on site with electronic security throughout. Support local! Give them a try. read more

I Visited the New Strong Point Self Storage facility and i was blown away by how nice the employees were. I don't exactly move until next month but i'll definitely be back to Strong Point. read more

This place could be so great if they would solve their technology issues and stop springing fees on tenants. I have been having trouble getting in using my code for a few months and Jackie said this is a "known issue" and that it's been "happening to a lot of people". See other review platforms for other comments regarding this. As a company, if you are going to guarantee access to tenants then fix whatever is causing this glitch. It's extremely inconvenient to get locked out so often! Unfortunately, the surprise "one time fee" that I was never told about and mentioned in my previous review was not the only surprise fee I encountered here. Jackie did her best to work with management to not have my monthly rate increased by so much but ultimately management doesn't care enough about their loyal customers to be reasonable. The amount they were trying to raise my rate was ridiculous compared to what other storage facilities are charging. Jackie is wonderful and they are lucky to have her but I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I rented a unit online on a Thursday. The system was quirky and not user-friendly on my phone, but there was no one there during their business hours that day and I needed to get it done. I made it through the process, but when I tried my door code it wouldn't work. I noticed that evening I was charged twice. I waited overnight, since the charges were pending, to see if both would post. They did. On Saturday I called and the gentleman was there. I went to the facility to figure out why my code wouldn't work and what would be done about being charged twice. The man was very helpful, my code is working now. The problem is he got Kerri from corporate on the phone and told her he was looking at my online banking and I was charged twice. She said she would have to get with accounting on Monday and would get back to me. She emailed me Monday and said they only see one charge on their end and I needed to get with my bank and get the proof if I was charged twice. It was an email but read like I was possibly not being truthful. At this point, they still have $73.86 of my money that they shouldn't and I have now had to file a dispute with my bank that will take up to 10 days to resolve. I would use caution before proceeding. I chose them because they are in between the house I'm selling and where I'm moving to. I cannot recommend the facility at this point. I will post any updates. read more
