I had scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm so I could go after work and not have to take a vacation day. Happy me... I get a text the day before to confirm my 3:10pm appointment. What? I called to see what the deal was. Found out that my appointment was for 3:30pm but I was required to check in by 3:10pm. Told her I could most likely be there by 3:20pm, which wasn't good enough. Asked to reschedule, but apparently that is the latest appointment of the day. Would have been nice to be told that at the time the appointment was made. could give fewer stars I would!! These people are SOOOOOOO unprofessional. I arrived about 10-12 mins early for a 5:30 appt, and the receptionist women had just received their door dash dinner order, so, as I sat and waited (till 5:42 btw), they proceeded, right there at the front desk, to dig into their meals. Once I was FINALLY called back, they insisted they preform an xray on the complete OPPOSITE end of my body where the MRI needs to be, for a condition involving fragments of NON METAL but they wouldn't believe me that I know what I'm talking about. Then, after that, they wanted to Cat Scan the area...all before the scheduled MRI. Like. No. So I gathered my things and I left without a word because I'm no bodies dollar sign. I'll live with my arthritis pain if I would have to encounter people and places like this again for treatment. Never again. Less than 1 star, for sure. read more

Very nice service, plenty of convenient parking. Right away they let everyone know right away they were running behind. So they switched my appointments and allowed me to get my Mammogram first to avoid the wait. Very nice helpful people they helped make the MRI a little more bearable. read more

Fast service! Not sure why it is so expensive to get iodine added to same scan I had a few weeks ago for less than $100. I give it three stars because my relative told me she received paperwork after her CTA scan advising her to drink lots of water to flush out dangerous iodine. I did not receive any info. Not trying to add to my health woes. But thankful we can see what is going on. read more

I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about (Michelle F) but Hannah has always been nothing but helpful and professional. I have had 5 MRI's done here over the course of 3 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. All forms were easy to fill out and you can even do most online BEFORE you arrive to save on check in. These people know what they are doing and are very good at it. I'm a bigger person (6'5, 250 lbs) and have had no issues with using them. I know that a lot of the Colts and Pacers use CDI and in order to be used by ANY professional league you have to be the best of the best, and CDI is just that!!! The Doctor's are easy to talk to, explain things so you can understand and will answer any and all questions that you have, same goes for the nurse's and the front desk clerks, including Hannah. If you need a MRI done, don't hesitate to give these people a call! Call around too, you'll be surprised at how much you can save by using them. And again, if they are used by the NFL, what more do you need to know? read more

Disrespectful lady at Avon front desk upon arrival. Her name is Hannah. Upon receiving papers to complete, I was given a blank paper seeking my child's name, dob, my signature and today's date. It was presented as the "HIPAA Privacy" standards they follow. Mind you, it was blank and not even labeled HIPAA or that I was given forms. Who knows? I took a photo and will be sharing with Indiana Officials, regarding this concern. Finally after ten minutes, I reasserted my original request for a copy of the HIPAA standards of CDI. I received them so I handwrote on the signature form what I was signing: this blank sheet i am signing is an acknowledgement of my receipt of CDI'S HIPAA statement. read more

After prepping me with headphones and eye cover for my first MRI, please make sure both elbows are tucked to the body before guiding into the MRI. Luckily, I was able to pull my left arm inside the MRI after getting caught. A half second longer and there would have been damage. Tech apologized, but what was she thinking? I couldn't see anything. Also, with your large increase in cost for a MRI vs. last year, where's the increase in service? Front staff was polite and helpful. Medical Records staff accommodated with providing MRI images on DVD the next day. read more

Great desk service, the woman there was smart and funny, she put me at ease. The technician was a nice guy, clear and efficient. I told him i didn't hear well and when he gave me my earplugs and headphones i really couldn't hear him at all. Nothing. I guess he was talking to me, but he didn't check to see if i was registering. I was startled when i was rolled in, and the volume on the music wasn't loud enough, then time went by and i became disoriented. He put a needle in my arm without talking to me, at least i didn't hear him. I'm an old man, plenty tough, but i was actually a little scared by being so cut off from the world and completely unaware of what was happening and why. I think i should be fair and say i probably didn't explain my hearing loss very well. He was a very nice guy, very decent, and i imagine he could have been speaking to me the whole time. I simply didn't hear. Anything. So it ended up feeling sort of depersonalizing. He's a smart guy, and it's an easy fix. I'm giving 4stars. And no one there should feel bad. I must say I appreciated the very good follow up by CDI. After I wrote my initial review, I was contacted by CDI. They put forth a very good effort to get the disk to my doctor. CDI Fed Ex'd a disk to my doctor and to me. I discussed ways to improve their protocol for sending a disk out. They admitted their protocol could be improved. The bottom line is that I would recommend CDI based on their follow up and their pricing, which is about ONE THIRD OF THE COST of the imaging service provided by my hospital. read more

I have had three MRI's and a CT scan at the Avon location over the past 3 years and I would rate every experience five star. I am terribly claustrophobic, so I'm always very anxious when I arrive, dreading the experience. I have always received the highest level of professional courtesy and a friendly smile when I arrive to check in with reception. The wait times have always been timely and I get in near the time I was scheduled. The staff in the back that are involved with the imaging could not be more courteous and caring. They go out of their way to do anything they can to make me comfortable and calm me before and during the test. I really don't understand why anyone would leave a negative comment, my personal experience with CDI tells me the negative comments are totally unfounded. read more

The friendly and professional staff got this claustrophobic lady through the MRI without any problems.
