It's mostly a women's clothing store, but there was a side for the men too- along with that, a lot of small cutesy home decor, bracelets and a few other knick knacks. It was all so cute I had to walk out so I wouldn't keep looking. The people working were nice but definitely hovering a bit too much. I liked that they were attentive but could definitely see how it would feel overbearing. They did even have some kids clothing which was sweet.

I purchased (3) mens t-shirts.There was one I got for my husband that referred to drinking & even though he only drinks non-alcoholic beer the shirt was very fitting. I purchased another one for my grandson, can't recall what was on it. I don't have the shirts in front of me. Z had shown me one of a drinking skeleton that I didn't care. He showed me another drinking one that I really liked. I was purchasing that one for someone in my family as a Christmas gift. I double checked my receipt before I left the area & I was charged for an extra shirt I didn't want. Z was gracious enough to oblige me & accepted the return. As we were driving a distance away I decided to look at all my items. I was so disappointed to see in my bag was a tee that Z showed me & I didn't like at all. It had on the back this big hugh medallion of Madeira Beach. I didn't care for the color of the shirt, what it said & the design. I've been calling the store but nobody picks up. I need something to be done so that I may get the correct shirt I wanted. I don't know if there's a way that I may contact you to see how this mishap maybe corrected. The store is old, outdated, it always seems, picked over, not a lot of choices/sizes. Most of all, the service, is clearly very rude. After last visit, the service was so rude we won't be back to this location. When I went to pay, the lady at the register wanted me to give her my phone number, which I declined. Then she wanted me to sign up to the "rewards program" which I declined. She pressured me on it and I repeatedly declined. Then she wanted me to sign up for the Macy's Credit Card which I declined, again, repeatedly. I told her I do not want to be on your email lists. I do not want to give you my personal phone number or personal information for your "discounts." I don't want a new Macy's Credit Card I just want to pay for my items. She was clearly annoyed & gave me clearly, super negative attitude. Which is strange, as she clearly doesn't own Macy's so why does it even matter to her?? All this nonsense about giving your personal phone/info at every store is NOT for DISCOUNTS, it's just to collect your "data" to sell to Big Tech for more surveillance & control. I don't want to be on your "lists" I don't want another app on my phone, I don't want your employees to try to force me to give them my personal info. I do not comply. I will NEVER comply. My guy found a great jacket, we checked out a vacuum I thought I wanted (too heavy) and then stopped in Sephora. It's a satellite store so it doesntt have a lot of variety. I did find a new color eyeliner (for me) in the brand that I like (less than the competitor). Unfortunately, the shade I tried and loved on my hand didn't work for me. I stopped back a couple of weeks later and found a color that was fantastic (60 day is their return policy). There was a 50% sale on selected prestige brands that day too. Checkout in Kohl's. The line was huge (black Friday) but it seemed to be going fast. An employee pointed out self-checkout - awesome. Five minutes and we were walking to the car. We will be going there again soon. His machine printed up a shipping label which he slapped on my package and then it printed up my receipt. The biggest problem with shopping online is returning the merchandise if it doesn't live up to expectations. Kohls makes Amazon returns simple, friendly, & easy.

The staff greeted me when I came through the door and was very attentive (but not in a desperate salesman way). I discussed my options with them and when I left to think about it, there was no pressure to buy right away, the salesman gave me a card and told me to come back whenever I was ready.
