The owner was very welcoming and we loved that he took the time to talk to us. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of information about merchandise and also stated that they have items on their website and can also ship to Hawaii. They have merchandise for all Tampa Bay sports. We came in specifically for Buccaneers gear but since we came in at the end of the season, items were a bit limited. We were able to find a few items to purchase and was happy about it. The prices were reasonable as well. I would love to see what they have in stock when the Bucs are in season. He did everything right there with us. He ordered the bat and discussed all the warranty options and how to handle if we had any issues. I was very impressed. My son was so happy when it arrived only a couple days later. Nate was professional and knowledgeable about so much more too.
