I also asked them to change my transmission fluid as recommended in the owners manual & they just forgot about it. When I picked up the car the guy acted like he didn't know I asked for that. I guess they only want to sell new or reman transmissions. As an engineer I know the #1 reason transmissions fail is a lack of maintenance. They told me to leave it until it fails! What a waste of time. At least they're somewhat honest & didn't charge me.

Absolutely not!! I love my car!! But I guess they did too?!? Picked my car up the same day knowing that my car did not need what they quoted me. Lo and behold, my transmission did not need what they claimed and only needs a new TCM at a little bit more than $2000 less than their quote. They were friendly and responsive though.

Even got my sister to go here too, and she likes them just as much! BUT. I cannot give them 5 stars in good conscience because THERE IS NO WAITING ROOM TO SPEAK OF at this location. They have literally one janky chair parked in the main area in front of their ATM machine, so there's literally nowhere to wait for what could be (for some of us) hours, waiting for the repairs to be completed. Come on guys, you could EASILY add on a customer waiting room to the east side of your facility, eh? You do great work, but some of your customers don't have the luxury of having someone able to pick us up while we're waiting, and bring us back later. Do your customers a solid, and ADD A WAITING ROOM! (and restroom!)

They won't try to oversell you on anything, and make sure to only tell you the fixes that are necessary. They charged me HUNDREDS under what I was quoted elsewhere, and were able to get the job done in a few hours. I have brought by car back to them for every fix up since.

Keep in mind that they take up front payment to offset any liability given the transplant doesn't take. I didn't listen to the negative reviews. I just had it dead set in my head that the bad reviews of…read morethe service wouldn't happen to me. Took my car in, they had it for 4 hours. They called me and told me it was done. They must be miracle workers if they can pull, rebuild and re-install a transmission in 4 hours. I got the car back, and it was worse than when I dropped it off. Now instead of banging into 2nd, it was a long soft shift (probably burning the torque converter up). They said it would "wear in" and the problem would clear up. I owned the car for 15 years, and it never was "fine" after that. I also noticed at that time, that they put a hole in the coolant line, to which they charged me another $195 to fix even though I'm certain it was their fault. About a week later, I noticed that all they did was put on about 50 cents worth of rubber hose and 2 clamps and charged me $195 for that! I literally scrapped the car because they ruined it. Why I didn't just pay more and take it to ETE I'll never know. Never, ever again. RUN!
