Their website is also convenient as it allows you to pay easily on-line at either the Fayetteville or Lowell locations. The grounds are well-maintained and there are cameras everywhere. I was moving 2 more things out of my unit 1 day after my payment was due. I called and asked if they would still have to charge me for the entire month and the manager said "no". I appreciate this. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing storage. No wonder they have been voted #1 in NWA!

No! We would never recommend this business to anyone! They are liars and thieves…read more 1. Nobody is ever available onsite, and, on the rare occasion that you can actually speak to a Company representative, they misrepresent everything and will just flat out lie to you about their policies and procedures. 2. They raise their rates without notifying you first. All of the sudden, just out of the blue, your monthly service fee is raised without an email, phone call, NOTHING. 3. If you leave a message requesting a call back; you will never receive a phone call, text; NOTHING. 4. When you finally move your stuff out of your storage unit, they require a 30-day notice. We gave more than a 30-day notice, but they still charged us for another month's rental anyway. We even spoke to a Company representative that told us we were doing everything required and there wouldn't be any problems. If, after reading this, you still decide to rent a storage unit from this Company; never, never, never, ever give them a debit card or pay by automatic withdrawal. Just pay them monthly by a check, or drop off cash and be sure to get a receipt. They are dishonest and they will steal from you. They do not appreciate your business and they do not care about you. ALL they care about is $$$$$MONEY. I sincerely hope this business receives a mega dose of KARMA as soon as possible.

The report of BREAK-IN's and lack of security are OLD and have been VASTLY OVERSTATED, this was a problem in the whole area, not just this facility. If you are in the market for a Climate Controlled Storage unit, a Drive Up unit or a Parking Space in the area, stop in and see for yourself why this would be the right place to store your car, boat or personal belongings. And the best part is that they will not raise your rates after 3 months like the other places. They guarantee rates for a full year on most units. AND if needed, they have 10' x 20' units that have access on each side to pull right thru, or get to your stored items. Very Convenient!!

I was a victim of this horrible travesty and suffered great losses, with over 3 generations of collectibles (both sentimental & much very valuable). I was told by the police after reporting the incident that this break-in ongoing problem has been occurring constantly for some time Now, I am deeply disappointed that this storage facility Did Not contact me to have a Choice to remove my valuables when ownership Knew that this was going on!! This a very problematic way of doing business especially as I have learned it was done from the Inside (as my locks on my unit were still in tact) I have learned that there is a huge open gaps above the walls on both sides of the insides of the unit, also doors are not locked, just to name a few problems this storage facility has not addressed. These are just a few unsecured areas of this very unsafe facility, I do not recommend this storage facility and I am am especially disappointed in the lack of response (None) from Springdale Self Storage, the greed of this way of doing business is incredible. No Security. I also sent correspondence to the absolute management physical office (the management of this springdale facility) and was given no response. I am Not a customer any longer.........
