OMG, I finally understand why this company got 5 stars from 216 reviewers!!!!…read more Emily is definitely amazing! She is extremely professional and know exactly the clients' needs. She answered the phone calls promptly, and communication with her was super smooth. She is fast and effective and the most important thing is, she gave me very accurate time of arriving so that I don't need to worry about when she would come nor if she wouldn't come during the day. She even put a new key holder with the property address on the note, and then put it in my combo box when she helped me rekey. Shen then sent me a picture to me as a confirmation of work completed, because I was in a business trip at the time. Again, unbelievable amazing service!!!!!!!! Definitely recommend her service if your area is covered by her!!!

I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely call her again if we need a locksmith!

I told him that I would wait at a nearby restaurant and he was courteous enough to text me when he was fifteen minutes out to let me know he was on his way. The price was very fair considering the time of day and speed of service and he made me four keys which I intend to use instead of the dumb electronics. If you need a lock smith this is your company and Mike is your guy.
