I went into Rent A Tire just to check on prices on tires and the young man was very informative on the quality of their tires they carry. He proceeded by going outside to check out my tires on my vehicle. I told him I just wanted at least to start with two tires for budget reasons. He suggested to buy my back tires for safety. He said he would put the two of my best tires up front and the new ones on back. Safety first to all our customers. After purchasing my tires he called after one month to go in and have them check out the two front tires. Wow, talk about great customer service. Was traveling from out of town when I noticed I had a low tire. I googled tire shop, and after calling down the list I dialed rent-a-tire. Estela asked what she could do for me and said, "sure bring it in, we will get you fixed up." I immediately headed that way and as soon as I got there she asked for the keys and which tire. In less than 15min they had removed a nail and patched my tire. This was by far the quickest and best service I have ever received. Great repair rates and friendly service. My vehicle was riding a bit rough, so i took it in to rent a tire , that is where i had purchased my rims and tires. They checked my vehicle , and found that the weights on my wheels had fallen off, thats why it was a rough ride. I thought they were going to charge me a fortune to re balance my wheels. Frank was up in fornt and remembered that i always made my payment on time, He spoke with the store manager and was able to balance my tires and wheels for free, with the condition that when the need for new tires or wheels came up for me to remember them first,. I was a bit at odds about going in to a rent a tire, I had never purchased anything from a rent a place. So I went in and spoke with a handsome dark guy with glasses, who immediatly greeted me, and asked how he could help me. I told him my needs , he got to it and gave me prices and payment options. He went and checked my tires and said i only had two that were bad. He said he could get me a great deal on all 4. I stated that i was on a budget, so he cleared it with the manager a cute little guy named Mando, who gave it the ok for me to only purchase 2 tires. I have to say the overall experience was awesome. They called me because I was used as a reference by my cousin who got wheels with them. They offered me a free tire inspection and rotate and balance. Well, I decided to stop by today and I'm glad I did. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. They took out the nail but my tire was ok so they didn't have to do anything, but they were willing to fix it for free and rotate my tires for free. I know it's just so they can get me to do business with them but that's ok. They were friendly and professional at all times and not many other places will give you something for free. Stopped by rent a tire because my tire was low on air. Even though I'm not a customer, they fixed my tire for free, welcomed me inside and showed me all of their merchandise and how rent to own works. They offered me great prices and a good deal to get some tires on my car. The staff was very friendly and the representative Stella was great. Very informative, and she even convinced to get some new tires, I will definitely be back in a week or so to get me some 20 inch wheels. I never bother to write reviews anywhere about anybody, but the staff at rentatire asked if I would take the time to let them know how they are doing. I never have been in a renattire but we just came in from Corpus and I noticed my tire light on, we were passing by so I stopped to see if they could help me out. well, they took the time to check my tire and fix it and didn't charge me dime. I didnt end up buying anything here after all, but only because I didnt need it. I stopped by because I thought my tires were bad. Roger came out to check my tires, they even took it into the garage and lifted it , but he told me my tires were good, didnt have to cough up any money to buy new ones. They could have lied to me and sold me a new set, but they were honest and helpful. I know where to go when I do need a new set of tires! read more

One of my rims recently got dented and I was stranded and no money to purchase a new rim. Luckily the employees of Rent-A-Tire really helped me out. These guys really go out of their way to help out. They went to my house to pick me up because my tires on my truck were flat and I couldn't move it. It was raining and muddy but I picked out a set and they took me back home and Richard and Jose installed 2 wheels right there at my house in those conditions.
