Called for a jump. JA arrived in about a half hour, was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant.

I waited three hours for a tow. I called to get an updated eta as they were an hour late. They stated they had no record of my call and it would be 5 hours till they could get someone out to me. Regardless to say I called another company that can schedule and dispatch properly. read more

The tow experience was great. Driver was expert and personable. The task was difficult. My car was in the airport parking garage and wouldn't go into gear. So the driver had to get the car out of the parking space without being able to put the car in neutral. He was amazing. I would definitely recommend Ray's and use them again. read more

After getting jacked around by AAA's "bidding process" that had me stranded for more than three HOURS (!), I called them back and said I'd get my own towing service. From dispatch (who couldn't have been friendlier at 3:45 in the morning) to the driver Gus who called me within six minutes, said he'd "be right there" and then actually showed up in under 20 minutes, I can't say enough good things about Ray's! Gus knew where we were headed, snapped my van into an unobtrusive spot at my mechanic's lot and then (and this is where it gets a bit over the top) dropped me off at my house! Granted it was pretty much on the way and a heavy-duty flat bed tow truck is not the most efficient Uber but what a cool dude! The Ray's team made a horrible night end on a positive note and for that I thank them. If you ever find yourself in a bad vehicular spot (and winter's just around the corner), these are the guys to call! Ten stars if I could! read more

Tried to schedule to tow a car I own on Monday. I wanted to set an appointment to schedule my tow for Wednesday. The person that answered gave me a general idea of cost and said to call Tuesday evening around 5-6 to schedule the time for Wednesday. Called Tuesday and then they did not have any availability. Unreliable at least in the office portion. Don't know about the tow and never will. read more

They are prompt, courteous and have nice equipment. No one wants to need a tow but when you do these guys are the best!

Horrible experience If you don't want horrible customer service and damage to the underneath of your car even if its grapes which can become rust. I would suggest not using. If you want to find out that you're overpaying while getting towed also not a good idea to use them until driver inform me that they are one of the highest tow companies in the area. I have also reached out to the owner of Ray's Towing and he does not seem to care. Mark Valentine I would have to say truly does not care about your customer experience. So if you ever have to get a private to my recommendation would be never use Ray's Towing. I would give them a zero but this does not allow me to give zeros. My car got towed by Ray's towing and they put my 2018 maxima on a flat bed and did not use chains.. when I went to pick my car up the next day I noticed some damage done and explained it to them asap and they completely denied it and basically said it was not there fault.. I asked to see pictures before and after and they said they did not take any... I strongly disagree with them and dont reccomend them at all... 0 stars read more

Honda Odyssey alternator died on I-94 South of Milwaukee on a Friday night. After multiple calls, Ray's Towing was recommended to us. Phone was answered after 2 rings, we were told that a truck would be out to assist within the hour. 45 minutes later a shiny red flatbed tow truck (#83) shows up with a super nice driver (name beings with an L). Wow- An excellent experience! I spent just about half a day on the phone with my roadside assistance service trying to find someone who could tow a car out of my underground garage until the service finally connected me with Ray's. The driver, Chris, was courteous, friendly and a total pro. He got my car out of the garage in less than five minutes and took care of getting it to the shop and dropping off the keys. Carlo was the most amazing, patience, friendly and skilled tow truck driver I have ever met. It was a very difficult tow to get my car out of my basement parking garage to get the car to the dealership. I called other tow truck companies that told me they could not get it out. While I didn't think it could actually be done as it was too close to a cement support and to many cars around, Carlo stayed calm cool and collect and did an expert job getting my car out. 5 stars all the way. read more

I had my car towed over a week ago. Withing 6 hours of being towed to Rays property my gps had been stolen. I have called everyday and my father and boyfriend have tried calling...each time they say we will check into it and call you back...i have not received a single call back. My truck broke down in Waterford and was obstructing traffic so the police called Ray's towing and the towed it to their storage lot and mailed me a bill for $125.00 and $20.00 a day storage. The truck is not worth repairing And I don't have enough money so I called them at 6:45p.m on 10/6/15 and ask if I could sign the title over as payment and he said no. I asked him if They could keep it (afterall they profit significantly from selling it for scrap) And I would pay the tow bill but not be charged indefinitely for storage, he Said no but after the 21st they will own the truck and go after any other Property that I have and put a lien on it to pay the bill because I was the irresponsible person that left the truck on the road. I told him that isn't His job to tell me what type of person I am or talk to me as if he was an Authority figure afterall he's the tow truck driver not the police and his Response to me as an employee representing RAY'S TOWING was"FUCKYOU" and then hung up on me and that's my complaint... the way I was treated. read more

My car was stuck on top of a parking structure. After calling four other local towing services who either cut me off mid sentence, told me to drive my car down a parking structure in neutral or were just plain rude I called Rays. The man I spoke to was professional, understanding & dare I say compassionate to my situation. He validated that I was spot on that you do not drive cars down parking structures in neutral & that I don't have to be afraid to park in them. It wasn't my fault my ignition locked while I was at work. I save lives for a living..that's my job..it's what I'm expected to do...bare minimum. Rays bare minim would could have been what the other 4 did..but they didn't. They were prompt & delivered my car to the dealer & called to let me know that it arrived their safely.
