I told them it was supposed to be $50 and they gave me the option of either paying the $65 or not getting it done here. Also, my school requires a specific form. They insisted on also doing all the things on their standard form that aren't needed for my school. Finally, I arrived early for my appointment, was put in an exam room, and waited 45min for the provider to see me. Altogether, I spent over an hour to get a couple signatures on a form for my university. Definitely do not recommend.

So I went out to my car and cried (I'm pregnant) then remembered I had already purchased a test online, I was going to have done on my own that Friday. So I went back inside and did the walk in feature at check in. At 4:45, a woman came out and told me I would have to leave, they didn't have time to draw me. I explained my appointment was canceled because of the stat order but I already had an order in the system, could they please just draw me, it's a time sensitive test and they're always quick. She said no and I would have to leave. So I did, took my order to IU who had no problem doing the draw before they closed and were super understanding, friendly and helpful. I've done many draws at Quest, but I won't be having any more done.

I have been here many times for pregnancy related labs, and have never had a particularly good…read moreexperience (unfriendly staff, bruising from needles, etc) - but yesterday I had a notably bad experience that was honestly pretty alarming. I came in for a one hour glucose test - which is where you drink something they give you, wait an hour, and then get your blood drawn. When I was called back initially, the phlebotomist asked which arm I wanted to use, to which I responded, "Don't I need to drink the thing first?" And she said, looking at my paperwork, "Oh. Yeah, I'm glad you said something." ...me too! Why was reading my paperwork not the first step? Sadly, this pattern continued. An hour later, when I came back for the blood draw, a different phlebotomist was seeing me. She took my blood and then said, "Let me go get your paperwork so I can put your label on here." When she returned she explained that she needed to take more blood - because my paperwork indicated that my doctor wanted other tests done. So I got stuck twice. Again, it was pretty irritating that checking my paperwork was not one of the initial steps taken with either person. Like I said, I've never had a good experience here and, after yesterday, I will not be returning to this location although it is the most convenient one for me. Hopefully other locations are a little more on top of things.

We are always in and out very quickly. This location does take a lunch break and it is closed for 1 hour from 12:30-1:30. Luckily we made it with half hour to spare.

Explained everything and took plenty of time. Not rushed like a lot of places these days. I was there for my annual check up. But they do so much more. They have an internal lag as well and so that makes it so much quicker and easier. In addition, they have a pharmacy and can take off everything while you are there.

There is a lady that works there who I believe is Russian/strong accent who has consistently laughed at me, judged me and most recently ask me to do something after my test that could compromise/contaminate the results. She and the other ladies that work there have never asked me to perform such acts before! I am very disappointed in her carelessness and unprofessionalism as these particular tests are very sensitive. She also has repeatedly and even when we are the only ones there taken her sweet time to take care of us and has made me late to work and other important tasks. That being said this Carmel location and the Fishers location has really helped us during this difficult time. The only time we ever have any problems is when the employee listed above is by herself or the only one available at check in. Furthermore, Sal has been absolutely wonderful and caring! I enjoy the fact that they do have Saturday hours available. So far my wait was never too bad and the service is generally friendly. I've only had grumpy service once or twice. I do have to say that the blood draw has been very good. I haven't had anybody miss my veins, bruise my arm or really hurt me. I n my book that is what counts, since my veins are not the easiest to tap into.
