The seating area has more space than the other location I go to but everything else is just about average. So I went back inside and did the walk in feature at check in. At 4:45, a woman came out and told me I would have to leave, they didn't have time to draw me. I explained my appointment was canceled because of the stat order but I already had an order in the system, could they please just draw me, it's a time sensitive test and they're always quick. She said no and I would have to leave. So I did, took my order to IU who had no problem doing the draw before they closed and were super understanding, friendly and helpful. I've done many draws at Quest, but I won't be having any more done.

Staff is cheerful, kind and reassuring. Joy (Receptionist/Phlebotomist) was fantastic. Joy asked if I was ok with a student doing the draw. I said sure. Phlebotomy student Elizabeth did the draw with Joy observing. Elizabeth took one stick with a butterfly and done. I barely felt it. Highly recommend Joy and Elizabeth. They will take good care of you, from check-in to the end. Lab had results posted next day.

I told them it was supposed to be $50 and they gave me the option of either paying the $65 or not getting it done here. Also, my school requires a specific form. They insisted on also doing all the things on their standard form that aren't needed for my school. Finally, I arrived early for my appointment, was put in an exam room, and waited 45min for the provider to see me. Altogether, I spent over an hour to get a couple signatures on a form for my university. Definitely do not recommend.
