They were from the start honest and straight to the point. I finally was able to pop in and have them look at my ring to see if possible. They told me yes, left it with them, and to come back the following day. When I got my ring, which again I have had since my now husband proposed back in 2013, it looked fresh and new (the same way it did back then). The soldering looks amazing and the ring feels great. She didn't charge me for the verbal appraisal and recommended for me to skip the appraisal paperwork since my ring In particular is just not worth as much ($300-500 max). Sooo Rare to find a honest business jewelry business. This business has Multiple locations too. I called back recently to inquire about a ring resizing, and a gentleman told me they had another locations much closer to me in West New York, N called J "Continental Carbo Jewelers". The staff apologized and offered me a small necklace free of charge so my daughter had something to open, while promising that the necklace would be there the following week and they would reach out when it's ready. Now here I am, over a week later and I'm being sent to voicemail and my text messages are going unanswered. Be careful with purchasing custom items from this store. It's one thing to purchase something there and in stock, but for anything that will come in later, this store may or not provide your item.
