Also, was ccd on an internal email from the plumbing company. The lack of attention to detail is astounding. iI disputed a plumbing bill in 2024 after being told my concerns would be reviewed. Instead of receiving any follow-up, I heard nothing for nearly two years. The next contact I received was from a claims investigator who was immediately confrontational, refused to explain who they were when I asked what "CDI" stood for, and quickly threatened legal action. At no point did I refuse to pay the bill. I simply wanted to understand why my dispute had never been addressed. After I contacted the company directly, a representative apologized for the situation and agreed to reduce the balance from $475 to $350, which I paid immediately. I then get a call this morning again from their CDI department. The harassing phone calls after this has been resolved are unnecessary. While I appreciate that they were willing to reduce the amount and resolve the bill, the lack of communication for two years and the way this was handled caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this company. Also, they do not carry garbage disposals, so if you have an after hours emergency or plumbing regarding that do not call. They will not be able to help until the next business day.
