A couple days later I received a phone call from another executive and she sincerely and profusely apologized for my experience. The tech was written up and received some kind of punishment (sorry, I don't remember what, but maybe a temporary suspension). She said the staff handled the situation incorrectly and that another tech should have taken my case when the first tech refused. I think she also said that they reviewed policy with staff as well. That's good to hear because the front desk person was really snippy towards me and acting like I was expecting her to give me her first borne child or something. I was impressed that the exec reached out to me and that the tech was punished for not handling the situation better and that further training happened.

I've reached out multiple times in an attempt to have them correct it but keep getting the runaround. They've performed numerous unnecessary or incorrect labs as well. To make matters worse, even when you get abnormal test results, they don't bother reaching out to explain anything The irony is, when they want to milk you and insurance for $, they'll recommend all types of unnecessary follow ups and procedures/ surgeries for something that should not be a concern. I've yet to actually see my PCP; I've only been able to see the NP. The quality( or lack thereof) of care is appalling. And if that wasn't enough, they never have specialty appointments available. If it wasn't next to impossible to find a decent doctor taking new patients, I'd never return to this disaster of a place.

Previously recommended by my doctor, after refusing mammograms for 10 years, due to being left hanging for weeks on stressful "We found something we want a closer look at." The long drive, standing at check-in, "And they'll complete it all today?", ... "No, you'll need another appointment if they want a closer look at anything." It's a good thing I verified "all in one day", else ... oh wait, never mind. Never again.

I went because it is located very close to my house, but that convenience was not worth it. They always made me wait a long time - even when I had appointments on days that should have been light, such as New Year's Eve. It's better to travel further for a place that is more efficiently run and keeps the appointment times that they give you. My negative experiences include: 1. A rude tone on the phone. Nobody enjoys this process and the people who answer the phone could at least take a professional tone if being nice is too much to ask. 2. Scheduling problems - I canceled an appointment when I transferred my care to another facility. The person who said she would take care of the cancelation never entered it in the system. I got automated reminder calls and a missed appointment message. The administration of this place is rock bottom and they will turn around and blame you for their incompetence with a "Did not keep appointment" mark against you. 3. I also had a less than ideal false positive experience here. I didn't get the sense that there was any incompetence on the part of the technicians or doctors but the interactions were impersonal and the explanations were not very thorough or satisfying. 4. The long wait times in a depressing environment. It does have a shabby feel and I waited forever with no updates. I politely checked that there wasn't an oversight and they hadn't forgotten about me. They didn't like that and there weren't any apologies for the wait - I think this is just how they normally run the place.

I explained my situation to the "head office person" as she called herself and I told her I wanted to wait until my new insurance kicked in because the extra stuff would go towards my deductible and I would have to pay out of pocket(couldn't afford it) After that, I proceeded to get three calls and a certified letter(HARASSMENT?) to have the extra stuff done. Went last week to get images put on a disk and yet again the receptionist was rude. The kicker is I took my images somewhere else (A place where I had gone to for 6 years) AND I DID NOT NEED THE DAIGNOSTIC IMAGES OR ULTRASOUND TO BEGIN WITH!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Oh by the way, the only reason I did not go to my regular mammogram center is because of an insurance change.

Whilst in my x ray, the x ray technician had me look at the images and told me I had a fractured rib, I go in the office and she tells me it's nothing and gave me ibuprofen. It is extremely concerning that a medical professional could not distinguish between a simple stomachache and the presentation of a kidney stone. On top of that, she told me she would prescribe medication for my nausea, yet no prescription was ever submitted, and there is no mention of it anywhere in my discharge paperwork. This level of oversight and dismissiveness is completely unacceptable. Side note: I've never posted a review in my life, but for this place, I genuinely feel compelled to.
