Kelley has been taking care of my pool and spa for over 10 years and I have consistently found him…read moreto be personable, honest, reliable, efficient and an all around nice guy. He is an expert technician who has always been able to repair any problems I've had with my filters, pumps, motors or water lines over the years, and to do it with an eye toward saving me money. For example, when my old Kreepy Krauly started to fail and I was certain I was going to need a new one, Kelley was able to keep it working properly long past its prime. And by whatever magic touch he has, he has also managed to keep my pool motor, which is getting pretty ancient, humming along as well. Moreover, Kelley has never pressured me to buy anything and his monthly service charge is reasonably priced. Beyond that, as an aside, I must also confess that I have become quite fond of Gordon, Kelley's Vice-President of Public relations. While I wouldn't normally say this about another male, Gordon is VERY cute. And when he rubs his body against mine it just melts my heart. But most impressive is that despite his high status in the organization, I have always appreciated that Gordon has never peed on my plants -- oh, here and there perhaps a little tinkle on a bush or two, (I pretend not to notice), but never on the plants. And how sweet is that!! But to return to the primary focus of this review, I have enlisted the services of several pool maintenance companies over the last twenty-two years that I have had my pool and spa, and Kelley is by far the best. And with all seriousness I highly recommend him not only for his expertise and the quality of his workmanship, but for his integrity as well. If you need or if you're looking for a good pool man, Kelley is your guy. And if you meet Gordon, be sure to let him shake your hand. He likes that!

Now we have rebar coming through! Stacked stone is loose and coming off in many areas. Pool is only 5 years old. With the results that I got I would have been better off doing owner builder and just hiring the subs myself. The owner was never there! Pool was actually built in the wrong spot, then he wanted to charge me more for the extra concrete needed !

But he turned out to be totally incompetent and caused months long delay because he had no clue. I made the mistake of paying him upfront. Every time I would call to ask whether he had completed the plans he would tell me he was very busy with other work. He made it seem like he was doing me a favor. He is a cheat, foul mouthed and truly appalling individual. Don't make the mistake of hiring him.

Although I'm okay but not 100% satisfied…read morewith the finished product, I am not pleased having to babysit the whole project making sure his contractors was attentive to my project. Tony recommended IAqualink automation for my pool. Once installed, Tony or his team did not know how it operates and I had to look at YouTube videos to figure it out. His contractors installed the pool equipment but never connected it to the pool to make sure it all worked and to explain to me how to use it. Tony seemed to show up to collect money. He never did quality control check considering he was not there when his contractors did the work. When his team did the grading, they removed a lot of dirt from my yard leaving me to go far beyond my budget installing retainer walls around my yard. Tony and his team never connected the heater to my pool and I had to contact him several times to have the gas terminated to the heater. Once that was done, I had to contact Tony multiple times because the heater wouldn't come on or connect to the IAqualink system app to my phone. Tony eventually had the manufacturer to come out to trouble shoot the issue just to find out it was just a switch on the heater in the wrong position. The fix was easy but once again Tony and his team didn't know how to deal with the Jandy and IAqualink equipment that he recommended and installed. At this point, the rep from Jandy informed me that I need to call the gas company to install a larger gas meter. As I contacted Tony to make the final repairs and quality control, he would always tell me that the person who did the tile (Omar, who is by the way great!) Would take care of it. When I spoke to Omar, he wasn't aware that his services was once again offered. This showed me that the two of them was not communicating. When I pressed Tony to have his guys come out and complete the pebble stone, he mentioned that his contractors had other priorities as if my job was not priority. Overall, I think that if Tony is the foreman ensuring that the job is built to his standards he should be at the jobsite ensuring that his contractors is working according to his standards. The IAqualink system should operate the water spill from the spa but of course in order to do so it will need another pump that should have been captured in the original design. I can even operate my vacuum from the IAqualink system or set on a timer. Concrete and construction paper were left in the auto fill and skimmer. Also, after one month,, I had to already clean my filters which had mounds of sand and pebble rock in the filter. These guys never cleaned anything! Sorry for the long review but I contacted Tony several times to make corrections and he defaults to the tile guy instead of him coming out to make sure everything is built to his standard. I guest half ass is his standard.

For example:our pool motor went out and needed replacement. I requested the replacement on Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning by 8:00 it was finished. Poor follow through…read more The owner sends people out to skim the pools who have no idea on how pool mechanics actually work. The refill valve on my pool was stuck (think like when the floater in your toilet bowl is stuck) for 6 weeks without them noticing. Instead, they tried to say I "had a leak in my pool", which was not true. The constantly running water not only cost me a huge water bill, but also diluted the salt that was supposed to be in the pool. For 3 months this pool service company has not replaced the salt, although it is suppose to be included in my service. Now, since I've cancelled with them, they have not completed the obligations on my remaining pool service. I received an email from them today saying my final service was completed this morning, yet there are leaves in my pool. In addition, the salt level is 1300PPM under their care while it should be 3500PPM. This causes the whole PH balance of the pool to be off. Don't use these guys. They know nothing about pools. They have no accountability. They are a rip-off.
