I trusted Dr. Lobo to repair my broken heel after she assured me I would regain about 90% of my…read morefoot function and return to a normal life. The reality was devastating. After surgery, my foot was left crooked and I developed a large open wound that was never explained to me. She put a cast over it without telling me anything. When I returned to have the cast changed and finally saw the wound, I almost fainted. No one had warned me about it, and at one point it was close to becoming necrotic. I had to stay in bed for two months because of severe swelling and fluid. Instead of receiving support, I was treated as if I was being dramatic while I was clearly in extreme pain and dealing with serious complications. I later learned that a screw had been placed directly through the middle of my joint, and I ultimately needed another surgery to try to correct the damage. To this day I am still suffering the consequences. I have difficulty walking and constant pain that now affects my legs and back. This surgery took away the active life I once had. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Dr. Lobo at all.

I was frustrated because my appointment was confirmed, and I wasn't contacted of any issues- but I decided to wait in the parking lot since I was already out and wanted to get this completed. Scheduled a 2nd appointment for 2:30 pm. Time came and went. 3pm and still nobody showed up to open the door to provide service. The phone was also off the hook. Don't waste your time like I did.

But it was a bit disappointing that our ultrasound prints had a few errors. If I had realized that what we saw on the TV screen was going to be what was printed on our images, I would have spoken up. My last name was misspelled, and the tech had selected "third" trimester when I'm very much in my first. These errors were printed on our images, and while otherwise it was a good experience, I feel I can't really share the pictures from my very first ultrasound. I provided this feedback as well through their website contact form and no one reached out.

When i arrived, i was told to wait in the lobby. then the receptionist came out and told me my insurance company will not take care of the procedure. hard to believe someone could not have let me know prior to driving 30 minute for the appt.
