They showed up right away and explained to her that due to covid restrictions they may not be able to help. Randy then helped my wife walk next door to Home Depot, pick out a battery that would work, took out the old, hooked up the new one and started it right up. This allowed her to come to the hospital to see me once before my surgery then get home safely. All that and he refused payment of any kind! Saying that he wanted to pay it forward during these trying times. We are so grateful for Randy and will go out of our way to use them in the future if needed. He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

I made it, but car was dead. I spent an hour with a nice security man attempting to jump it, but it wasn't enough. I made it a few miles down the road before it died on a frontage road 2-3 miles from the repair shop. I am recovering from stage 3 breast cancer surgery. I also have a sticker on the inside of my car that, was none of Jim, the driver's, business. When he showed up, he was not friendly, demanded my keys, treated me like he was arresting me like he was arresting me, and made me wait in the truck. It felt extremely creepy. Once we started driving, he immediately asked me about my anxiety and berated me about politics and showed his true racist colors the whole 3 miles at most to the shop. I was scared. Seriously. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! I wish I would have just left my car at the hospital parking lot for the weekend. RIP OFF & RACIST! Keep your politics to yourself! Just because a woman is stranded on the side of the road doesn't give a big mean creepy man the right to ask her about her medical conditions regardless of what they are, and start spewing opinions that made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
