Had some initial discussion through their website and email with Jamall. Then I just walk in, told him what model and color I want, confirm the price and discount. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. But Sales team is very good and efficient.

I showed up before 10, stood there in by the service counter and was ignored. A guy behind the counter was looking at his phone. I said I had an appointment, he gave me a look and said "he was just an advisor, and someone should meet me. 3 other service members were talking amongst themselves and I was not acknowledged. That ticked me off, so I'll go to a different Ford dealer. Being in the service industry myself, that is a perfect example of poor customer service that is completely unprofessional. What a waste of my time. Get it together Royal Oak Ford...

We drove 8 hours…read morefrom above the bridge in the U.P. to visit our son and ended up at this dealership after a quick google search of dealerships near by. We are so happy we did. From the minute we walked through the door, everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional. Our sales person, Tyrone McCray was great! He was so helpful and not pushy at all to make the sale. Everything went very smoothly and within a couple hours we were out the door with our new (to us) vehicle. We will be back to this dealership for our next vehicle and most definitely working with Tyrone. Thank you for the great experience!

BUYER BEWARE: Smoke odor, hidden air fresheners, and no response…read more I truly regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. We were interested in the car because it had low mileage, one previous owner, and no reported accidents. However, the salesperson repeatedly moved forward with paperwork while delaying our opportunity to see and carefully inspect the vehicle. Looking back, that should have been a major warning sign. The process felt rushed, evasive, and focused on completing the sale rather than making sure we understood the true condition of the vehicle. After the purchase, I discovered a significant cigarette-smoke odor that transfers to my clothing and hair after driving. Because I work in hospitals and meet regularly with healthcare professionals and leaders, this has created a serious professional problem for me. The dealership arranged for two detailing treatments, including a chlorine-based odor treatment. Each treatment helped at first, but the odor returned. During the second detailing, the shop found and collected approximately 20 small air fresheners hidden throughout the vehicle. The vehicle also has staining on the headliner that appears related to prior smoking. Finding that many hidden air fresheners clearly shows that they were trying to mask the odor rather than honestly disclosing the state of the vehicle. Had I known the car had been smoked in to this extent, I NEVER would not have purchased it. I sent the dealership a detailed written request asking them to either unwind the transaction or exchange the vehicle for a comparable smoke-free vehicle. I gave them five business days to respond. Eight days have now passed, and they have not responded at all. I tried to resolve this privately and gave the dealership multiple opportunities to make it right. Instead, I am left with a vehicle that continues to smell like cigarette smoke and a dealership that is no longer communicating with me. The next step is filing a complaint with the Michigan Department of State and going from there.

Wael was courteous and knowledgeable about classic cars, and he had a surprisingly good selection. Further, he offered to keep an eye out for clean versions of a few of my bucket-list projects. Ultimately, I bought a great, low-mileage Land-rover Defender 110 that was very clean and honestly represented at a fair price. Wael agreed (and took his own time) to take the vehicle to an inspection of my choice prior to the purchase. The inspection confirmed the condition of the vehicle represented. After that, the negotiation was minimal, the sales process simple, and the registration/titling was all handled thoroughly. Wael even followed-up in person with the Secretary of State to ensure all the paperwork was correctly processed. I'd gladly recommend Classic City Cars to anyone.

In addition to car sales, Nick is an excellent mechanic who works on cars they sell and other cars, as well. He was able to replace a part on my 25-year-old classic air-cooled Porcshe which most mechanics won't touch, even at dealerships. Additionally, Wael and Nick both go out of their way to do everything possible to make your car situation well work for you. Forget the stereotypes about car dealers. These are real people who I am proud to be associated with. I have had experiences with dealers and mechanics who are less than completely honest. I trust Wael and Nick like they were my own brothers. Give Classic City Cars a visit if you are in the car market or just need a great mechanic for your current ride.
