Four Stars for what I went through! My order for a diagnostic mammogram took weeks to process. Every time I called Solis, they swore they never got the fax from my PCP. My PCP swore Solis was the problem. Pointing fingers at each other caused me to make an in-person visits to both places to finally secured my appointment. Not great customer service. While sitting in the lobby for my appointment, a few patients started chatting -- turns out, they were in the same paperwork purgatory too. Outside the paperwork issues, every person I interacted with -- front desk, techs, and doctor -- was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. The actual care was excellent, even if the road to get there felt like running an obstacle course in flip-flops.

They used to be good. Starting with scheduling, I had to speak with 2 separate individuals. Also, neither were particularly knowledgeable or helpful. The office manager can only repeat what their guidelines are and wouldn't dare lift a finger to actually help. The intake ladies were nice, but like the office manager, only repeated guidelines making it impossible for me to move forward. I know this service is a cash cow and business is clearly very good. I guess that's why decent customer service bypassed. It's also very necessary and. I'll be looking to get it done with a business that actually tries to assist patients.

He was calm, articulate, patient, empathetic to my high state of nervousness, and took time to explain the process to me in detail. He even offered to play music, so I asked to listen to his playlist - and it put me at ease. He slowly numbed the injection site until he could proceed with me being comfortable. I felt a slight pressure - nothing else - no pain at all, it was remarkable. Everyone told me it would be excruciatingly painful. You fill out a questionnaire on an iPad before you go to the small waiting room. The changing rooms are clean and have inspiring messages on the walls. They have small lockers to put your shirt in but no loks so don't leave anything of value in them. Most times your appt time is the actual time you are seen-one time they had a machine malfunction so wait was longer but they did come in an explain the issue which I appreciated. The woman running the machines are friendly and kind. It isn't the most comfortable experience so their attitude helps make it bareable. I got my results in 24 hours.

I've had all my mammograms performed at Solis and have had a good overall experience with them with the exception of one visit. I was very pleased with the person who performed my test, she was gracious, kind and knowledgeable, answered a few questions I had. The check in experience wasn't the best. Instructions advise one to show up 15 mins before apt time, doors opened a bit past apt time and because there was three of us waiting to check in, we were rushed in giving our names, updating profiles and showing ID/ins card. There was no privacy as everyone was addressed by both their first and last names, doctors info, etc. I would definitely return to this location but maybe schedule and apt in the middle of the morning or afternoon.

The billing department is AWFUL! I am and have been fully covered yet they have denied me 8 times…read moresince October. All letters have been filled with lies such as "your insurance has responded on your account", but when I call my insurance, they have not had a claim on me yet! Also, they cite many various insurance companies have been contacted, but again, my insurance has not been contacted! The last denial states "patient cannot be identified" . I called Solis to get this rectified (they took all my info and said they would look into it), but never heard anything back from the solis office side, just rose imaging out of Ohio. Makes me never want to get a mammogram again. Do not go there unless you want billing problems.

Tech's approved working me in and Ellie then checked me in she was very professional and friendly. Jennifer the tech who did my test was also very friendly and professional. They work hard to ease the patients.
